The study of lacrimas or magic is what Angus has devoted his life's research to. Although young and aspiring, he has never had interest in becoming a wizard, but rather creating new lacrimas that can further improve his future studies and medicinal business. Due to this research, Angus is capable of creating a vast amount of magic lacrimas with the proper materials and procedures.

Going as far as hiding his birthday and destroying the laboratories that he no longer uses.

Angus can be deemed mysterious, distant, and quiet when it comes to his past, which seemingly cannot be recovered from any of his documents. And although being a passionate, hardworking lacrimatologist, he can be seen as one of the most well rounded and generous people with such bare finances.
Angus considers himself a humble person in the sense that he finds happiness in progress through much less common means and continues to grow successful. May it be his research, experiments, or even the medicine he sells for a living. When it comes to his personal problems, he often keeps them to himself and if he does come to share these problems, he keeps even his closest colleagues or friends at arms' length. Why? Simply because it would backfire more than it would help. Because he is a well rounded person, he has confidence in his emotional and mental management, making him someone prideful to a degree.
Despite the idea of selling medicine for a living, Angus sees his study as material that can be used for profit and further investigation. His research and experimentation holds no limits, which can make him a cold blooded murderer if it is required for the progress of his research. Of course, even he has a sense of ethics and morals but much to a degree where they are far to broad for him to advocate. Because of his ambition to make progress in his research by any means, one can call him obsessive and an opportunist. Although he is an opportunist, he is most certainly not obsessive, but is simply passionate about his work.
But, despite the limits Angus cannot hide behind, he is generally a clumsy young man and easily amused. For someone who is nineteen, he is still deemed a kid by seniors and superiors, and often 'acts tough' when called something like that, making him a person who wants to meet others' expectations. This can be both a good and bad thing for Angus, seeing as he's focusing on others rather than his individuality, or gladly put him to the task when it isn't research or experimenting.
However, more often then not, Angus can be deemed cold hearted and self centered at an exceedingly young age. His ethics are questionable and is often used to excuse the immoral experiments he does, even with seemingly harmless things.
Because Angus has traveled more often than not, he has no sense of 'dark' and 'evil', or 'good' and 'light'. In fact, he has no interest in either side, making him a neutral character who holds no interest with his alignments. - Anicent Texts- As one could guess, Angus is very enthusiastic bookworm.
- Traveling- Angus has seen parts of the world plenty of times and continues to yearn for travel.
- Exploration- Whether be exploring ancient scripts or mines fabled to have sacred lacrimas in them, Angus loves to explore.
- Workaholic- Just as said, Angus can be described as a workaholic in the shadows, and never finds a good time to relax.
- Caffeine- Lots of sugar, lots of cream, and an extra teaspoon of espresso. Mm! Keeps ya' awake all night!
- Experimenting- It's both a graphic and uncomfortable process for most people but Angus finds the procedure exquisite and divine in the sense of how interesting it can be to have the life of an organism in the palm of your hand.
Dislikes:
- Regression- A common state where something or someone regresses is something that is close to becoming a fear for Angus.
- Heavy Drinking- Does he like alcohol? Sure, a lot of people do. Does he like the heavy stuff?... No. No he does not.
- Animals- There are very few animals that he enjoys. But due to bad experiences with them, the negative relationship between he and the animal kingdom is mutual.
Motivations:
- Progress: Progress has always been an ambition for Angus, and although still young, he continues to improve his current studies but progression. This is one of the fueling fires that allows him to do what he does best in it's prime state.
- Medicine: Medicine is it's own fancy and science in a way, and while being able to experiment with new substances on a daily basis because of it, he gains both profit and respect for his business products.
- Simple Pleasures: Despite being a passionate Lacrimatologist and Doctor, it is one of Angus's longing goals to enjoy life's simplest pleasures when the opportunity arises.He feels entitled to relaxation.
Fears:
- Gorillas: Although disliking animals in general, Gorillas are the ones who resents to a point he fears them. Due to being attacked by one at a young age, Angus no longer associates with the apes.
- Failure: Call him a perfectionist, but Angus cannot stand detrimental failure. It comes to a point where if anything sentimental to him fails, it sparks self hatred, doubt, and resentment of contributing factors that never really contributed.
- Death: Truly, Angus does no recognize the concept of death. He has been so focused on his ambitions for the past plenty years and never caught eye of any potential risk in himself or others, but at the same time, when it is brought into light, Angus fears it.
