Dark-Ice VS Sin

“What a wonderful day it is” said Hellfire to himself “to mash in a face and grind up some balls!” Zenshin had challenged him to a sparring match and being the killer-type he graciously accepted. But he was wondering one thing: was it wise to fight against someone he had met only a few times? To fight against someone who’s magic he didn’t really know? A few brief moments passed and the thoughts of doubt were discarded. The moment he entered the Arena, adrenalin and excitement took over.
“Come out Zenshin! Get ready to DIE!”

"Dark-Ice shuriken" Zen said, and a small boom could be heard, as his tiny shuriken broke mach one. He made sure to position them to the sides of Ghost. Actually hitting him would be cheap, and that wasn't Zen's style. Then, he walked out from behind Hellfire. "Ready to die eh? Go ahead and try. This'll be way better than you trying to explain your magic". Holding his hands out, he said "Dark-Ice Heavy Sword", and sure enough, a double handed sword appeared in his hands, Zen was ready.

“Relying on solid objects won’t get you far” taunted Hellfire as he jumped away from Zenshin.
“Do you know what one of the greatest human flaws are?” he asked rhetorically “The fact that they rely on sight far too much!”
Dark shrouds were released from Hellfire’s coat and covered a 50 square-meter area and Zenshin was more than in range; this was the spell known as Shrouded.
“Try to hit me now” Hellfire taunted again.

"A parlor trick? Please, you have to do better than that against another darken user." he said loudly, trying to be louder than the annoying groaning he was hearing. Zen dispersed the sword, as it would be useless as of right now. "Dark-Ice, Floor" and with that, an area just about the same size as shrouded was covered in a thick layer of dark ice, also with that, Zen iced his feet for 'skates'. He had payed attention to where he threw his shuriken in the first place and started rushing forward to where he thought they were, running purely on instinct.

“Dark-Ice, Floor” yelled Zenshin and all of the sudden the ground was encased in ice. Hellfire slipped and fell on the slippery field, annoyed now.
“Well if that’s how you’re gonna play it… FANGs OF THE ABYSS!” multiple smaller fangs materialized out of the “Despair” all around and launched themselves at Zenshin who was desperately heading somewhere.

'Damage Dice' :

Zen was skating forward when he heard that his opponent had called out an attack, then, braced himself as he continued to skate forward. Zen thought why he would call his attacks out like that, but since he didn't know what it did, he just put his arms forward hoping for the best. By the name of it, it was probably a cutting attack, one of the weaker things against an Ice maker, since they can just cover the cut over with ice. His magic seemed more and more related to hell. Zenshin just loved learning about new magic, but didn't want to use all his power until that kind of situation presented himself.

'Block Dice' :

“Tsk… Well that was stupid of me… calling out an attack…” he murmured to himself. But there was one more, small trick he had up his sleeve. One that has been proven to be fatal. Bind of Despair… strips of solid “Despair” arose from beneath Zenshin and started to wind themselves around his arms and legs.

'Damage Dice' :

Zen swirved left and right a few times and the fangs cut his hands a little, but he quickly covered it in ice to prevent bleeding. The spell that shrouded him had finally worn off and Zen could get a clear view of Ghost. Zen put his left leg out for the turn and sped towards his opponent while some darkness tried to make its way to him. Too bad for the darkness that Zen was great at maneuvering on ice. A few spins and some flashy beams left and right jumped, and he was almost right next to Hellfire. Almost in slow motion, he jumped up and threw a spinning right kick in mid air aiming at his head.

'Damage Dice' :

All Hellfire saw was a leg coming at him at high speed. Instinctively he moved back a little and slipped, but at least Zenshin connected with the floor. Something was off though, Hellfire’s clothes were wet… the ice floor started to melt.
“Well, well… you missed…” he grinned and again formed small fangs that launched toward Zenshin. A smile spread acrross his face as he was sure that he would hit.

'Damage Dice' :

Time sped up quickly after the kick, Zen had missed, and just spun himself around. The man was cocky, Zenshin would give him that, but that wouldn't get to him, he stayed focused. "Well, well,... you missed..." he told Zen, but Zenshin just laughed at him in his head, as he almost knew that his next attack would be sloppy. Sure enough, it was, and Zen easily dodged it, with a spin at that, and he kept spinning, faster and faster until he caught adequate speed. When he did, he lifted his leg in a kicking position and aimed for his body this time.

Zenshin was spun to evade Hellfire’s fangs and kept on spinning. The Ice mage reminded him of an ice skater at that moment. Suddenly he saw a leg lift up and aim head straight towards him. As fast as he could he tried to erect a barrier of "Despair" between him and the other mage.

'Block Dice' :

As Zen threw his kick, Hellfire tried to erect himself a shield of darkness, but as soon as Zen felt his foot collide with fire's mid section, he knew that it had failed miserably. Zenshin heard a loud crack coming from the area where his ribs would be, and knew, that at that speed he probably broke one or two ribs, or at least weakened them enough to be very close to shattering. Like his last kick, it felt like it was in slow motion, only it landed this time, sending Ghost a good one and a half meters back. His Ice floor had melted now, and it was time for another attack, while his opponent was on the defensive. He held both his arms forward and said again, "Dark-Ice, shuriken"! This time, they fired in bursts, multiple booms could be heard as all of the waves would break the sound barrier, but only just. and they all headed for the now wounded opponent.

Hellfire felt at least two ribs breaking and knew that the others were definitely cracked. Agonising pain went through his chest as he tried to recover, just to see ice shuriken headed straight for him. “I will not be bested by you!” he bellowed and charged at Zenshin. He released Shrouded again and simultaneously used his Bind of Despair. Then he sent sharp blades of despair towards the shuriken and Zenshin to block and attack at the same time. This was almost his limit…

Zen quickly saw that he had used that blinding, moaning thing again Zen, Shrouded, as it was properly named. Zenshin thought that he would probably try and use that binding spell again, so he called out, "Dark-Ice, giant crocodile" and following the call-out, a giant darkly iced crocodile appeared under Zenshin. It was massive enough for about half of Zenshin's body to be sticking out of the black mist, causing the noises and vision loss. "Charge..." he said, his voice darker, and some deep purple water vapor emanating from him, it just got serious. But first, he had to minimize the damage of the incoming attack.

'Block Dice' :

The blades of “Despair” shattered the ice shuriken, but his binding failed… again. Then out of nowhere a giant crocodile appeared out of nowhere that lifted Zenshin up above the shroud. This did not prevent the other blades from tearing through his body however…
“Hah! Take that!” he called out victoriously. With no time to waste then he used his last hidden spell “Sloth’s Claws” and “Despair” engulfed his arms, creating 20cm long claws.
“Your crock aint gonna be nothin when I’m done with it!”
He charged at the gigantic animal, intending to slice it to shreds. Again he used “Fangs of the Abyss” to attack the wounded Zenshin.
