Entertaining patients. Children no less. It did not seem like a job suited for a powerful H class mage, let alone one who was not only the ace of his guild, but one of the ten wizard saints. However, the speed demon himself was here to do just that. He walked in through the doors and was immediately accosted by staff of the hospital.
"I'm sorry sir, but weapons are not allowed in the hospital." one of them said indicating Zack's sword. "I'm afraid we will have to ask you to leave." Zack sighed deeply. He hadn't wanted to reveal exactly who he was this early, but he had no choice. He pulled out a necklace that he was wearing, a necklace emblazone with the symbol of the Ten Wizard saints. The men blanched standing back and staring with eyes wide open. Zack returned the necklace to beneath his clothing.
"Hey there. I'm Zack Rose. I'm here to entertain the kids." he said introducing himself. The men looked at eachother unable to believe what they were hearing. "I can leave the sword here if you want, but...my job would be easier with it." The men shrugged. They couldn't see anything risky about allowing a wizard saint in with a weapon. It wasn't like he was going to kill or hurt anyone. He was one of the most respected and revered mages on the continent. It wasn't like he was going to go and kill the children.
"Go right ahead sir." the man said and then paused. "Err....Can I have your autograph Mr.Rose." Zack shrugged and grabbed a pen off the side before signing a piece of paper for the man. He was taken by one of the men to the room with the children.
"Hey there kids. I'm Zack Rose. Wizard saint, ace of blue pegasus, dragon slayer and all around speed demon." he said introducing himself to the kids. One of them coughed and pointed.
"Ha. How do we know you are who you say you are." he said. Zack pulled out his necklace and the boy just shook his head. "that could be fake for all we know. Let's see him 'magic' If you've got any which I doubt." Zack shrugged and leapt upwards. As he did so he flipped in the air and then altered the effect of gravity on himself so he fell to the ceiling rather than the floor to applause from most of the children. The skeptic on the other hand just shook his head again. "Meh I bet any mage could do that. Even a D rank."
Zack considered what spells he had to offer to prove his abilities to this man. Most of his spells could easily prove his strength, but almost all of them would also potentially wipe out the entire hospital. Perhaps just a flare of his magic power? No, that would likely cause too much of a panic. At least, at this stage. There had to be something he could do. He dropped down from the ceiling and pulled out his sword. It was time to demonstrate a physicaility that only the truly might possessed. He exhaled and began to slowly move into a training scenario. His movements were acrobatic, flowing, but at first quite slow. However, soon they rapidly built up until he was a blur. An aura of magic began to flow around him causing him to glow and causing many oohs and ahhs from those watching. The child who had not yet been impressed raised an eyebrow and yawned. It seemed like he was a true critic. One that was truly, almost impossibly hard to please. Zack suspected that he was likely the sickest child in the room and so had become cynical. He stopped suddenly in front of said child and raised his gloved hand to the boy sensing his physical and magical presence. To his surprise the child, younger than most mages he had heard of, had a magic presence of at least D rank. He would be a strong mage one day. His physical presence however caused Zack's smile to fade. This boy was truly ill. He wouldn't last much longer.
