His eyes widened as he witnessed his sister be ripped through by a blade in front of him. Completely defenseless and too far away from him to help her all she could do is let the weapon do what it wanted to her body. Aayla then went limp in the chair she was strapped down to and the evil grin of the woman who did it shot out towards Cirven. He was too flabbergasted to do anything, even though he really couldn't. Aayla was behind a glass wall that was reinforced with a strong magical barrier. He could have broke through but in that time he still would have been too late.
He snapped back into what was happening now while he tugged Lamya, a girl he was ordered to captured but disobeyed, around with him. He managed to escape with her after witnessing his sister's death. He knew his mother, Salindra wanted Lamya to conduct more of her experiments but wouldn't allow it now. They had lost their leverage over him after all.
"Follow close behind me. They won't be very happy that I took you and are the type of people to kill what they can't have." He spoke out to Lamya as they found their way through the canyon.
The canyon was used as a way to hide the HQ of Cor Torva from the outside world seeing as it would cause most people to become completely lost due to the constant twists and turns as well as the traps set by Cor Torva. Cirven had found his way around the canyon before while he was forced to do jobs for Cor Torva or have Aayla die but that didn't mean they couldn't have used some form of magic to change things.
