Deliver my Letter

The warm breeze slowly passed our young mage, as he leaned up against the trunk of a thick oak tree. His eyes were closed, as he silently rested. His afro moved gently with the wind, and a few leaves rustled as well. Jubei slowly opened his eyes, from his cat nap as he looked around himself.

".....*Yawn*..." comes the subtle sounds from Jubei as he begins to fully awaken his still resting muscles. After a few moments of peaceful stillness, he grabs the handle of katana, still resting in his dirty scabbard. He then pulls on the hilt, allowing himself to be pulled up onto his feet. The young wizard strapped the blade to his sash, as he began to proceeded into town. As he was making his way towards the entrance of Magnolia Town, he could found a piece of parchment flapping in the wind. It landed right at Jubei's feet, in which he knelt down to pick up the piece of information.

"Hmm...Let's see what we have here" Jubei said to himself in a low tone, as he began to scan the text on the paper. As it turns out, it was a man requesting immediate help with a job. It didnt seem like a particularly difficult one to accomplish, much to his dissatisfaction, he did decide to find the client.

"Im already here, so i might as well accomplish this remedial task while im wondering the market." Jubei says out loud, as he reaches behind his large afro and begins to scratch his scalp. With that, Jubei began walking in town to find the home of the client.

The town was packed with people in the mid evening, all hurrying to finish their shopping for the day. The market was packed with stalls still selling their fine wares, produce, and meat from locally hunted game. The aroma that lingered in the market, was one of a very unique flavor. The combination of spices and perfumes, spread far and wide. As Jubei inspected a fine bottle of win, he over heard some customers talking behind him. The matter of discussion, was the man Floro, whom was repeatedly seen going back and forth to Fairy Tail, the local wizard guild. Apparently he was in a hurry to have them accept his job, because of time restraints. Recognizing the name from his flyer, he decided to ask them where to find Floro. Jubei quickly purchased the bottle of blueberry wine from the merchant, before making his way to the home of Floro.

Jubei pops the cork from his wine bottle, and begins to sip a heavy gulp from the bottle."Ooooo....Thats refreshing, i like that."Jubei says out loud to no one in particular. He made his way to the client's house, all while sipping and grading this wonderful wine. As he knocked on Floro's door, he was slightly tipsy and had a big goofy smile on his face.

"Gimmie that Letter!!"Jubei shouted towards the man who opened the door, startling his weary heart."Hahaha I Kid, I Kid." Jubei said bursting in laughter at the man's face."Um, yes i can see your a kid. Can I help you?" The slightly confused man looked down towards Jubei, who immediately stopped laughing upon hearing the man's words.

"Tch, screw you damn it....*hic*...Im here for the job request, give me the letter so i can be on my way." Jubei said towards the man, with one hand on the hilt of his blade. The man didn't seem faithful in Jubei's abilities. However he had no where else to turn. After receiving the letter, Jubei made his way towards the back stage.

Jubei held the letter of importance clutched in his fist tightly, before tucking it inside his sash around his waist. After tightening the strap, he continued to move forward to the grand hall, where thousands of people seemed to be packing tightly into the building. Jubei leaped several meters upward, scaling a near by building swiftly and quietly. Upon this elevated height, he was able to see an extended view of the situation at hand. As he looked, he could easily pick out security from fans.

"Wow, not nearly the amount of security I expected.Jubei said to himself, as he grabbed tightly on a rail on top of the roof. He was still swaying slightly back and forth from the wine. Deciding it was time, he quickly bolted down and pass the security guards, who were far too busy dealing with others. He easiliy entered the backstage area, with no issues to speak of. He made his way to the one room with a giant gold star, with lots of glitter dumped on top. After waiting several moments, some one answered his knock. She was more beautiful than her posters, and had a smile that shone brightly. Jubei and her had a private discussion for several minutes, before he handed her the letter. After saying their good byes, Jubei quickly left the way he came, making his way back to the client. He was ready for his payment for the job was finally completed.
