Description:
Merlin's Miraculous Bag was designed by it's namesake to make it easy to transport and use the many magic items that he had at his command without the chance of any of them taking harm. However as legend goes Merlin was challenged to a drinking contest by an unknown young man and lost the bag that he toiled so long to make. Since then the dazzling scale like  bag with its drawstring fetishes has found it's way into many hands both good and evil.It's abilities are both simple and incredibly useful. It's owner can store a large number of items in the bag as if it were it's own room(It kinda is)and any of the items contained within are instantly duplicated for a limited duration of time.(More details about duplication in the ability section)
Strengths:
-Tactical Advantage:Allows its user to come prepared with a decent number of items compared to what could normally be held.
-Durable Material:Due to the hardy scale like mesh material it is made from the bag is able to take a beating and is water proof and weather resistant.
-Mage Lock:Can only be opened or closed by the bag's current owner.
Weaknesses:
-Destroyed:If the bag takes enough damage to be destroyed then all the items within are lost forever.(Resists up to owner's rank damage. Max of B)
-Fire Weakness: Takes 25% more damage from fire based attacks.
-Famous Reputation: The pack is one of a kind so it's wearer is easy to identify by sight.
-Bag Health:It takes a total of one S rank worth of damage to break the pack beyond repair.

Name: Seal of Holding

Type: Passive Utility
Description:
The Seal of Holding is a small polished wooden trinket with symbols carved into it that hangs from the left drawstring of the pack.The symbols carved into it posses the magic to turn the inside of the bag into a very small demi plane that keeps things exactly as they are when put in.
Strengths:
-Huge Capacity:Can carry a large number of items without worrying about weight or encumbrance.
-Stretchable Top:While open the top of the bag can be stretched up to 15 feet around to accommodate large objects or small vehicles.
-On Hand:The owner of the bag can reach in and unerringly pull the exact item he intends to bring forth without any fumbling around.
Weaknesses:
-Capacity Limit:While large, the capacity of the bag still has it's limits. The total space available is 25ftx25ftx25ft.
-Items Only:Nothing that is alive can fully enter the bag so it cannot be used as a weapon in and of itself with the exception of those who willingly enter the confines of the pack, who enter a frozen state until removed.Living creatures cannot be duplicated.
-No Gases:Cannot be used to capture non physical substances.
-Constant Speed:Any object that is put into the bag leaves it at the same speed it went in.

Description:
The Seal of Duplication is a small polished wooden trinket with symbols carved into it that hangs from the right drawstring of the pack. The symbols carved into it posses the magic to duplicate any item or weapon of weak grade perfectly as long as it is held in the extradimensional space of the pack. As the original is placed in the pack, the duped item will appear in the exact spot in which the real item last occupied. For items or weapons belonging to someone other then the owner, permission must be freely given to be able to duplicate. Duplicated objects have all the abilities the original item posseses but have a brittle quality that breaks them on the first hit they take or four posts after being drawn.(Whichever is first)If an item or weapon is only able to be used by its owner then duplication may not be used upon it. The amount of duplicated items that are pulled forth can never exceed the owner's guild rank at any one time.(D=1,C=2,Etc.)
Strengths:
-Extra Items:Due to the ability to reproduce items held within, the user of the pack can be constantly armed with useful things.
-Fake Out: If called for a duplicate of an item would work as the perfect decoy or distraction.
-One of a Kind:Instantly makes a single duplicate of any item or weapon that is placed within the pack as long as it is weak in ranking and offered freely if owned by someone other then the user.
Weaknesses:
-Brittle:All duplicated items can only take one hit of any ranked damage before turning to dust.
-Time Limit:Regardless of what is duplicated it will dissolve into dust after 4 posts.
-Cooldown:Has a cooldown of 1 post after any item is duplicated.
-No Food:Because of the duration for which a duped item stays together, using the bag to dupe food or drink would be worthless much the less things like jewels.

Seal of holding is fine, but as a C rank it will only be a C rank. However, if you build it as users rank(maxes at B) and have how it will increase as you rank up then that is fine.

Seal of duplication - love the idea, but at best you are only getting it on weak as this is very easily abusable to get lots of abilities. Plus it seems semi-active.

Fixed the scaling on "Seal of Holding", changed the item dupe to only weak, and made it so that an item placed in the pack is instantly duped once instead of the semi active of pulling it for the dupe to work
