Options for ES

Alight so as you all know the staff is trying to put a NPC GM in place, which is a laugh as it was staff and a few select members that drove Zeno and Kyll off. So i want to know what all of you want to do. I personally refuse the NPC, and well support the Council for a while. but i wish to know what all of you believe we should do and i mean this as a endgame. what do you think should be done by us with GM.

Kiba Yukiko: Honestly i love my guild but no body will be ever able to fill the shoes of Kyll and Zeno, i would be willing to try and make my own a lead the guild while leaving BR to another member. i have done everything in my power to make ES look better even going so far to snag a WS slot.

Akryn: Sorry mate i have tried to RP with you many time all of which have died off cause you lost intrest. As well as the fact that you char is really flaky IC Kiba would not support you.

Decayuss: Disrespectful and distant Kiba would never support you, nor listen to you.

Alyia: Kiba does no know you in any way, which works against you.

The Council Idea: After a bit of thinking and some prodding from the staff, mainly in the form of them try to take control of ES. I have decided to support this idea... as long as there is no head. if we are all equals that is fine. this is a temporary fix in all ways as most people in the guild are aligned with one person or another. so when a Permanent GM is decided it will still rip the guild appart.

Disbanding: Honestly this is in my opinion the best option. Most of the elder member joined ES for Kyll or Zeno and alot of the newer member joined for what ES stands for. With Kyll and Zeno gone that is going to change. 

Alright i want everyone's opinion here. If you don't give it you wont be counted, as they keep claiming that ES is active and it unfair to the members.

Personally, I like the council idea, even if its just for a short time fix until the issue is resolved. The time would also allow my character to know everyone a bit better hopefully so a vote IC would be possible for me.

Honestly, I'd prefer the council idea. I know it's only a temporary fix but at least that way there's not one person coming out on top of everyone else, causing people to leave. I know eventually we're gonna have to pick a GM but for now the council is our best bet until we can all agree on someone. I know I haven't been in this guild very long but we should try to stick together and not separate just cause one person is GM and not another person. Until then I vote for council as I cannot possibly pick between the current candidates.

Ok hers another one the aces earned their position, so lets make the council permanent, make it so there is no GM, just a group governing itself.

As long as this is RPed IC then I am for it.
