Job Description: A huge line of bustling people are going nuts in front of the Docks, it looks like Wall Street on a bad day. Families, children, old folks attempting to go on vacation; everyone's clamoring for a Passport! Count Sparrow and the Magic Council have reopened Fiore's borders to outsiders, and in turn, have opened the borders too Seven, Bosco, and Minstrel as a show of peace.
Fiore, along with Bellum and Seven has always produced some of the most skilled wizards in all of Earthland; and so, the Magic Council has decided to offer the services of our wizards here in Fiore abroad in other Nations (for a hefty fee of course!); obtain your passport! Cut in line! Or wait in line! Do whatever is necessary! Because people are going crazy trying to get their entire families Passports registered!

Izayoi had found out that she needed to gat a hold of a passport if she wished to do anything outside of the realm of Fiore. Human had some stupid rules about travel, she didn't understand why they were so up tight. Izayoi sighed as she entered the office where she needed to obtain a "Passport." It was packed, many familys and old people just clamoring to get theirs.
"Perfect..." Izayoi muttered out loud, she stood in line for over a hour before it was her turn to talk with the lady doing the paper work. Izayoi was in her human form so not to give away her identity.
The lady was old and word a pair of thick glasses, she looked up from her computer. "Hello... what can i get you?" The woman's face was dull and uninterested.
"I need a passport." Izayoi answered, the woman pulled out a few forms and placed them infront of her.
"Fill these out." she set a pen down and turned back to her computer. Izayoi filled out the sheet using a false name, Kagari Horai. She also lied about the what her magic was and her guild. She marked herself as a guildless mage. once she finished she pushed the paper back to the woman. She grabbed them and started inputting them into her computer, after a bit she pulled out a camera and took Izayoi's Picture. Izayoi waited for about a half hour more before the lady finished her passport. "so for pertinence sake i have to ask you where you intend to go and why."
Izayoi sighed, she had wished to avoid this, "I wish to go to minstrel, my parent were from there so i want to go see where my heritage is from." Izayoi lied her face off, "And then i want to travel the world, looking for new things to do and see."
The lady blinked and pulled out a stamp. "Please be aware that some of the country's in this world are hostile to mages. We advise you to not go to said country's." The woman pulled out a packet of information and set it down on the desk. "Please also follow any laws that are set forth to you when you enter them, some require a specific way of dress based on you power level or such like that." Izayoi started toning her out she was droning on and on about stupid rules that Izayoi would not likely follow anyways.
Izayoi was stuck waiting for the lady to finish, after a bit she was snapped out of her stupor by the sound of the stamp hitting the passport. the lady wished her well and pushed the passport to her side of the desk. Izayoi picks it up and inspects it, "Thank you." the woman barely made a motion showing she heard. Izayoi sighed and picked up the passport and moved to the exit. She was careful to make sure nobody touched her. She exited the building and set off back to TT's guild hall.
