SO FOOLISH, SO PRETENTIOUS fortune does not favour fools. Yawning, Elizabeth looked around, hand placed on Nightfall's handle. It was early. At least for her, it was awfully early. Leaning against the wall of a building, Elizabeth fixed her long jacket, cracking her neck, tapping her left foor against the ground, the Dark Boots producing a clack every time their heel hit the pavement below her. People were crossing the street, heading towards the stores that could be found down the street, chatting, laughing, or simply listening to music. Simply enjoying the -rather cold, yes-, day. Elizabeth, however, had not abandoned her warm bed in Clover, and traveled in train for at least 2 hours, just to enjoy the day in Hargeon, staring at a restaurant. At all; her presence in the port city could be explained quite easily; she came here only because of a Request. If not, she wouldn't have really bothered to make her appearance in Hargeon. Simple as that. Playing with the request paper, Elizabeth patiently awaited for her job partner to make his appearance, her eyes never leaving the Restaurant she had been staring at for at least half of an hour. She couldn't really not focus on that restaurant, for its owner was her client, and her mission - a rather simple mission, to clarify-, consisted in simply protecting that Restaurant from a group of thugs that had decided that it was a good idea to invade it and attack it every single day. How foolish of them to think that, upon a few days of massive invasions and assaults, the poor customer wouldn't put up a Request in a Legal Guild. And what's more; it was foolish of their side to think that no Legal Mage would respond to a distress call from a normal man. How foolish, indeed. Suddenly, a small, feline creature jumped on Elizabeth's shoulder from the top of a roof. Its precision, speed, and agility were atonishing, and the fact that it landed on a small shoulder from a tall building was simply atonishing. Taking her hand up, Elizabeth scratched the petite feline behind the ears, ignoring the lightning that was perillously around its body. Any sign of possible thugs or suspicious individuals? Elizabeth asked, not even bothering to turn and look at her pet, Zero. Non. Just normal people. Or well, people that don't look like thugs or don't have a suspicious appearance, at least by our standarts. Did your partner arrive? Elizabeth shook her head. Her partner, a Guildmate of hers, Seitenshi Ayato, had yet to arrive. The two knew eachother; they had met once, and had talked a few times in the guild, yet nothing more. It was safe to say that they barely knew eachother, yet were not complete strangers. Which was good, since Elizabeth wasn't very fond on doing requests with Strangers... Usually.

"Yum, yum, yum!" Ayato cheered. Red velvet cheesecake: his favourite! There was nothing more powerful to his tongue than this, alone! How had he not seen it before! It was beyond delicious! It looked like heaven in a cake! And oh shoot! Ayato had a mission to attend to. While dancing with her his early morning dessert, Ayato looked at the time. "Damn thugs..." Ayato commented, pouting in disgust. Elizabeth, his mission partner, was probably awaiting his presence eagerly, and he felt greatly at fault for it. He needed to dash. Now. "Here's your payment! Take care!" Ayato remarked, saying his goodbyes to the people in the guild hall. He really did not need to pay for the dessert since the guild was his home, but he felt generous today.
Something about Ayato felt so special today. It was as if he had gained a sudden, supreme addition in power, energy, soul, mind and body. Yes, that was it! The exam did it all! No longer was Ayato a weakling, or the lowest class of this guild, but rather someone growing up; someone people could actually idolize. Perhaps the cheesecake was his reward. Ayato was outside of the guild's property by the time he stopped dreaming of such random, ridiculous topics, and simply saluted the guild from afar. It was about time he really got serious, and set his mind straight for troubles to come- because these peaceful towns always needed that, right? No. Ayato ran to the place one would otherwise desire for transportation from Clover Town, and gave a second payment to order a trip to Hargeon Town.
"I was overreacting..." Ayato muttered as he was on his way to the town. It seemed like Ayato had travelled so fast from inside the guild to this point that time- which was once beginning to fail him- was now of no problem. So this day was getting only more exciting, after all. There was only one thing he felt ashamed though. Ayato knew most of the guild members already, though the ones he barely knew- or even had not met- always seemed to pass him; people who constantly gave him indirect opportunity to converse, but for some reason was disregarded. It seemed Ayato was acting a bit selfish lately without even acknowledging the point. He was only hanging out with the same people or doing stuff solely for personal gain. He could not judge if this was like him or not. Thankfully, this mission would make things different. Ayato hoped to further his relationship with one fellow member- the aforementioned Elizabeth- though no further than his girlfriend, Eternia.
--
"I have arrived!" Ayato welcomed, "So we are just patrolling this restaurant, huh?" Ayato looked towards Elizabeth with a bright smile on his face. It seemed her taste in attire had changed, her hair different, and her overall style different from what the young man expected. It was of no matter, however. Ayato was not here to judge a woman, but rather thugs. The most foolish thugs he could imagine, focusing on a restaurant other than more typical places to annoy, such as banks. Dang, how idiotic were these people? Ayato kept pondering thoughts, then sighed, wondering what the hell he was doing with his life. His excitement had finally vanished, and he was back to his normal self. Here, again, was the typical Ayato; always set out to work.

SO FOOLISH, SO PRETENTIOUS fortune does not favour fools. Startled by a sudden voice next to her, Elizabeth turned her head to the side at a tremenduous speed, only to face Seitenshi, her Guildmate. Smiling softly, she waved at Seitenshi, followed by Zero soon upon that. Yo. She greeted, glancing back at the restaurant for a second just as to make sure that no thug sneaked in while she wasn't focused on the building. People kept coming and going, often turning around to stare at the lightning beast that sat on Elizabeth's shoulder, or just blatantly stopping on the street to stare, an action that Elizabeth found rather rude, just to stop and stare, yet remained silent about it. She disliked pointing out people's errors, mostly in public. She felt horrible, even if that person's attitude or certain habits made her want to leave the scene immediately. Hi there! I'm Zero, Ginny's new pet. Zero introduced himself while his master's mind wandered off, yet made her snap back to reality upon the mention of her second name. Zero rarely refered to her as ''Gin'' or ''Ginevra'', yet sometimes he did, and it was still weird to hear, for Elizabeth was used people that know her to refer to her as ''Liz'' or ''Elizabeth''. Yet it didn't matter anyways. Pointing towards the restaurant, Elizabeth sighed and took out Nightfall, the blade shining at the sunlight. That there is the restaurant we are supposed to protect. For now, no thugs have made an appearance, yet I expect some to come soon. Elizabeth muttered, passing a hand through her red hair, pushing a lock of it behind her ear. Regardless, we should go in now and speak with our client. I believe a few details would come in handy, given the situation. Knowing the number of your opponents and if they posses or do not posess magic can do miracles, you know. Elizabeth chuckled, and looked left or right in order to make sure no vehicles were approaching, before crossing the road calmly, in order to arrive to the other side. The restaurant wasn't a big, flashy, luxorious place. It wasn't even near it. It seemed to be a simple, family restaurant, that offered good food to the local habitants, and wasn't thought to be the restaurant where important figures of the Fiore government, or infamous celebrities, to have dinner at. Looking back to make sure that Seitenshi was following her, Elizabeth pushed the doors to the restaurant open, noticing it was filled with people. She had no idea who he was, so she'd have to ask. And asking wasn't something Elizabeth liked, yet sometimes was forced to do. Good day. Could anyone lead me to the Owner's office, please?

SO FOOLISH, SO PRETENTIOUS fortune does not favour fools. Elizabeth was rather surprised by the atonishing speed of response from the emplyees' part, for they took her and Seitenshi to the owner's office mere seconds after she asked where the place was located at. Perhaps they usually responded so quickly, or only did so now, because they noticed that the redhead, and most possibly her partner as well, were mages. Considering the fact that Elizabeth's crimson Blue Pegasus tattoo could be clearly seen, engraved on her skin, on her left waist, it was most possibly the latter. Gripping her sword, Elizabeth would glance around the restaurant, focused as per usual. It was rather possible that the thugs would attack from the outside, that was not the only way to attack. Despite proving that intelligence and thinking things was not their forte, that did not mean that they couldn't discover the other ways of attacking a certain structure; like, for examply, by infiltrating as a mole, and attacking it from the inside. She noticed how one of the waiters that escorted them to the owner's office kept staring at Zero, and the lightning that constantly traveled around his petite body, intrigued. Rolling her eyes, she considered that such things, as people staring at her pet, were of less importance, and should not be attended at the moment. Leaving the trio in front of the door of the owner, the waiter walked away, still staring at the weird creature, and its owner, who didn't seem to be bothered one bit by the lightning. The office was a rather small place, filled with documents, shelves, and several books. In the middle, could be found a desk, with the owner sitting behind it, greeting the Blue Pegasus mages and the Lightning Beast with a nod. Good day. How could I help you? He asked, his voice formal, face expressionless. Elizabeth greeted with a small reverance, her hands next to her body, just like she had been taught in Pergrande. Good day, Sir. I am Elizabeth Silvershield, and the man next to me is Seitenshi Ayato. We- Before Elizabeth could continue and explain the reason as to why they were there, Ayato took the situation in his hands and explained quickly, and clearly, without wasting time with details. Nodding, Elizabeth crossed her arms over her chest, remaining silent and listening to her Guildmate's explanation of the situation. I see. I am thankful that you have bothered coming here, for these thugs have been terrorizing us for weeks now. I believe the two of you would be able to deal alone with them, am I right? Or do you need me to send my employees to help you as they can? Elizabeth grinned, taking out her sword slightly, so that the blade would reflect the light coming from the window, and thus, seem as if it was indeed, shining. We will be alright, sir. We are mages, after all. What's more, we're Blue Pegasus mages. A band of thugs won't deal with us! That said, the trio made their way out of the office, and back to the hall of the restaurant. Nodding as Ayato suggested for her to watch the interior, Elizabeth quickly explained the situation to the waiters, who were watching her blade, unsheathed mere seconds ago, with fear, in a sense. Leaning against the bar, Elizabeth's eyes ran through the entire place, taking in every inch, every face, analyzing it mentally. So far, nothing interesting, nothing perillous. Until... Well, well, well. It's that time of the week, everyone! Time for us to take what belongs to us! Perhaps it doesn't belong to us by right, but you can't do anything anyways! Haha!

Ayato prepared himself to fight as the three groups who surrounded him all prepared to make a dash. Ayato saw that they were all bulked up, extremely fit, though all of them seemed to be average human beings. Albeit, Ayato could not underestimate them. They still seemed awfully tough, and were charging in quickly. He ported his sword back into his book, slid it into his jacket, then pulled another book out. This one also released its own sword, though both were better. "Sacred Sixth Sense: END and Skilled Elucidator!" Ayato called. He could feel a very small rise in energy whilst these two items were handled. "Everyone! Please stay inside the restaurant or nearest building!" Ayato shouted, "A fight is about to take place, and none of you shall be harmed!"
Ayato revealed his sword to stop these big guys from charging for a minute. It was never smart to charge a man with a sword, anyway. Meanwhile, Daisuke, Ayato's other half, also experienced three groups of two bodyguards headed his way, slowly closing in on him. "Typical thugs..." Ayato joked, "You picked the wrong place to invade, and certainly in the wrong town!" Ayato launched himself forward to kick one of the six on his end with full force, having him finally pound himself against the ground. Additionally, Ayato struck another bodyguard in the stomach with his other leg to send him back, as well. His sword threatened to harm the other four who were currently surrounding the young man, a white flame lit on top. "I'm sure you can tell how I use my magic..." Ayato remarked. The remaining four began to step back and seemingly think of their next move. It was amazing to see how people so tall and bulky could be scared of someone so small- all it took was a sword and white flames, it seemed. "I'm fired up!" Ayato announced, his sword ported back into his book before the book was slid back into his jacket. "No need to be cheap now, huh?" Ayato added, "Time to take you six on like a man! A big, strong man that appears small!" The jerks that stood around Ayato began to laugh. While they probably thought Ayato was just bluffing, and had no expertise with his bare hands, they were surely wrong. Back in the day, Ayato had to fight many with his bare hands, and beat people with much more muscle than these punks!

SO FOOLISH, SO PRETENTIOUS fortune does not favour fools. Elizabeth was rather surprised when the insanely tall, broad-shouldered, athletic man with those insane muscles stepped in front of her, staring at her chest, and then at her sword. Hey cutie. Why don't you give me that sword you've got there, we don't want a precious little thing like you to get hurt... Mostly considering that I need you healthy and fine for the activities that will take place between us later on, if ya understand me... Hehehe. The broad-shouldered man said, placing his hand on Elizabeth's shoulder, caressing the redhead's cheek with his thumb. Yet, the redhead didn't seem terrified like everyone else in the restaurant, like it was expected from a lady like her. Nowhere close to it. Her eyes had went from their usual, electric blue, to a more sinister, more unnatural shade of scarlet red. Slapping the man's hand off of her face, she growled, kicking him in the stomach in a quick, calculated movement, before spinning around, assesing yet another hit on his waist with her foot, before turning her sword, hitting the man in the head with Nightfall's handle. Call me little one more time! I dare you! Hissing, she finished the man off, making him go unconscious, with a clean cut in the waist, leaving him there, bleeding. Guess everything has begun. We better go outside and help Ayato out, Zero. Elizabeth suggested while the Lightning Feline jumped off her shoulder, landing on the ground and showing extreme dexterity, as he landed perfectly. Walking out of the restaurant, Elizabeth headed towards the outside, where it would be logical for most of the thugs to be at, placing her sword back in its sheathe. As she walked, her eyes remained the same evil, twisted God Slayer red, an eerie glow around them. As he walked behind her, Zero noticed that there was a dark aura generating around his owner, which, knowing Elizabeth, didn't mean anything good, and things weren't going to be pretty from now on. Uh-oh. She's very pissed. That lad that was with her earlier should be careful... Just as the Thunder Goddess had expected, the outside was infested by the pest called thugs, Ayato fighting them, dealing with them with quite well. Sorry that I'm late. Had to deal with a stupid arse inside the restaurant. Closing her eyes for a second, Elizabeth snapped her fingers calmly, placing her free hand on her waist, generating a small lightning, that soon would rise a few meters above her, forming a massive cloud of black lightnings. Staring at the thugs, she smirked, the black aura around her more and more visible each time. It seems there's a lightning storm approaching, boys. If I was you, I'd find cover from it, for they can be lethal. Without awaiting any response from the thugs, Elizabeth send the cloud above five of the thugs, releasing all five lightnings on them, and hitting them, making them fall on their knees in pain. Ha! It isn't a pretty thing to be hit by a lightning, is it? Elizabeth asked, smirking, as the cloud dissapeared, fading into nothing. It had faded quickly, yet it had been useful. Very useful.

- Name:
Judgement of the Thunder God
Rank:
C
Type:
Offensive
Description:
Elizabeth rises her hand and concentrates. A massive blakc magic seal appears above her hands, and Elizabeth herself begins glowing with a strong, black aura. Suddenly, 10m above the magic seal, a storm begins forming there. It is no regular storm, however; the clouds, or what should be the clouds, are made by none less than black, high voltage lightnings, the trademark lightnings of the Thunder God. When the cloud expands to its maximum, the black magic seal dissapears, but the aura around the user remains, as the user may move the 5m cloud around, making lightnings fall at will at the enemies. However, the number of lightings is Limited, and this spell has a serious drawback; a single enemy can only be hit by a lightning produced by that spell 2 times. No more. The lightnings deal C Ranked damage, the cloud is 5m wide and 1m thick, and the cloud can move at the maximum speed of 15m/s. Only 5 lightnings can be summoned. Once the 5 lightnings have been summoned, the cloud will dissapear, regardless if the spell has reached its maximum duration, and will enter in cooldown.
Strengths:
:: Multiple Enemy; Thanks to the multiple lightnings that can be summoned, the user may attack more than one enemy.
:: Long Range; The user can move the cloud around at will, and can send the cloud for about 10m away, which means that the user can attack enemies that are 10m away, which makes this spell useful in large range attacks.
:: Flight/Speed; The cloud can fly at the speed of 10m/s, which makes it hard to reach and destroy by melee spells.
Weaknesses:
:: Destroyed; It can take on 2 C or 1 B Spells before getting destroyed, although it can fly at considerable speed.
:: Limited Hits; The same enemy can be hit barely twice.
:: Auto-Dispel; When the 5 lightnings have hit an enemy each, this spell automatically dispels itself and enters cooldown, regardless if the duration has been maxed out or not.
:: Useless against Rubber/Rock; Rubber/Rock Armors/Clothing/Spells/Shields of C Rank and above won't get affected and will dispel this spell.
:::: Duration/Cooldown: Duration of 4 Posts, Cooldown of 6.

Ayato was startled once he saw the sudden presence of lightning strike everyone before him- all except the owner of that lightning: Elizabeth. "You know you should head back inside in case thugs sneak in, right?" Ayato joked, "Though I definitely appreciate the help. Thank you!" Meanwhile, Daisuke was guarding the rear of the building, and was prepared to fight the thugs in his sector. "Get out!" Daisuke shouted, the handle of his own sword pounded against one of the bigger men in the group opposing him, and pushed him back to knock others down in a domino effect. The others he struck in the face with his book, and watched them fall. Afterwards, while they all on the ground, Daisuke decided to become more violent to teach these thugs a lesson, and left a decent sword wound in each of their chests. "Next time you come around, that wound will be much bigger and deeper..." Daisuke threatened. The lips of the thugs trembled, and tears streamed down their face. The fright of bleeding so much made all of them drift slowly unconscious, though this wasn't all of the thugs.
Ayato looked ahead while he heard painful screams of other thugs from a distake. "Looks like my other half took care of his group." Ayato added, "Though look what's ahead." Another group of thugs alike, even bigger thugs, and smaller thugs all began to slowly approach the restaurant in a manner that surrounded it. Meanwhile, while this approach occurred, a much meaner looking thug popped his body through the gaps of these people, and stared right at Ayato's partner, Elizabeth's eyes. He shoved Ayato away, then seemed to gesture half of the thugs who accompanied him to face the Storyteller. "So, your kind is still up to fight, huh?" Ayato commented, his book unraveled with his sword released, "I shall have the honours of defeating you all, in that case." Daisuke rushed to Ayato's company shortly after his speech, and sided with his other half. "Shall we take these boys down together, Ayato?" Daisuke asked.
"Indeed, Daisuke: my other half!" Ayato cheered. And with this, an even greater battle commenced.

SO FOOLISH, SO PRETENTIOUS fortune does not favour fools. Watching Ayato deal with his share of thugs, Elizabeth couldn't help but smirk, arrogance and pride present in both her scarlet red eyes, and her smile. It was crystal clear that Ayato, her guildmate, had great potential, and one day would most certainly become a mage of impressive power, for one could easily determine that by just watching the black-haired man fight against the thugs. Placing her hands on her waist, Elizabeth hairflipped, her scarlet red eyes placed on the thugs that were approaching the two mages. Eh, you're right, I should go back inside, but I kinda think it's way more entertaining to remain here. Grinning, Elizabeth caressed slightly Nightfall's handle, the arrogance and pride present in her eyes and smile never fading. Seconds after the Blue Pegasus mages dealt with the first group of thugs, a second one approached, with the objective to steal from the small family restaurant that both of the Pegasi were attempting to protect. Ufu, more plebeian are coming to pester. Guess it's time for me to stop joking around. Would you do me the honor, Zero? Elizabeth glanced at her pet, rising her eyebrow, still grinning. She found the entire situation quite entertaining, for her power seemed to be supperior to that of the poor thugs', which made it all a joke for her, as she was able to defet some of them with a single hit, breaking them as if they were simple stick figures. Regardless if she liked admiting it or not, it seemed to be a rather pleasant feeling. Damn. My Magic is corrupting my mind. Not good. Taking a step back, Elizabeth allowed Zero to approach slightly the enemies, her hand placed on her blade's handle, ready to take it out in case her pet failed somehow and his life, or Seitenshi's, was put in danger. Noticing his owner's intentions, the Lightning beast took a step forward, his eyes focusing on the enemies before him, tiling his head to the side slightly. It was time for him to be useful in a fight too, for once. Inhaling deeply, the Lightning beast began gathering pure, non-corrupted lightnings, releasing them in a powerful beam of lightning that traveled straight towards the approaching thugs, hitting them fully and entirely. Bravo! My turn, now! Taking out her sword, Elizabeth rushed forward, turning her sword around and hitting with the handle one of the thugs, spinning and stabbing him seconds upon that, landing a final kick on his stomach in order to take him away from her, to make him go away from the battlefield. Grinning, she jumped backwards, deciding to allow Seitenshi to prove himself too. Oiy, Ayato, they're all yours. I want to see you in action!

"If you insist..." Ayato replied, "Time to take care of some business." Ayato readjusted himself so he was unarmed, and proceeded to battle the thugs in his way. A punch was thrown towards him, though Ayato quickly countered by grabbing the fist. "Never come to this town again, understand?" Ayato remarked while the fist was still held. His other hand punched into the man's gut, having him lean over before Ayato followed with an uppercut, and broke the man's jaw, knocking him out. Meanwhile, Daisuke was performing the same move, meaning Ayato and his other half were taking down two, simultaneously. The next pair of thugs attempted to kick, though Ayato followed by kicking that violent leg even further upwards while it was already positioned to launch, pulling the hamstring. Ayato concluded with the next enemy by kicking a roundhouse kick to the face. Once again, Daisuke did the same, and two more were unconscious. Finally, both Ayato and Daisuke chose to unravel their swords again, and began to cut through the torsos of the men rapidly, though not to kill them, but rather leave them unconscious from blood loss. Whether it was one of the three methods, Ayato and Daisuke performed them all to knock their opposition out.
This was when Daisuke disappeared, and left Ayato on his own. It was time to see Ayato solo. "Chapter Two: Devastation!" Ayato declared. Fifty fireballs were formed and immediately prepared to unleash a barrage on the enemies. All struck fire, and while only two dealt damage, the other forty-eight knocked the enemy's square in the face. To the enemies that were not left burning, Ayato stomped on their fallen bodies hard enough to make them lose consciousness on the spot. Again he moved with his sword, dancing as he jokingly spun in full circles while slashing through the chests and backs of the enemies. All of them were unarmed, fortunately, which made them defenseless to weaponry if they were not extraordinary like Ayato and Elizabeth. This was the easiest encounter Ayato had with enemies, which made him proud, honestly. The fact that such weak thugs were attacking the restaurant made Ayato laugh. Was this really all the thugs had to offer? Elizabeth had already taken out her fair share already, while Ayato was scaring off even more. The ones who remained unharmed ran for their lives after seeing so many of their men knocked unconscious. Ayato sighed, and looked over to Zero. "Good job!" Ayato applauded.
