Finding Ignite (Solo)

His breathing wasn't too stable at the current moment, he ran a long distance to return to the gardens. It was night time, the sun dropped down way lower than anyone would expect, it wasn't possible for it to get any darker via sun movement, it can only get brighter. Rumor had it that there was a Baby Phoenix, and those were rare for anyone to see. But they were only found in the dark at the Rose Gardens, at least, that being to only pace that keeps Phoenixs without having the worry of burning. It is said that all Phoenix Birds matured in the Rose Gardens before they head off to areas like Volcanos or any other heat related areas. They can never be missed if found, their feathers giving light to humans as night, even if they don't quite have their flames. The ultimate goal for Elyx is to find a baby Phoenix and take care of it, sometimes he would be ready to go on jobs, but all of his friends would be busy sleeping or with something else. He was sure whatever they were doing was important, but it made him a little bit lonely that he had to actually be forced to sit alone and wait. It got to a point in which he didn't want to do that anymore, it just wasn't worth the wait. There could be someone or something to talk to him in the meantime, but that doesn't mean he is shackled to people. A pet would suffice perfectly, though he would rather not use the word pet. Pet sounded like an animal who was a slave to a human. No, that didn't seem fair in his eyes, he didn't want a name that means he is forcing an animal to do as he says.

Now, a few things about Phoenix Birds, if I have my knowledge correct, they can be startled easily. When a new Phoenix Bird is born, it is attached to the first person it sees. I have to be careful not to steal a child, that could get me into some serious trouble. Elyx whispered to himself, reconing his knowledge so he knew what he would be doing, and not messing up. As known, they are rare to find, so to cherish the Phoenix Bird and treat them the way they deserve to be treated, that will allow them to become your allies. I can't use my music to get them either, it seems I only have one choice. Try to be nice and treat an Orphan Phoenix bird like a parent. Well, it's not like anyone said it would be easy.

He continued to walk forward until he saw a small light, just one small flame-like light. He didn't know what to do with it, walk, run, whistle, anything seemed like a good and bad idea at the same time. This was going to be a hard choice to get to the light. He decided to walk slowly towards it, making sure not to cuse any trouble with the being in front of him. Confirmation is key, as long as the light remains in place, whatever he was using to get there is a good idea. His footsteps were light and delicate, as if he were trying to walk on water. What a terrible thought. The smile turned neutral as he remembered something about huge bodies of water, they scare nightmares into him. The nurses apprentice, the fainting, the drowning, the seven year old boy. It was all a nightmare for him, and sometimes it would come to haunt him, whenever he is in areas like rivers, lakes, pools, or worst of all, oceans. He continued to walk forward until he was then ambushed, something knocking him to the side, possibly ruining his plan.

'Monster Dice' :

A giant Carnbunicle! They areuch heavier than he expected them to be, and he felt some wind get knocked out of his body as the animal slung onto him. He lunged his body back to keep the two of them rolling, not wanting to stop with his end having the least amount of leverage. They ended up in a grapple, which caused their strengths to clash. Elyx was above and ready to strike some blows, he aimed one right fist at its face, causing it to be a little phased. The second lunch was aimed and nailed just as effectively, the third failed as the monster bit the arm of Elyx, causing him to hold in a yowl so he didn't end up scaring the Phoenix bird anymore than it probably was at the current moment. The arm was let go, but Elyx felt himself spinning as he ended up being on the ground. A claw hit his chest successfully, but that was the only thing the monster landed before Elyx took a chance and punched the throat of the monster. It flailed around a little bit, lifting its weight off of Elyx, that was the moment he could end this fight. He rolled back up onto his feet and charged for the Carnbunicle. He jumped onto the head of the monster before using it as a boost to end Elyx into the air. He did a backflip as he carried this out. When he dove down, he aimed for the top of the head of the phased monster, then upon landing, the monsters head was hit devastatingly hard against the ground.
