Tertiary Magic Name: Time Games
Evidence of Accomplishment: I don't believe we need this for tertiary yes?
Description: Time Games is a time magic that does not actually alter time but alters perceptions of time. By changing the apparent speed of items, seeing through time or other fourth dimensional shenanigans. It's easiest to just look at the spells to see what it does.
Strengths:
-Cheap Shots: While Time Games does not directly attack it can set up some cheap shots.
-Deceptive Speed: Simon can make it difficult to react to attacks and the like by making them appear faster or slower then they actually are.
-Future Sight: He can change how people see time and see through time.
Weaknesses:
-Rules of the Game: Simon must keep his eyes open while using a spell or ability, closing his eyes or blinking will cause the spell to temporarily cease
-It doesn't actually change anything...: All of the effects of Simon's magic are technically illusions. The reality of the situation doesn't change at all.
-Self-Fulfilling Prophecy: Simon can to an extent see the future but by consequence that which is seen cannot be changed, so if he sees himself taking damage no matter what he cannot prevent that from happening, he must be careful.
-God's Domain: Simon's spells cannot effect anyone he cannot see
Abilities:
- Future Vision: Simon can look into the future. There is no limit to how much he can use this but there are other limits. First is that it does not freeze time, to use this Simon will have to juggle reality with visions of the future. Second is that he cannot look more than ten seconds into the future(although he can look at any time period between 1-10 seconds). It is also important to remember while he is looking in the future he cannot see the present.
- Heightened Perception: Simon can speed up his perception of time allowing to "see faster." In other words everything appears to be moving slower, this includes Simon himself. This helps Simon react faster and gives him more time to think, it can also assist in keeping track of his Future Vision. At most Simon can see everything 1/8th speed. Inversely he can also reverse this so that everything appears faster and gives himself less time to react but why would he want to do that?

Description: Simon "freezes," the apparent flow of time. Essentially he speeds up his perception of time to 100,000,000 fold so that even photons of light appear to stand still. This allows to just stop and think for a few minutes. However it should be noted that Simon himself is also "slowed down," so that he cannot move around or do any of the cool time tricks normally associated with stopping time.
Strengths:
-Give me a minute...: Simon can take a time out to relax and think about the purpose of life even in the middle of an intense fight.
-Ambusted!: It's really hard to take someone by surprise when given the slightest bit of heads up they can "freeze," time and thoroughly analyze your ambush.
