Description: Neva is a petite female with white hair and a constant frown. She deals spell-ranked damage with physical attacks, and has the ability to use the spell Rising Ice while summoned. Neva also wields a weapon that is s(Describe the ability. As abilities will rank up with you (maxing out at the max spell rank for that weapon) please try to put scaling in e.g. at D rank it will go 5ft and this range will increase by 5ft each rank of the user up to max spell rank of weapon. This means you don't have to come back and edit it every time you rank up.)
Rising Ice: Frozen World (Passive) While Neva is summoned, all ice/snow spells or abilities used in the vicinity do an extra 20% damage. Has a range of 20m.
Rising Ice: Hurricane (Active): Neva causes a flurry of sharp ice to rotate around her at a speed similar to that of a hurricane, except with ice rather than water. It also works just like a hurricane, with three main sections-- the eye, the eyewall, and the rest of the storm. 1m of space around Neva is unaffected at all when the spell is cast, while opponents within the next 5m have double spell ranked damage done to them. The entire spell has a range of 20m, and spell ranked damage is done to creatures throughout the rest of the area. Within the "eyewall" part, which is 5m long, the wind moves so quickly that combined with ice, opponents of equal or lesser rank to the spell cannot see well enough to use magic or abilities during this time. Has a duration of 2 posts and a cooldown of 3.
Strengths:
- Can even out a numerical disadvantage (turn a 2v1 into a 2v2)
- Neva is able to distract an opponent

- The range for taking no damage at all is very slim for the active, so the summoner could take the highest amount of damage if they accidentally took a step out of the "eye" portion
