It has the wings of a bat, black in color, and pearlescent blue; one where shoulders would go, and another pair closer to its tail. There's armour plating (bone) on its skull, and the same plating layered the back of its head, running the length of her spine leading to its tail. At the tip of its tail the bone plating switches to the underside of the wyvern and turns into a blade. The blade on her tail is segmented so Lilly can flex her tail.
Standing as tall as possible, this fear inducing monstrosity isn't even halfway between the ground and Seikatsu's knee. In length it's 1ft 7in, or the length from Seikatsu's finger tip, to his elbow. And about 3 inches in diameter.

Lilly:

Despite looking like an armored bat/snake/shark outta hell, Lilly is actually very peaceful, and caring. She has an instinct to try and calm those who are crying, and liked cuddling up with Seikatsu at night. She normally startles people, as she prefers to stay hidden under Seikatsu's cloak, wrapped around one of his arms. Her being lightweight, Seikatsu isn't hindered as far as combat goes. Lilly see's Seikatsu as a father since she knew him from birth, if you're fighting Seikatsu she will join, if you're Seikatsu's friend Lilly's watching you.

Abilities:

Name: Grow
Rank: D (weak)
Description: When this species of wyvern is threatened they use the 'Grow' ability to turn from their little selves, to a much much much bigger self that displays their teeth immaculately. This ability not only makes the wyvern itself larger, but also scales its natural abilities to match. (Strength increases so the wyvern can actually move) Damage output remains the same.
Strengths:
1 Lilly can be used to fly Seikatsu into battle, or to pick up an opponent and throw him/her to the ground while this ability is in effect
2 Makes Lilly a lot bigger, meaning she can smash large objects (within reason of course) and wreak all sorts of havoc on the enemy
3 Those teeth get larger just like the rest of her, as if the bone helmet isn't intimidating enough with those things staring an opponent down. (The opponent needs guts to take on Lilly in growth mode)

Lilly grows from being 1ft 7inches 3inches in diameter, to 180 ft long, 5 ft thick, 200ft wingspan (this is proportional for flight)

A real world size reference would be twice the length between the home plate, and 1st base in a regulation sized baseball field.

Duration: Two posts, or until 20% of max HP in damage is taken whichever comes first
Cooldown: 4 posts
Weaknesses:
1 Stealth is impossible at this point.
2 Lilly has a harder time dodging attacks when she's so flipping big
3 After Lilly takes 20% of max HP in damage the ability wears off, and she reverts to her standard size
4 This ability in tight spaces.... 'nuff said

Name: Energy Cannon
Rank: C (Weak)
Description: Requiring a post to charge, the Energy cannon causes Lilly's fangs to glow bright blue and forming a small Dark Blue + Light Blue orb in the back of her throat. Once fired, it will rip through everything in this monstrous attacks' 20 foot long three inch wide area.
If Lilly is under the effect of her Growth ability the area is enhanced to 40 feet long, and five feet wide, but this has a severe cost. If used while under the effect of Growth, Lilly will turn back to her original size, and not be able to move a muscle (she passes out). If used without growth form, Lilly can keep fighting but she can't fire a second shot.

Cooldown: 1 use per thread
Duration: 1 post to charge, then Instant damage

Strengths:
1 Allows Lilly to act as heavy artillery
2 Can be useful for opening doors if they have a metal hinge
3 Give Lilly a way to attack from the air

Weaknesses:
1 If used in growth form will knock Lilly out completely after 1 use
2 Can be blocked by spells of equal rank or higher
3 Granted that it has an AoE, it isn't very large
4 Can only be used 1 time, so if Lilly misses there isn't a reload option on this piece of artillery

Name: Draconic Outburst
Rank: Equal to Seikatsu's rank
Description:
Lisa is partially a dragon, and this part is burning to escape. Lisa has the ability to call on meteors to rain down upon her, or her master's enemies. This deals instant AoE damage equal to Seikatsu's rank to a 60 meter radius area. This attack can not be used if Lisa is under ground, and will not hit anyone who is under ground (meteors don't drill, the smash) if the person is in a normal building, like a house, they are not safe. If the building is dense (metal, very thick rocks etc...) then they ARE safe.
Distribution: 0->10 meters 100% damage, 10 meters -> 15 meters 75% damage
Range will not change with rank, and will forever be the same.
Strengths:
1 Large range
2 Hits multiple targets
3 Can be used from the air

Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 4 posts
Weaknesses:
1 Can be dodged/blocked by spells/equipment of equal or greater rank
2 Can not be used if under ground
3 Hit everyone and everything in the open
4 Will not hit if inside cover that's dense. (Metal Buildings, guild halls, mine shafts etc...)

Name: Wyvernic Resonance
Rank: Player Rank -1 (if Seikatsu is C rank, this is D ranked)
Description:
Lilly is one of two Wyverns of her kind in the world, the other being her offspring. Seikatsu's affinity for souls has provided Lisa with a unique power. She can call on the wyverns before her to attack her opponents. At the beginning and end of each post, for 5 posts, wyvern souls will fly out of the ground and deal a combined total 1.5x (equal to Seikatsu's rank -1 [if Seikatsu is Rank C, this deals D]) rank damage to all enemies in a 45 meter radius and then enter Lisa. The wyverns tear a part of their target's soul and restore Lisa's HP by using that part to repair her body. Regardless of how many enemies on field, this restores 1% HP to Lisa per post for 5 posts.
Amount healed increases by 2% per rank, maxing out at 9% at B ranked spell.
Cooldown: 6 posts
Duration: 5 posts

Strengths:
1 Allows Lilly to heal
2 Can be useful if Lisa is low on HP
3 Does not affect allies

Weaknesses:
1 Can be dodged by wizards above the rank of this attack
2 Can be blocked by spells of equal rank or higher
3 Does not heal all at once
4 Since it doesn't heal all at once, it's still easy to kill Lisa

Passive Ability:
Lisa can speak into the mind of Seikatsu, and allow him to literally see through her eyes. Seikatsu cannot control her, just see what she sees. This will engulf Seikatsu's visual range, preventing him from seeing what's in front him. In other words, not to be used in combat.

• Reduce the radius to 15 meters.
  
• Optionally, you may reduce the cooldown to 4 posts.
  

• DoT coupled with HP-regen is a bit much for a D-rank ability. Please remove one or the other.
  
• Optionally, you may reduce the cooldown to 6 posts.
  

• Describe how stronger the wyvern is percentage wise (I'd say about 50% strength increase).
