nothing can dim the burning light
Ai walked through the Rose Garden, having been there once before and the events would be one to remember, but that's a different story for a different time. Though this was more of a time to finish something that she had been meaning to do and was doing it mainly to get away from the solitude of her own thoughts. Her thoughts were starting to haunt her every now and again due to the guilt of killing her own sister. She didn't want to take the chance of hurting her by disarming her, but she didn't want to die either. Though there was one thing that made her curious, she presumed that it had been explained by the person who had brought her there, that her brother had magically been turned into a female or, hopefully, something along those lines. As the blonde moved into the line after she took her time getting to it. She would sigh before running one of her hands through her hair as she moved slightly and noticed how long the line was. As long as the sounds of people was going on, she'd be able to keep the silence away, at least for the time being anyway. She would cross her arms as she examined how long the line was. Even with the noise drowning out her regrets, the seconds felt like they took so much longer than they actually did. After a mere five minutes she would examine the line again, knowing, and seeing, that the line hadn't shortened one bit. As the time passed, taking small steps forward here and there, what seemed like forever, or was actually a few hours, Ai would reach the desk. "You here for a passport?" The man asked. "Yes, and here's my identification." She said, figuring that she would need to show a guild tattoo. She moved her right glove down far enough for the man to see before putting it back the way it was. "Why are there scars along it? Answer that, and you'll be all set." The man would say as Ai sighed slightly. "I was attacked during a job a few weeks ago and I used my arm to block it." She said, not batting a lash. "Just be more careful from here on out. I'm not sure if anyone else would do this, but I'll give you a passport, but I'll just say that more people might not go with using the area you're using for a guild mark to defend as it might not end out so well." The man would say as he moved for a blank passport and the entire process of getting her information happened like a flash. As the process finished, she would take it as he handed it her and wished her a good day. "Thank you." She would say, before starting to walk away. She would look in the passport quickly before putting it in a safe spot on her person. She would sigh once more, hoping that her regret about killing her sister would stop haunting her.
