Species: Human-turned-Exceed (due to a accident with take-over magic)

Hight: 10' 8"

Magic: Take-Over Magic

Weakness: food and cute animals.

Strengths: Working together/combining his powers with Team Natsu

Guild: Bloody Rose (Formely; is now a freelancer.)

Guild mark: Knee (he wears shorts)

Likes: food, sparring with Natsu, hanging with friends,

Dislikes: rude people, being insulted, when Natsu and Gray argue

Weight: Hundred-fifty pounds (and has the gut to prove it)

Fur: Blue

Eyes: Green; The only remaining feature from his human form

Skin Tone: Pink, like an shaved/completly shed cat.

Bio: James is a skilled Take-over wizard, and joined Bloody Rose around the time Natsu joined Fairy Tail. However, as time passed, he realised the guild wasn't for him, and forced his way out. Before he started visiting Fairy Tail, James had an encounter with an Exceed, and tried to turn into one, specifically a look-alike of Happy. This backfired, and now he's stuck in his Exceed form, in which he has trained in hand-to-hand, or paw-to-paw, combat.

Sexuality: Straight

Personality: Despite his flabby appearance, James is actually a skilled fighter, and can sprout wings like Happy can. He's usually a ditzy, immature person/cat, but he can actually hold his ground in a fight. He doesn't carry weapons, prefering to fight bare-handed. if James were to fight Natsu in a situation where the Dragon Slayer was without his fire, he'd take him down easily. When at Fairy Tail, the Exeed can be found at the bar, talking with Mirajane, taking the occasional sip of wine. James and Happy are on good terms, and he, James, sees the young Exeed as a younger brother. James' relationship with Erza is actually okay, as when James isn't at the bar, he can usually be found enjoying a slice of strawberry cake with Erza.

Motivations: To defend Fairy Tail from attack. It's a second home to him.

Fears: Spiders. he's an aracnaphobe.
