Venis does not have a specific species. But she is usually called a ‘Feonix’.

Description:
Venis stands at about 6 feet, her width is about a foot to 2.5 feet. Her wing span, Venis's wings have a dusty cream base color before the color darkens into a pale gray and dusted blue color rings circling the feathers, is about 7.5 feet from wing tip to wing tip. Though one wing spread out is about 4ish feet.
She has a feathers that arch upward from the bottom of her neck to beneath her ears, these feathers greatly resemble her wings, both color pattern wise and shape wise. On the topic of her color shadings, Venis’s neck and head have blue stripes mixing in with the brown of her fur, before disappearing into a mass of ocher yellow, oak wood brown and a pumpkin orange.
Though the brown color of her mass of fur and feathers, fade into a light brown color and into harden scales before ending in what seems to resemble talons for the two front feet, but wolf paws for the two back feet. While as expected, she has dark brown feathers that arch upward on her back paws, lining up to just a few inches below her knees.
Venis has large, spiked up fur that ridges from the base of her tail all the way long her back, her neck before thinning out on her forehead and ending at her nose. That fur is a paler orange and matches the color of her eyes that seem to be sharp as steel. But, on earlier topic of her tail, Venis’s tail is at least 2 feet long, adding that extra 2 feet to her original 6.5 feet of length. But, instead of mostly being fur, her tail is 96% feathers, each one a different shade of cream, gray and brown. Though, the end feathers, which can reach up to 6 inches in length, are a dark dusty gray color with bright, neon blue stripes, greatly resembling the pattern on her wings.

Venis’s personality is calm and collected, seeming to be an animal of great violence and hate. Though, in reality, she is quite gentle, having a large soft spot for human children. Venis has always been by Alex’s side, never leaving it and it seems that she won’t be leaving anytime soon, which Alex has a slight problem with because she believes that Venis should go back to the Feonix’s family.
She has always had a greatly stubborn side, never really wanting to do anything that involves leaving Alex along. But, when she is told and/or asked to do something by the female mage, Venis will go to the ends of the earth and back.
Abilities:
•Venis has the ability of flight. She can fly at great speeds, but she can only fly continuously at about 30MPH for 3 whole posts before having to rest(CD) for 4 posts.
•While Venis can fly at great speeds, running is no different. this Feonix can reach up to 35 mph, but that is only for 2 posts. She can run at a constant speed of 25 miles an hour for 3 posts before needing a 5 post CD.
