These are just some of the things Link had said in his short time on earth that allow some insight into his personality. He is a stoner through and through, but besides this he is many other things. An actor, a musician, a poet, a lover. If someone catches his interest they cannot easily escape it. Once he sets his sights on something he is generally locked into it until he gets bored. He can be a romantic, or ultimately disinterested in someone from the start. It is often about one extreme or the other. Perhaps the most prominent feature of his personality, however, is how impersonal he is with everyone. He may say something profound, or seemingly pointless, but it is rarely heartfelt either way. He has an air of comedy or slight humor in almost everything he says. Sentences often end with a small laugh, or trail off altogether. Especially when smoking one of his "special" cigarettes.
Link is very open about his beliefs. He believes in personal freedom and liberation. Each person should be their own church, government, and master. Sound familiar? It should. Link is an anarchist. Not a violent one, mind you. More of an activist. He used his magic, and profession to preach this message to as many people as he can. As such he would never push anyone who didn't want to, to try smoking as he does. Though he willingly offers it to everyone. He is very strongly opinionated, and will give it freely with no prompt, even if it is not appreciated. He doesn't even mind if no-one is listening at that moment, just that he gives it. Anyone who remains silent can't complain when someone goes against his beliefs.
In battle, however, is a different story. Link has immediate respect for anyone willing to step into a fight. He especially enjoys hand to hand combat and studying martial arts. The only times he feels alive are while performing, or fighting something. Because of this, he wears a constant smile during a fight. He may compliment someone's attack, or make jokes about his own. He will never be caught putting someone else down for their skill. Link believes everyone should strive to reach their own peaks, and commends anyone for trying to do so. Against a stronger opponent he will fight with his all, and try to learn from the experience. It is worth noting that Link has mastered the art of fighting while high, with a hand to hand combat style he affectionately calls the "Hemp Fist." Against a weaker opponent he will give them plenty of chances to do the same, should they desire to.
All in all, Link tries to be an easy person to exist beside. This being said, he is young. He has a tendency to believe his own thoughts are the right one's, and not listen to others who say differently.

[.] Big Government. Link believes no human should have any say over another. Crime and punishment are obvious requirements for society to function, but he believes in today's society there are too many laws and regulations for humanity to truly flourish as it should.
[.] Gods. All of them. Some are rewarded for their Faith, it is true, but when it comes down to it what do they do for us? Is your god going to strike your opponent down? No? You have to do that part yourself? Then fuck your god.

[.] Anarchism. A very obvious one. Link hopes that one day the wizard council and all governments will call and give way to a fresh start for humanity. And he will tell this to anyone who asks. It's more about the liberation of the people themselves than actively fighting a war on the government. You can't force people to change their minds.
[.] Justice. Inequality and tyranny are rampant in our world, and Link tries to fight it wherever he can.
[.] Personal growth. Link wants to be the best link he can be.
[.] The perfect high. Link's side mission in life is to find, or cultivate, the perfect strand of marijuana.

[.] As many do, Link fears dying without being remembered. Without doing anything worthwhile in life.

He usually dresses simply and comfortably in means and a wide assortment of differently colored flannel shirts and t-shirts. The common piece of clothing in his outfits is his leather jacket, which he always wears no matter what. Except in a fight. His face is kind, and angular. Often decorated with stubble or scruff.
