The first thing you must know, is that you cannot perform everything at once. Start off in steps.
Most of the time, we find other users creating Character, Magic, and Weapon all at the same time; and end up leaving because only one of their apps is being looked at.
Even if it is slower, start off by just creating your character. Nothing else can exist about that character, if the character itself does not exist.
Your imagination in itself is all you need; be it a slight rip off of another existing character, or your very own mutant creation, there are no limits.
