So this happened in a skype call in which we were discussing lineage. The idea of mentorship came up. OOC, mentors have no other use than secondary magic training. It would be neat to let them do jobs with their apprentices to give their apprentices bonus to exp. For example, I want Emilia to be teaching someone how to better use weapons. So they do a job together. Her D-rank student would do the job normally, but she would have to use a limiter. The exp she would normally gain from doing the C-rank mission with a limiter would instead go to her D-rank student (or perhaps just the exp she would get from the limiter). Just a neat idea we came up with in a skype call.
