Personality: Shard is a gunner and a highly skilled one at that. This is because of her diligent training regime. When not on duty or sleeping she is generally trying to improve her skills. The precision required in this transfers over to her work. She is always punctual, hates lateness and hates when things don't go as planned. In fact, it is that bad that if her plans go wrong or not quite as planned it can cause her to have a panic attack or nervous breakdown. 

This precision and planning lends her well to both giving and receiving orders. She tends to obey orders to the letter and if given a task will try to do it to her utmost ability. If her orders are given vaguely then she will interpret them how she sees will most benefit the task. In fact, she even does this with quite precise orders, but no matter what she will not break an order unless it is a choice between the death of her allies and breaking an order, then she will break the order. She is highly tactical and is skilled at analysing opponents, structures and allies in order to allow her to create the best plan. She is always open to suggestions, but hates foolish ones that are risky. In fact, she is an almost perfect leader.

Chaos is something she despises and as such she dislikes the guilds, particulary dark ones, but also legal ones who cause chaos like Fairy Tail. She prefers the calm order of groups like the rune knights to the guild system and in her opinion the world would be better if the guilds did not exist and the rune knights handled such tasks. A precise military faction. It was ideal. However, she understands the need for some freedom and knows that a total military rule would cause more trouble than it would fix. It doesn't stop her dreaming though. 

Laziness is something she cannot abide and to her it makes no sense. Even if it is a superior who is being lazy she is likely to make some comment and get slightly angry and something even very angry. She tries to hold this temper in, but it is often difficult. It is not only laziness that triggers it, but people who do not try to better themselves, legal guilds who cause chaos and dark guilds in general. She tends to take out her anger on people during training using particularly painful attacks or shooting at a target more times than necessary. However, sometimes she does not have control enough to do so.

Gunning is her life and she is highly skilled at it due to her training, as mentioned earlier, but gunning is not her only combat skill. She is highly skilled at close combat particularly arts that involve pressure points, holds and locks. As a woman she knows in terms of physical strength she might not be able to match a man as easily, particularly with her magic type, so she has trained to use their strength against them. She is capable of using her guns at close range as weapons for blocking and hitting rather than just shooting.


Likes:

• Guns. She is a gunner through and through hence her magic. The accuracy and precision required suits her perfectly.
  
• Swords. Swords are highly useful particularly in close combat and she is highly skilled at using them.
  
• Battle. She likes battle not for killing, though he doesn't mind that too much, but for the sheer thrill of testing her skills against new opponents. She prefers fighting strong opponents that will really push her to his limits.
  
• Cigarettes: Despite their unhealthy nature she still is often seen with a cigarette in her mouth or behind her ear. She finds exercise over comes this. 
  
• Moving fast: She loves to move fast particularly on her motorbike.
  
• Punctuality: A person who likes precision as much as she does likes everything to run as a well oiled machine. 
  

Dislikes:

• Laziness. It is something she does not understand and finds foolish.
  
• Womanizers. People who take advantage of others annoy her, but not nearly as much as those who take advantage of women.
  
• Feeling not in control: She hates feeling like she is not in control of her own actions. He hates being manipulated by others. 
  

Motivations:

• Her motivation is simple. Each day she wants to live her life to the full and become better than she was the day before. She has no greater desire than being the best that she can be. 
  
• Bringing peace to the magical world. Chaos annoys her so she doesn't want it to spread. She wants order
  
• She wants to become the best gunner in the world because guns are part of who she is.
  

Fears:

• Her true fear is being weak and being unable to do anything about it.
  
• She fears that chaos will overcome the world.
  
• She fears being blind. A blind gunner would be useless

A girl with shoulder length dark blue hair and grey eyes that turn red when she is using her magic for unknown reasons. Her body is quite athletic with an average chest of a around a c cup and a bit of an hourglass figure, but not perfectly so. She is commonly seen wearing jeans, a white low cut top and a black leather jacket unless she is on duty where she will normally wear an armored-uniform like outfit, one of her requip outfits.

Wasn't really obvious that time, now its crystal clear. Plus if i didnt do that then its my neck that would be on the line.
