Breaking & Exiting (Solo/Mission/Désir)

Blair followed as fast as she could, turning the corners her targets turned, making sure they weren't going to get away. It was obvious where they were headed, the docks. Blair was merely going on a shipping spree with some of the money she had earned from completing her first job when all of a sudden she saw these guys running out from the Ship companies store, and heard the manager yelling. Truth be told, she had already starting chasing after them before the manager offered her a reward. He must have seen my guild tattoo, Blair thought to herself, watching as the men began to catch on to the fact that they were being followed. 

"Who is that girl and why is she following us?"
"I don't know man, but look at her chest!" 

The men turned and gawked. Blair was about to become infuriated until she over heard one of them shout, "She's a Lamia scale mage!", reminding her that her guild tattoo was pasted right on her chest. Letting out a sigh of relief, she began to catch up speed, "Come on, if you return what you took I won't turn you in! I promise!"

The men laughed as they all began to slow their pace, turning around as they cut began to surround Blair. "Sweet heart, there are ten of us and one of you. I don't care if you're a mage of Lamia scale or not, the odds just aren't in your favor." The man let out a laugh and through the bag of goods behind him, cracking his fingers as his band of merry thieves laughed along side him. "Please, I don't want to hurt anyone. there is no need for me to hurt anyone. If you simply return what you stole, then we can all go out separate ways, and no harm will come." A smile bloomed on her face as the men looked at her. 

"Are you crazy?" One of them chuckled. "Do you know how much money we just took? Enough to motivate us to kill a man, let alone beat them up to get them off our backs." The man cracked his fist as his crew continued to laugh. Blair's smile did not fade, however, she was a bit unpleased. "Are you sure?" She asked again. 

The man did not respond with words, he responded by charging towards her, fist high in the air, prepared to strike.

'Monster Dice' :

As Blair watched the man get closer, she stepped to the side, not even bothering to block it. "I will not use magic against those who were not given the privilege," She spoke, swigging her fist towards the man and watching as her grabbed it, unaware that her leg shortly followed, smashing into his skull and sending him on the ground. It was either her leg or the ground that did the job, but the man was unconscious.

The men looked at her, astonished. "Now," She spoke with a smile, "There is no need for any further damage to be done, please don't force my hand."

the men all stood there, watching as one of their own lay still on the floor. It was then one of them charged. Arm raised high in the sky, his moves were horribly predictable. "Such a pity," She spoke through her smile, raising her arm, and catching the mans punch. "Why do you persist," She spoke, letting go of the mans hand and watching as he took a few steps away from her. "Is life really that hard for you that you must resort to taking the money of others?"

As the men charged towards Blair, her smile began to shrink in size. Slamming her fist into the chest of one man, she quickly spun around and jammed her knee into the throat of another. The two men hit the ground with a thud as the took a step back, one man still standing before Blair. He was much bigger then the others, muscles fairly large, even in his neck, something Blair noticed as he cracked it. 

Blair clenched her fist, and charged forward. Attempting to land a kick, she watched as the man grabbed her leg. Trying to kick her way free with the other, she saw the man turn his own block into another catch. Hands now on the ground, Blair attempted to twirl her way out. the man let go of her legs, blocking any damage done. 

"I'm going to suppose they didn't send you out here as the voice of reason, did they?" She asked. 

"You're wasting you're time lady." One of the men shouted, the rest of the crew chuckling. "Bruttus doesn't talk, he smashes. Ain't that right buddy?" As the words left his mouth, the man, Bruttus, charged. Luckily he missed, sliding right past her and slamming into a wooden crate, smashing it in half. The next charge, however, was spot on. Blocking would be a waste of time, she would still get damaged. 

Leaping out of the way, she watched as he once again slammed into a wall. Running up behind him, she attempted to kick him in the chest, but with his arm raised, he yet again caught her.

As the man gripped her leg tight, Blair saw as he raised his arm to strike. This is gonna hurt! Raising her arms to block, she flinched in anticipation as the punch flew down, missing her completely. Bruttus looked a bit confused, but Blair didn't give him the chance to catch on. Attempting to kick him, she watched as she, herself missed, both must have been running low on stamina. Of course, the kick itself got Bruttas to let go of her leg, and by doing so, allowed Blair to strike. 

Slamming her fist into the mans chest, she watched as he stumbled back, a bit dazed and confused. The perfect combination for Blair to slam her fist right into his skull, knocking him unconscious. 

"She... She beat Bruttus..." One of them stuttered, "Come on men!" another shouted, turning around and attempting to run away, grabbing the bag. "I'm sorry but I can't let you just take the money and leave!" Attempting to kick the man, he managed to jump out of the way. However, now Blair was on the other side of the group of bandits, blocking all of them from the docks.

"Come on men! If we all charge, she can't block all our hits!" Five of the six remaining men charged towards Blair, arms ready. One of the men missed, and Blair managed to block three others. However, one was headed right for her. It was then it struck her, a vision. The man was going to strike her by in the head! Quickly evading the attack, Blair watched as the five men who had attacked her all gathered in a clump before her, the sixth man joining them. 

"You are certainly a strong one, aren't you young lady," The man spoke, cracking his fists. "However, we aren't giving up. All you've done is taken care of some of the other guys, leaving more money for us once it comes down to splitting it all." 

Blair clenched her fist. She felt as if she were being choked. "How could you say such awful things?" She asked. "These men, wicked or not, were your friends, or at the very least your allies. How could you just toss them to the side!" Energy began to swell in her eyes, fusing along with her tears. "I am no longer seeing you as people. I try to see the best in people, but, frankly, there just is no best in you!" Whipping the tears from her face, she tossed two of them towards the men, watching them swell up until they took the appearance of 2, 7 foot long whales. 

The men watched in awe and fear as one slid right past them, missing. However the second was more on par. Like a bowling ball rolling towards pins, two of the targets got struck, being slammed into a wall, and falling unconscious. 

She then charged right towards one of the men, the man who had spoken ill of his allies. "People like you do not deserve friends or allies!" She spoke, striking the man in the side of the jaw and knocking him unconscious.

The sorrow had left her body, and sorrow was the only feeling she had towards these people. "I feel... Numb..." She spoke. Nothing was inside her. She certainly was no happy about having beaten up seven men, but with no sorrow left in her body, she didn't know how to feel. "I...I don't like this feeling..." She spoke, shaking her head. "Sensory shift..." She spoke, a smile starting to form on her face as she began to spew with laughter. A little bit of physical damage was worth feeling, no matter the feeling. 

"What the hell is this chick laughing about?" One of the men asked. 
"I don't know man, she fucking crazy." 
"What should we do about her?"  

As two of them bickered, a third stood off to the side, merely watching. He had been there the hole time, only moving from that spot when the hole group attacked. Merely shaking his head, he watched as Blair charged forward, both of her hands clenched tightly into the formation of fists. 

The two bickering men didn't even notice as the fists plunged into their jaws, uppercutting them into the air, and onto their asses. Blair looked up, still smiling like a psycho. "So, are you going to make me hurt you, too?" She asked, cracking her neck. The down side to Sensory shift, no, the down side to Emotion magic, Mania. 

The man charged towards her, drawing a blade, and attempting to strike, just barely missing Blair, and cutting a bit of her hair off. It would have been a lot more hair if Blair hadn't moved to the side. "I guess I am, huh?"

Blair and the man eyed one another, it was a stand off. The man has his blade ready, and Blair had her fists held high. The man remained quiet, yet Blair continued to laugh. "Come onnnnnnnn," She shouted with glee ringing in her voice, "You're not gonna make me attack you, right? If you don't attack me i'm just going to assume that you're just gonna let me take the money and leave, right?" 

The man did nothing, he did not speak, he did not move. "Alright then," She spoke, cheery as she practically skipped over towards the bag of money. As she reached down, that's when the man moved. Letting out a sigh, she quickly spun around, fist raised high, "That's what I thought!" Slamming her fist towards the man, she watched as he slid under her. A bit confused it was then she saw the man lash out with her blade. The fist slash was easy to maneuver around, however, the kick caught her off guard, leaping to the side, barely avoiding it. 

As Blair began to pick up speed, she charged towards the man again, going in for a hit, and missing. As she missed, a chuckle once again left her mouth. "Oops." She spoke, shrugging her shoulders, head cocked to the side as she just starred at the man. The mania of emotion magic was really taking a hit on her.

As the man stepped towards her, it was obvious he was getting serious. Flying towards her at full speed, Blair smiled, prepared to dodge it, however, as she stepped to the side, she realized she wasn't quick enough. The but of the sword struck her in the gut, sending her back a few feet until she landed on her butt. A bit stunned, she looked up, "You hit me..." She spoke. That can't be right, my lineage should have had me see it coming, i know i haven't exhausted it, I know I haven't! 

Gripping the ground, she watched as the man came out her once more. It must be the mania... She told herself. It was then her eyes went wide, and she rolled over to the side, and side swiped him. Watching as the man evaded, jumping into the air, Blair quickly got onto her feet, slamming her fist into the mans forehead, and slamming it into a wall. 

She let out a sigh as she stumbled over to the bag of stolen goods, hearing the sound of rune knights make their way towards Blair and the men. "I guess you lose the money, and are going to prison..." She spoke, "I wish it didn't have to be like that." Letting out a sigh, Blair began to make her way towards the owner of the Shipping company.

As Blair approached the man, she watched as he leaped and hugged the bag. "Thank you so much!" He spoke, leaping with joy as he looked over as Blair. "Ugh, you have no idea how much I was worried. They stole everything, Ev, ry, thing." The man made a Tsk Tsk noice was reached into the bag, pulling out 1000 jewels. "To a job well done," He spoke, handing them to Blair. 

She wanted to refuse, she would have saved them without a reward. However, before she could the man ran inside! Blair looked at the money in her hand, and then looked at the setting sun in the sky. "I guess it wouldn't hurt to have some money..." She told herself, shrugging off the feeling of guilt and heading back to the guild, were she was currently residing until she could find a place of her own. "I'm tiered..." Blair spoke, letting out a yawn, and beginning to think about her future with a bubble bath.
