An abandoned mansion, Neon found this while she was travelling to find a guild. Though there is a possibility that the Dragonhardts once lived here. It is located far away from civilization and a little far from her guild. At first it was dusty and dark but with her magic, she made everything bright. Don't get fooled by its changes, appearance though and mostly don't get lost, you don't know on what is lurking around that abandoned mansion~
Not all places have been explored by Neon here, such as the basement, the other guest rooms, the 6th library, 6th music room, 6th storage room, etc etc. Because it smells very rotten and looks very scary so Neon refrained from cleaning and lighting up the others. You won't be actually lost at daylight~ Just be careful getting lost at night~~~

- Buildings and Gates:
- The Main Building:
The main building is the center of the mansion, this is where Neon live.
- The Gates:
Don't even bother opening the gates.It's automatic.
- The Violet Building:
The building itself looks old and is pretty old. Everything inside it looks traditional, there is some kind of an old weapon room although the weapons itself are rusted and old that when dropped it is already broken.

It is a man made beach located within the mansion's estate. The outside looks like a dome while the inside landscape has been made to look like a southern island. This place includes a large swimming pool with a wave function to make it appear more like an ocean.

This is a private beach located inside the mansion. The landscape is like a southern island. This beach is man made except for the sea. There are many resorts along the sea for changing and living. Also this place includes a swimming pool along with beach chairs as well as a water slide. There is an island that looks like a desert island not too far away from the beach. This island though, is still located within the estate Neon is living in.
- The Lake:
Sanzenin lake site is the private lake inside the Sanzenin estate. Although this is a private lake, its size is very huge, around 2 km. This lake also has its own ecosystem. There are some creatures living inside the lake that cannot be found outside it. All the fish that are used as ingredients for the daily meals at the Fabulous Mansion come from this lake. Neon always visit this place for fishing and to gather ingredients. At the center of the lake, there is a gigantic turtle that resembles a small island.
- The Private Amusement Park:
This is the private amusement park located within the mansion grounds. Neon found this after she found the main building. Neon rarely visits this place because no body is actually there to make everything work, though sometimes it actually work by itself.
- The Power Plant:
The Fabulous Mansion doesn't get its power from an outside source. Instead it has its own power plant inside the estate producing the mansions electricity. It is located 1 km away from the main building. If the main power generator is down, this power plant still has a backup generator for producing power, although its backup generator is always switched off. This power plant also has a hot spring inside. It is used as the natural source for running the generator and producing power. Every place in the Fabulous Mansion gets its power from this power plant.
- The Garden I:
The Fabulous Mansion's garden doesn't look like a normal garden. The plants and the garden's size make it look more like a forest. It's the place of a legendary Persimmon Tree (That's what Neon calls it because of her grandmother's weird stories about the persimmons). There is a river in the garden that is 10 km long.
- The Garden II:
Different kind of flowers can be found in here. Unlike The first garden this second garden is looks more of a garden than the first one and is currently 1000 yards. It is beside the main building.
- Inside the Mansion:
- The Hall:
As you walk along these halls, you will be feeling as if you are being watched. Are there any surveilance cameras or are those the... statues~? What is hidden behind those unexplored curtains~?
- The Neon Bedroom:
Beautiful bedroom and the only thing that is saved from the dust and the darkness before Neon even came in here. Don't ask why, she doesn't know either.
- The Guestrooms #1-20:
Cozy, warm and comfortable but what are those screeching sounds?
- The Guestrooms #21-40:
Don't worry if you can't sleep. Someone will sing you a lullaby.
- Library #1:
Many books can be found in here and just keep quiet because you might get shushed by someone just like Neon.
- Library #2:
If you can't find the book that you are finding come here and increase your knowledge! But don't get a heart attack if someone jump scared you.
- Library #3:
Many books that came from many authors in history. Nothing amazing (scary) in here.
- Library #4:
A library with seriously old books. Some books are just written with unknown symbols and some are just plain blank.
- Library #5:
It's not mine or Neon's problem if you still can't find the book that you are finding in here. Going to the mysterious Library #6 may not be recommended but you may if you'd like.
