This little 'creature' seems digitized when it appears and disappears using its first ability, and holds no ability to speak or converse yet. It is lightweight weighing less than even a single pound. It's size is that on a baseball in your hand. Oddly enough this Wisp seems to interact with curiosity to the world as if it too didn't belong, but rather belonged to just a game.
Abilities:
Ability One: Phase Shift: A passive D-rank ability that allows the wisp to fade from existence or phase through walls or any non-app'd environment(walls/tables/non magical people*Npcs*/the ground). The way it 'fades to and from existence' is that it hides its entity inside of it's owner, untraceable as it hides itself within it's owners own magical soul.
Ability Two: Energy burst: Being a creature of compact power, three times (CD of 3 post after each use) the Wisp may create a giant energy burst, pushing D-rank energy out in an AOE around it. Not affecting allies, but consumes a 10foot range. Deals concussive magic damage. Passively, when this isn't in use, it 'can' emit a soft vibrant light equivalent to a torch light. Nothing enough to do much more than illuminate a small room.

For the second ability please up the CD to 3 posts for the AoE part please. ^^

Rules state the min CD for a D-rank effect is 2 posts, but sure I'll give it a longer CD
