To make a request to take from the guild fund, you must be a member of Blue Pegasus. I will allow purchases using the guild fund at my own discretion, depending on your loyalty to the guild and the purchase itself. The guild fund is meant to forward the advancement of the guild and its members, So all purchases made must be for character development to further improve the Guild.
