You need to stretch out the personality description you have here into two paragraphs containing no less then five hundred words in total between the two. I have found it easiest to add in small little bits of back story, explaining why the character is the way they are. Another way to round your character out and add a bit more is to work in the various Dislikes, Likes, Motivations, and Fears the character posses.
