Let us go! Let us go! We can't take the sun anymore!

Zemina was on her first job with a guildmate. She rarely talked with the guildmates, and didn't do much with them. The crimson-clad descendent of Agni the fire god didn't really like interaction with people that much, so that led her to be more of a lone wolf. It wasn't that she was shy, it was more that she didn't like the interaction because she never really was there to build real friendships, and she didn't want to fully hang out with those that weren't true friends. This however was an exception.

The guildmate, who's name she didn't even know, was walking with Zemina towards the tower. The warrior of Agni went over what they were supposed to do in her mind.

This is a cult, and they worship the sun. The daughter of the client fell to this cult's spell, so they might try to take us by force if we don't oblige to their demands. I have it!

These were the thoughts that went through her head, and finally they reached the entrance. The man there held out his hand to halt the two, and asked: "Who are you two?"

Zemina spoke before her partner could. "We are two who would like to cleanse ourselves of our past by pledging to serve the great Sun. Please allow us to join, otherwise we don't know how we will live with ourselves." Zemina bowed to the man, and the man looked at the two with a raised eyebrow. Shrugging his shoulders, the man opened the doors letting the two in.

Sorry if I controlled your character a bit! But that was the only way I thought of introducing this job.

Minh would enter slowly before stopping when he was right next to the man when a suddenly thudding crack is heard, and the man turns his head to look upon Cheepie who had drove himself into the skull of the greeter only to pop out somewhat covered in blood, shaking most of it off in an adorable dance before perching on top of Minh's head. Then he'd proceed into the huge tower after Zemina following close behind while looking to and fro at the various apprentices wondering about. Apparently this place seemed to be functioning better than he had expected from such a cult. Nevertheless, Minh was going to make sure that it will all be leveled to the ground by the time he was done with it. There was the issue of taking out all of these cultists or at the very least making their way through them all to get to the girl that they needed to bring back. Whatever this cult was about, it was infectious to a degree that was sickening, and even now, he can feel some sort of unknown influence trying to overcome him. This place was not at all natural nor was he going to find out what was the source, at least not yet.

"Zemina, are you sure this was the best course of action to deal with what could be a small army of mages' worth stationed in this blasted tower." Minh would comment quietly as he went for the set of stairs that would lead upwards and probably to their destination. The earthen male said while keeping his hand restrained from reaching for the sword on his back.

ANYWAYS I'll roll a couple so it can last us a while

'Monster Dice' :

The crimson swordswoman listened to the earth mage, looking around to make sure there was no one to listen in.

"This is most likely the best course of action. If we pretend to be worshipers we can easily recover the girl and leave, but if we decide to come in here and start killing people we risk hurting the girl, as well as getting ourselves in danger. As you said, it may as well be an army." Just as she finished someone snuck up behind the two, and yelled out for more people to come.

"These two are not worshipers! They are a disgrace to the Almighty Sun's name! Lets show the Sun our new power and thank him by purging these two!"

Zemina could sense a very faint magical presence coming off the young boy, as well as the nine others that came with him. The group of initiates surrounded the group, and Zemina stood perfectly calm, with her hands on her sword. "I won't need to activate my power to defeat powerless foes like you, you're all weak. Go home or I'm afraid I'll send you to a cemetery."

The young boy snickered. "In the name of the Sun, you will perish this day!" Zemina sighed, and stood there waiting for this fight... Or moreso manslaughter... to begin. It started with two charging forward, the rest hanging back because they were only testing to see how powerful Zemina and Minh were.

The young girl whom attacked Zemina surrounded her fists in light, and began furiously swinging at the crimson swordswoman. Zemina easily dodged most of the attacks, but the ones that would have normally connected hit her sword instead. After a swing to the face, Zemina grabbed the wrist of the young girl. Taking her sword and stabbing it through the young woman's stomach, she then passed over and began bleeding heavily. However she didn't give up, and got up to limp and begin attacking again, but this time slower. Zemina sighed.

This cult has corrupted them. They'll give up their own lives...

Zemina saw no other way, these people were brainwashed. So she drove the sword into her stomach again, keeping it in until she bled out.

One down, although by now 5 of them could have been down if Zemina used her magic.

Minh was not one to engage into mass slaughter right off the bat with these mere disciplines who were probably more misguided than actually malicious, but there was the fact that some were indeed this influenced by the occult influence meant that some bloodshed would be needed in order to complete this task properly. As he was approached by the sole male initiate, the earthen male drew forth his massive blade with a single hand, but the young man was not even moved as he continued his futile charge. Not another moment was lost before a swift swing of the blade came crashing down upon him, shearing through the body with a loud crunch was bone and flesh was cut asunder without remorse. A sudden silence fell upon the initial group of initiates as they stand there looking upon what used to be a fellow comrade, split into two crumpled pieces, and the second group to come in was not that more confident especially with many looking upon the rocky warrior with a giant blade fitting of a giant.

However, for Zemina and Minh, their real foes would gather before them in the from of apprentices who pushed through the masses of the initiates with their forms already glowing with energy for combat. The burly male thundered off into the apprentices with his blade raised coming into range before appearing into the thick of them faster than a blink of the eye with three of the robed persons falling to the ground in cleaved halves. Then a spinning sweep causes all of them to jump back out of range just barely.

The small candidates were gone, and Zemina's mind was cleared. She didn't have to engage with mindless slaughter this time, but there was also a bit of other enemies to deal with. She readied her sword, as ten enemies approached, each holding a significantly higher magical potential than the ones Minh and herself just defeated, but she didn't care because all they were doing was using the same type of magic as the initiates were, only this bunch had their entire bodies submerged in sunlight.

"This is going to be a long way up!" She shouted to Minh, still not recalling his name. He had just now taken down three of them, and three went for Zemina, obviously underestimating her abilities. The three all attacked Zemina at once, but one she ducked they all recieved a punch to the face by another cultist. Then Zemina would kick one of them in the chin, and flip over him. With that done she now actually grabs the man by his neck, damaging her own body because of the sunlight, and then using him as a human shield to protect against the blows that were soon to come. The man fell to the ground, incapacitated because of the flurry of strikes to his stomach, and Zemina stood there holding her sword out. One charged at Zemina, who raised an eyebrow. As the man thought he connected with Zemina's face, he fell to the ground, blood leaking from his side.

Zemina dashed past him, slicing his ribs open. He fell to the ground and stayed incapacitated, but the crimson swordswoman knew he would live if he got treated quickly. Next was the last one, whom began fighting like he knew Krav Maga, and actually managed to hit Zemina whilst she dodged most of his attacks. Upon the strike, Zemina was angered. Not because she was hit, but because she was hit by someone so weak. She unleashed thirteen slashes, each to different points of his body and in different speeds, not even noticing the boy's sunlight aura dissipating after three. The apprentice fell, and Zemina approached Minh slowly, swiping her sword in a slashing motion to get the blood off of it.
