Name: Neyvahn Keyvolo
Gender: Male
Age: 23 Years Old
Birthday: 01/04
Sexuality: Straight
Special Characteristics: Tear shaped scar underneath his right eye
Personality: Neyvahn’s father was a yokai. His mother was a human. Neyvahn was originally going to be a twin, but the twin was miscarried. Why? Well, the twin was the one imbued with yokai energy. However, the child’s body was too human-like to control the energy and died off. The dormant energy (and consciousness of the miscarried child) transferred into Neyvahn and did not reveal itself until an encounter with a fellow yokai more than 20 years later.
Neyvahn is a bakeneko, or a cat yokai. An attack from a bakedanuki, AKA a tanuki yokai, woke up the yokai energy inside of him along with the consciousness of his unborn brother, Kei (weird right?). Because of this, Neyvahn constantly has a second voice in his head that can periodically take control of his body. Fortunately, Kei is more reasonable and cool-headed than Neyvahn, and helps him out of difficult situations.
Neyvahn cannot handle lots of people or lots of noise. One person, he may be able to handle, but too many people will instantly lower his tolerance, and ignorance will increase how quickly he breaks. Because Black Rose is one of the more talkative guilds, Neyvahn often spends time in his room away from all the noise in the GuildHall. When he first joined Black Rose, he was only 14 years old. Now he’s 23 years old. Doesn’t mean he’s gotten any closer to his guildmates. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t like all people though. Neyvahn has been through alot, and needs someone to comfort him, make him feel a little less alone. He has a slightly rough exterior to most people, but some might have an easier time getting closer to him. It usually depends on how they interact with him. Sweeter and softer will probably have an easier time than a jokester.
When it comes to combat, Neyvahn does not like to hang around. He’s had too many battles with bad endings, and is beginning to become hesitant to pick a fight. However, he’ll still fight with all his heart and rush in like a moron. He’s not a heavy hitter, he goes as quick as possible and usually attacks with fists, kicks, and spells… or at least if he doesn’t plan to kill his opponent. If he gets caught in a yokai blood lust or if he’s pushed into emotional rage, he’ll mainly use his sword and do everything he can to decapitate, maim, or murder his opponent. Blame the problems in his life.
Under a leader, Neyvahn is indifferent. He’ll follow orders if he agrees with them, he won’t if he disagrees. At least that’s the case if he doesn’t know the leader. If he does, his choices will depend more on how he feels about said leader.
As a leader… well, Neyvahn wouldn’t really ever want to be a leader. That and he’d never really expect anybody to follow him. If for some odd reason he ever did get in a situation where he was leader, he’d only pay attention to the objective and not really the people he’s leading… in other words, he’d be a terrible leader.
Likes:
-Silence: Noise is too much for his ears. He just likes to retreat and take a break from all the buzz.
-Snow: Sometimes snow is the best cover you can ask for. Especially in the need of a surprise attack.
-Isolation: Away from other people, when your thoughts can think among themselves.
-Lemonade Iced Tea: A good drink Neyvahn’s gotten used to.
Dislikes:
-People: People are stupid. I’m pretty sure others would agree with me. But then again, people are stupid.
-Ruckus: Sometimes you just need to stick with yourself and think. It’s hard to do that when you can’t even hear yourself.
-Isolation: Although it’s good for thinking, it still sucks to be alone.
Motivations:
-Peace: Neyvahn wants a peaceful life, but he can’t obtain it with the situation he’s in, so he strives to resolve everything so he can rest.
-Love: Although he doesn’t realize it, Neyvahn needs someone to help him through life. Simple as that.
-Power: Neyvahn is weak. He’s come to terms with this, but he fears being defenseless against other mages.
Fears:
-Embarrassment: It doesn’t matter if you’re a cold-blooded killer. If the spotlight is put on you, you better hope you don’t make a fool of yourself or you’ll never hear the end of it.
-Helplessness: If you can’t do anything to change it, you can only watch as everything goes down.
-The Desert: Sure you can be resistant to the cold, but what defense do you have for a blistering hot desert? If you become lost out there, then death will find you within the hour.
