    Post by Yugi-Sempai 20th April 2015, 5:36 pm

Yugi stood on the edge of Talonia River. It ran straight through Solemn Park, and there were benches running alongside both sides of the river, along with a stream of cherry blossom trees on either side.

Yugi exhaled as he stared at his reflection, looking away after a few moments out of a deep need to be even better than he is now, for his goals to be accomplished.......

The camera would pan over the tranquil scenery, as many people, families and individuals went about in the park. Yugi saw a couple walk by, arm in arm; completely smitten. His expression remained stone cold, as the camera would show him turning to the side, looking somber he would think of all the women he'd been with----Yugi LOVED submissive women, but these days it seemed like it was rare to meet a girl who knew how to really tap into her feminine side.

'Roya........she's everything I dislike in a woman, but yet.....' he smiled at the thought of bringing her home to Mrs. Sparrow in Oak Town. But then his face got straight at the thought of even returning home after all he'd done. Sunlight smacked across the scenery of the park; as Yugi caught someone in his sight to his left.

At first he thought it was Roya from her skin complexion; and he almost was going to silently go and goad her into a walk through the park if it was her. However, she was probably somewhere in the city---who was this girl. She seemed a bit younger than Roya, but clearly...she was from Desierto. Maybe they knew eachother?!

Yugi got a large sweatdrop over his head at the thought of this, and wheeled away from the girl thinking.

"Oh no....what if she knows too much about, Roya?" he said under his breath, still a hand on his chin in thought. "Then again...if they don't know eachother she might be happy to meet someone from her country.....wait, why do I even give a fuck if she's happy or not..........deep down I don't...so why am I starting too.....tsk."

Yugi stood there, his back turned to Almyra mumbling and talking to himself about one thing or another about twenty feet from her. Worse, what if she recognized him and slapped him across the face or worse for the 100,000 that had died in Era. One way to find out.

"Hey there miss, how're you feeling today?" he said, walking up casually to her with his hands in his pockets.

"What brought you to Fiore?" he asked her plainly but with a small bit of curiosity in his voice, her foreign looks were enough so that this question wouldn't be rude or anything of that nature, she could just be a traveler, a life many wished they could live but lacked the funds to do so. 'This might be a gamble....'

Post by Almyra Bys 20th April 2015, 6:09 pm

Almyra seemed as though she were simply lying on her stomach on the ground reading her book, but as Yugi approached her and spoke, he would get no response. Almyra was, in reality, fast asleep, having a pleasant dream of spending time with her sister. She heard a far off sound that slowly started to bring her back into the waking world. She didn't want to go back, but the sound came again. It seemed to be someone talking. Her eyes fluttered open and she rolled onto her back to see someone talking to her. "...to Fiore?"

She sat up and tilted her head at the man who had spoken to her, sleepy and confused. "Huh?" She blinked and rubbed her eyes, then shook her head. "Hello." She took another moment to process what she had heard. "What about Fiore?" She looked around and noticed her doll was behind her. She had been sleeping on top of it. She smiled and grabbed it, hugging it to her chest, then smiled up at Yugi once more. She likely sent off the signal that she was far from normal, but also that she was relatively harmless, especially since she was in the state of having just woken up from a nap. There she sat, the girl from Desierto, clueless as to who she was talking to and what he had just said to her, befuddled from sleep inertia, but still smiling up at him quizzically, hoping he would repeat himself. He seemed nice, which made Almyra want to talk to him.

    Post by Yugi-Sempai 21st April 2015, 1:04 am

Yugi blinked for a few moments as the girl didn't even answer him. She only looked to be about 12. As he realized he'd woken her up, he rubbed the back of his head in a moment of annoyance and embarrassment. When she grabbed her doll and clutched it close, Yugi's eyes widened as he got kind of happy.

Sitting down next to her like a niece or daughter even, he smiled.

"Awwwwww man cooooool doll you got there." he tapped the dolls sharp fingers once, but not to hard, and touched it's weaving. He seemed to look somewhat childish himself.

With a sad flashback in his eyes, Yugi remembered being about her age, her size, struggling with different 'goblin dolls'; struggling to understand the anatomy of a Goblin before creating a living Goblin with magick. The flashback of his younger self plucking at a goblin doll ended as he smiled at the little girl next to him.

"Oh....no, I was just asking what brings you to Fiore----I just, I've been close to someone else from Desierto recently...and I'm never really close with anyone..." he stood from the bench as he realized how stupid his idea was. Even though he sensed she was a wizard, he was about to leave; her family was probably about to come looking for her or something. "Well your folks'll probably be along soon, heck I was just wondering if you knew her...silly really."

He stood there with his hands in his pockets and smiled at her ready to break the ice on a subject before he left. Only smiling at her because she reminded him a bit of himself; a kid with a doll. Although he'd had about five million trying to master black magick from the Book of Zeref he shouldn't have had in the first place.

"Well...I can sense you're a wizard, you in a Guild? Or a free wizard like me?" he tried to keep his voice quiet enough so that he didn't speak over the peaceful sound of the river, he was enjoying it as well plus she'd just woken up.

Post by Almyra Bys 21st April 2015, 2:25 pm

Almyra smiled at Yugi as he complimented her doll. Most people didn't think a simple rag doll was that cool, though they didn't usually know what it could do. Perhaps Yugi could sense the enchantment on it? She had the doll cover its mouth with its hand, as if giggling using the enchantment, causing it to look as though it had moved by itself. Almyra had made the doll with her sister when she was very young. Her sister enchanted it for her before she left so she could have a friend. She tried to make it sentient, but was unable to. Almyra didn't mind though, she loved it regardless, and it had its share of uses as well, since she could explore small spaces with it.

"Oh. I came here a while ago." She looked at her doll. "They don't like wizards there, so I left. I kind of miss it though. It was warmer, but Fiore is prettier I think. I just wish my sister could have come." She smiled a bit. "But I'll be visiting soon and can tell her all about it!" She tilted her head, looking at Yugi. "My parents are still in Desierto. They aren't wizards, so they didn't have to leave to be happy." She frowned. "They said it would be best to stay away from them, otherwise people might get angry. It was alright to be with them when I was little and didn't really show my magic much, but it was too hard to hide after I got to be around 16 and started studying. So now I explore Fiore. I'm too busy exploring to join a guild."

    Post by Yugi-Sempai 21st April 2015, 4:50 pm

'Back when I WAS sixteeen?!' Yugi had a surprised look slapped onto his face, as a comical thought bubble with him as a chibi was shown. 'Damn...I guess she's a lot older than 12...but why does she look so young?!' he asked himself in his thoughts, looking surprised as a comical sweatdrop formed briefly.

Smiling to himself, he would nod to her as he listened carefully. Eyeing her doll a few more times, as a rare and stupid grin seemed to pass over his face whenever he looked at it.

"Yeah, family can be such a bother sometimes....heheh, but if you look down deeply, you'll see that they're working for what's best for you, every second." he looked out onto the river as he said, this. "Although, family members make the worst enemies."

A ghost like vision of Count Sparrow, standing in front of the lake with his back turned was shown. Smoke whirling from his cigar. He would turn around slightly, and bear a smile at his brother, tilting his hat before vanishing back into transparency, and then nothing.

"Otherwise people would get angry? You're nothing to be ashamed of." he leaned on the bench, nodding to her at her last words. "The Guilds are overrated.....I used to be a member of one myself...." he had the Tartarus Guild crest, still on his tongue. A dead give away, but he probably shouldn't show her, or anyone for that matter.

"Shuhei, the Guild Master of Blue Pegasus is the son of one of the 3 Sultans." he had a flashback to Magnolia town, standing on top of his gigantic Cerberus that he'd created from the book of Zeref. Looking down on the two infamous Dragon Slayers, Shuhei, and Heero. That had been three years ago.

Shaking his head to himself, he crossed his arms and looked up at the sky.

".....................Nice day huh?" he thought about his own family. "My brother....he was Chairman of the Magic Council....my sisters, one is heartbroken at what I've done...another hates me, and would probably throw me from a bridge herself...and not even shed a tear as I'm on the way down." realizing he might've just given away his identity, to a stranger who looked way younger than she actually was, Yugi rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment. Getting lost in thought was dangerous sometimes after all. "Eh...yeah, Family can be a bother."

SHE WAS LIKE A FOREST FIRE

    ------

Finally! It had taken Roya long enough to track Yugi down, this city was allot bigger than she had thought and she had gotten herself lost about five times already in the pursuit. With the sudden rustling and explosion of leaves above the two, the mage came flying out of the a tree, flipping through the air towards Yugi Her legs were outstretched as if she was about to flying-kick him in the head. Instead, her wooden sandals connected directly into his back, throwing him face first into the ground whilst the female standing comfortably otop, as if Yugi had been her welcome mat... The girl suppressed a smirk, She single handedley, (or rather armedly) knocked him into the dirt, standing a top him, mentally having a moment of triumph.

“Yo.” She greeted plainly, looking down at the man from where she stood, her hand (the only one in tact) at her hip. “Jackass, I've been lookin' for you.” The criminal said casually hopping off the man’s back. She kneelt down on her knees to get on level with Yugi whom she had left in the dirt. “Anyway, Your stove is kind of—busted. Oops.” She began dully, rubbing the nape of her neck. The tone in her voice made its sounded as if she didn’t give a damn--- and she didn’t really. Roya figured he’d buy another one somehow; he had the cash after all. Still, It’s not like she MEANT to blow up the thing… Yugi did made the mistake of leaving her in his apartment alone and Roya had tried to play the house-wife roll that morning; she did all the dishes, vacuumed, laundry, and then tried to prepare lunch for when Yugi would be back. Only, It wasn’t cooking fast enough--- Or Roya hadn’t been patient enough. If only she hadn't tried to heat up the burner with her own flames.

She stood back up,offering him a hand up, a gesture Yugi probably wouldn't of expected from her. "Hmn?" she hummed, blinking in the direction of the younger looking lass, a doll of sorts between her palms. "I interrupting something?"  she said, wondering to herself just who the hell this was.

Unlike many of her other outings, Roya didn't seem to be hiding anything today. Notably, Her cloak Desierto cloak wasn't around to hide her figure or the fact that she was permanently left-handed; The other arm deducted to a bandaged shoulder stub.

Post by Almyra Bys 21st April 2015, 8:46 pm

Almyra smiled at Yugi's remark saying that she was nothing to be ashamed of. She knew it. Her parents were quite proud of her and her sister, really, and still cared for both of them, writing letters to each as often as they could, though Almy didn't get them too often due to her wandering. He went on to talk about a guildmaster who was related to one of the rulers of Desierto. He probably left for the very same reasons Almyra did. She understood the people's dislike of mages. Many were powerful and not all were nice, though the way they are treated in Desierto means that nice ones would have a difficult time being happy there, so they leave, and that means mostly the bad ones remain. "Thank you. People just don't like wizards where we us." She blinked curiously at his remark about his sister. "What did you d-EEEP!"

She somehow managed to half jump, half slide to the end of the bench as Roya collided with Yugi. She held her doll up in front of her for protection, though it wouldn't really offer much, it was kind of a reflex. She peeked from around it at the one-armed girl that had just arrived in a rather different manner from most. She didn't seem so scary after she started talking to Yugi about his stove. The remark actually managed to elicit a quiet giggle from Almyra. She smiled at Roya. "Not really. We just started talking. He didn't realize I was napping, but I don't mind."
