'Enter and you are bound to sneeze. I keep what's old. I'm. It often visited but to find this clue , you have to come up.'

Riley watched as kana and herself were being dragged off somewhere. The riddle that was chosen by the blonde female, who happened to be dragging the two girls, kept repeating in the black haired girls mind. Riley kept thinking about it. She knew the answer to this riddle but she wonderd what their next riddle you be. The ice dragon slayer then internally slapped herself. "You idiot, first focus on this riddle. You can think of the next one when you get it." The inner voice was right. At the moment she has to focus on this riddle if she wants to win this treasure hunt. But it's not as easy as it seems, especially for the young dragon slayer, as sleep was threatening her. She fought back, she refused to fall asleep.

Riley took a deep breath before feeing her hand from Zoe's grip. "Off we go." She yelled. This wasn't meant for the two female accompanying her on this treasure hunt, but rather to herself. She walked, with her companions, around the guild until they found a staircase that lead to the top. Riley quickly climbed the wooden stairs that creaked as her foot stepped on it, handling her weight. The black haired female quickly stepped into the old attic. Once her foot took a step inside, the first thing that happened was, a sneeze escaped the lips of the young dragon slayer. The riddle then repeated inside her head once again. "Yup, this is definately the place."

A gleeful grin lined the light-blonde haired girl’s visage as she dragged the two black-haired females, clutching each of their hands in the palms of her own as she rapidly, climbed the staircase steps leading to one room that would give them access to the next part of this mysterious journey; the attic. A tug on one of her hands signaled that one of the black-haired girls, Riley had left her hand and was now, seemingly, enthusiastic, the same expression on her face as was on the blonde’s face. At that moment, the female, or known to many as Zoe, let go of the other black-haired girl, Kana’s hand and proceeded up the stairs following Riley.

As soon as the door of the attic was opened, the one who stood at the front, Riley suffered the misfortune of inhaling the dust and letting a sneeze escape her lips. ‘Aye.’ Zoe replied to Riley’s statement of the attic being the place where their next clue would be located. Making her way, slowly, into the room, the light-blonde haired girl’s eyes scanned the dusty and grimy attic, her face momentarily transforming into a grimace.

‘Well, we are here now; the clue was – as confirmed by Riley – the attic so we’re at the right place. Now my guess is that we start searching for the next clue.’ Zoe said to her two teammates and then proceeded to repeat the riddle that they had chosen. ‘Enter and you are bound to sneeze, I keep what’s old. I’m not often visited but to find this clue, you have to come up.’

‘Well, we’re already here. So what now? Do we start searching the attic for some clue?’

Riley frantically waved her hand in front of her face trying to waved away the dust. She stood there scanning the attic as her teammate, Zoe repeated the riddle. "Well, i don't know, according to the riddle we chose, the next clue should be here somewhere." She stated as she moved forward to inspect the room. All the old and dusty things were crammed up here, making it even more horrible. She walked over to the big structure placed under a white sheet. The black haired mage grabbed hold of the sheet and yanked to to her side, revealing a book shelf, covered in dust. She scrunched up her face. "I have a feeling, we're gonna have a hard time." She said as she began taking out random book and flipping through their pages. She started digging through the shelf hoping to find the clue somewhere here, but sadly she had no such luck. The shelf was quite big and quite a lot of books occupied it. "This is going to take all day." She muttered to herself, with a grumpy expression. She wanted to find the next clue fast but she knew that it wouldn't just come flying to her, she'd have to find it herself.

‘Woah, that’s a really messy bookshelf.’ Zoe remarked as Riley she witnessed Riley yank the sheet that was placed upon the bookshelf. ‘Aye.’ A reply echoed from her lips in response to Riley’s statement about having an increasingly hard time. The riddle did say to come to the attic but what were they expected to do now? They couldn’t just search the entire attic for a clue as to where the next clue would be located. The light-blonde haired mage internally slapped herself for choosing this riddle. ‘Well, let’s get to work then.’

With that being said, Zoe walked over to one of the chest that was present within the attic and opened it only to wave her hands around frantically and release a sneeze as the sudden open of the treasure let a lot of dust out. ‘I hate this.’ The girl muttered as she placed her hands within the treasure chest and started skimming her blue orbs over the items placed within hoping that perhaps, she would find something. But alas, nothing that significant in this chest. Closing it and looking around, Zoe noticed that there were many other chests as well. And that she would have to look through all of them, individually. Making her way to the next one with a sigh as she opened it but this time, keeping her face a little far as the dust came out from this chest. Looking over at Riley, she asked, ‘How’s your search coming along? Please tell me you’re having better luck than me.’

"I was about to ask you the same question." Riley stated as she continued looking through the shelf. She flopped onto the ground, picked up a bundle of book and flipped through the pages hoping to find the clue they had to look for. Unfortunately, she did not acquire any sort of clue from that spot, her black jeans having particles of dust stuck onto it. She was starting to feel hot in there. As an ice wizard, Riley likes cold atmospheres and dislikes it when it's hot. She was starting to sweat but nonetheless the black haired female got up from the spot and walked in the opposite direction of the room, coughing as she walks because of all the dust.

The female mage continuously waved a hand in front of her face. Reaching the opposite end, she placed her hands on her waist, "Where do we look for it?" They knew that their next clue was somewhere in this attic, but they did not know the exact location. And this mess did not make it easy for them to search for it. they would have to look through the old, dusty things kept there. Riley sighed before continuing her search, she came across many spiderwebs, insects, but sadly, no clues.

A sigh escaped the light-blonde haired girl’s lips as her hand slowly ran through the top of her hair, slightly tugging it to undo the small knots that had formed within her wavy hair that cascaded like a waterfall down her back. Her hand then skimmed through the treasure chest she had opened hoping to find some clues within it; would be quite ironic if she did manage to locate something within that treasure chest considering the fact that they were technically, seeking for a treasure. The thought made Zoe chuckle slightly. However, alas, luck did not favour her for even in this chest, nothing of relevance was found. The voice of Riley made its way to her ear to which Zoe sighed again and replied, “Nah, I didn’t find anything either. How are we going to look for something here? In this huge mess? It’ll take forever!”

A groan followed that statement as Zoe got up and stood on her two feet, brushing the dust from her jeans away and making her way to one of the cupboards and opening it to discover some quiet old items. “This place must have items that mark Sabertooth’s history.” She remarked, her voice filled with a slight awe as the fact that this attic may have some quiet ancient and exquisite items from perhaps, the birth of the brave and righteous guild made its way into her mind. It gave her a new sense of hope; perhaps, they could find something; perhaps, the clue was something related to the guild’s history; or perhaps, that could just be a false hope. But regardless of that, the two mages would continue their search because at the moment, they absolutely had to if they wanted to acquire the treasure and emerge victorious.

Her search had yet again lead to no luck but just ruined hopes as she made her way to the black-haired female who questioned where they should look for it. “Well, somewhere here. I’m honestly blank. But we have to keep on searching and find something else apart from shit.” And that is what they had to do and both of them wouldn’t be giving up. Not until they found something that could lead them onto the next round as both of them weren’t ones to give up. Oh no, they weren’t.

"Well if it isn't the pip-squeak and blondie. Figures...'

Stepping from out of one of the dark corners that the attic provided, was probably the worst kind of bad luck these two mages could possible have in this game. And it came in the form of the very person who wasn't particular fond on these girls.

'I should have known it were you two, I mean why else would it take so long to figure out such a simple riddle... What? You didn't really thought this treasure hunt would be without any obstacles did you'

The moment Frederick finished his sentence, he snapped the fingers in his right hand. Which triggered some sort of force that pulled Riley and Zoe towards each other, until they were close enough to almost hold hands. Then with another snap, Frederick summoned two black cuffs. One would of them would lock itself around Riley's right wrist, while its other end would cuff the left wrist of Zoe. The same happened to both their ankles.

'Guess this should be enough to ruin your plans for a bit' he continued with a satisfied voice, as if really enjoyed making the treasure hunt a lot more difficult for the girls.
'Oh and don't try to break them with magic or anything because if you do...'

Frederick suddenly stopped in the middle of his sentence and shot a small dark orb from the palm of his hand towards one of the chains. The moment it hit, a large white light would fill the room to the point no one could see anything anymore. Which seemed unnecessary till the moment came when the blazing light faded away and the girls would find themselves outside. Standing in front of the large doors of the guild. With the chains still intact.

The sudden voice startled Riley as she turned around to see Lord Fredrick himself. The nickname he gave her 'pipsqueak' manged to piss her off, as she squinted her eyes and glared at the figure standing in front of her. But most of all, she was confused, why was he here? they were supposed to look for a clue, he shouldn't be here. He seemed to have guessed the black haired girls' confusion and hid her of it.

He suddenly seemed to snap his fingers, which unwillingly made Riley move from her spot and near Zoe, who also seemed to be moving towards her. When they were close enough, the young slayer heard another snap, which formed a black cuff around her right wrist and her right ankle. How were they supposed to move now? The female continued glaring at the man standing before her. She was about to open her mouth when a sudden white blinding light appeared and caused her to close her eyes. She placed her left elbow on her eyes to keep the light away. When she opened her purple eyes, she and her friend were no longer in the attic, rather outside the Sabertooth guild. She looked at the cuffs binding her with Zoe, "What do we do now?" She could recall Fredrick standing in front of her, which made her growl, "That man pisses me off." She turned sideways and looked at her blond friend, "Can i break this chain?" Breaking the chain was rather easy for her, she could simply freeze it. But the devil in disguise did warn them not to break it, and hearing a lot about him, Riley knew that something would definitely happen if she tried.

The voice that echoed across the guild hall was all too familiar to Zoe’s ears especially with one word; blondie. By that, both of the females present within the attic knew who the owner of the voice was. Like Riley, even Zoe adopted a sour look on her face at the sight of Fredrick; one of the first people she met when she had entered the Sabertooth guild hall and one of the only people she disliked due to his obnoxious and utterly rude attitude. Fredrick, the prick; would be quite a fitting title for him instead of Lord Fredrick. The snap that echoed from his fingers ignited an unwanted reaction within Zoe; a reaction which caused her to unwillingly move towards Riley’s direction until the next thing she knew, her left wrist was cuffed with Riley’s right wrist and the same for their ankles.

“What the…?” However, before she could say any further, a bright light flashed which caused the blonde to abruptly shut her eyes until the next thing she knew, they were outside the guild hall. “Eh? What just happened?” She questioned, wondering what the hell they would do now. In response to Riley’s statement about Fredrick, the blonde nodded in reply. And at the prospect of freezing the cuffs, Zoe bit her lip, thinking the thought over. “I don’t think that’s a good idea. Knowing Fredrick, he probably did something that would cause a reaction if the cuffs were frozen; a bad reaction at that. I suggest we should try to move in sync and get back inside the guild hall and probably seek for some help. Preferably, Raven’s…I mean, the guild master’s.” With that, on a count of 3, Zoe proceeded to move her left leg hoping Riley would follow through and they could make some progress.

Riley nodded at what Zoe said. If they wanted to move further they would have to over in sync. As Zoe counted and reached the number three, the black haired female began moving her right leg and took a step forward in sync with that of the blonde's. The dragon slayer could tell that going into the guild hall wold be rather tough if they were to move like this the entire time. At that moment, Riley really had the urge to punch someone, preferably Fredrick. She wanted to break the cuffs and free herself and her friend but knew that would only be a foolish idea. Rather than rushing in, she thought of a way to free themselves as they moved in sync. Zoe was right, Raven could help them considering the fact that she was the guild master and also a really good person, who would never let her guild members face problems alone. But if only there was a way that they could free themselves, then the man's words rung in her head.  "Zoe, he said that we can't use magic to break the cuffs, that means that even Raven won't be able to use magic to free us,"

The light blonde looked at her companion and friend with a blank expression that clearly, conveyed the sentence – ‘Do I look dumb to you?’ With a sigh, Zoe face palmed herself and turned her attention back to Riley, her eyebrow slightly raised at her. “Really?” Zoe asked, sarcasm plastered in her voice before it returned back to normal; which so happened to be a voice laced with annoyance. “Of course, I know that she won’t be able to use magic to free us. I’m not dumb, ya know. What I was suggesting was that Raven is the guild master of Sabertooth which means, not only is she one of the strongest but also, the one whose say means everything. So if we go and tell her about what ‘Lord Pain In The Ass’ did then, she would tell him to undo it which means hurray, tada, we’ll be free! Understand, now?”

It was then something occurred to her; of course, walking all the way inside the guild hall would take ages considering their current state but perhaps, there was something else that they could do. And this method that the blonde had thought up of would be fast and ensure they reached their position. “Hey, Riley, hang on to me. I have a brilliant idea.” Waiting for Riley to do as she told her to; clutch Zoe’s clothes or anything like that which would make both of them in a stable and comfortable position; the blonde closed her eyes and sighed slightly. A few moments later – perhaps, a few seconds later – a layer of wind wrapped itself around the duo, slowly yet surely lifting them off the ground and into the skies above as Zoe pointed her free hand in the direction of the guild and the duo started moving or more precisely, flying.

Riley rolled her eyes to what Zoe said, muttering to herself, "Well you could have said that before." As she began moving forward, she noticed that her blonde companion wasn't moving, rather had a thoughtful expression on her face. The black haired girl raised her eyebrow at her, but before she could say something, Zoe spoke up. The young slayer frowned at the female, "What brilliant idea?" She didn't get an answer so she refused to hold onto Zoe. When she felt the wind around them, she immediately knew what was going to happen. She grabbed her blonde friend and hugged her like her life depended on it. She didn't want to end up falling on the ground and possibly breaking her bones. They wind slowly lifted them up and the female gulped. Surprisingly, flying was not hated by her awful motion sickness. This made the female grin. It felt good to fly. Well, not everyone had to deal with, 'Lord Pain In The Ass' as quoted by her friend.
