In the northeastern part of Fiore inside the boundaries of Oak Town stood in front of a statue blue haired woman. This women, Fleur DeLille could've easily been mistaken for a child due to the youthfulness of her face. However, many people would notice after a moments glance that even if she was a child that she wasn't a normal one. There a chilly energy that surrounded her, it wasn't one of heartless but one that was calm and reserved. There was no warmth of happy-go-lucky or a feeling of high energy that emitted from her. Fleur was aware but not highly alert.
For a moment, if one from a distance looked closely, they could see a small smile that appeared on her pale face. A smile full of accomplishment. Fleur was pleased, coming to this town had satisfied a needing and wanting of hers to learn more about the country of Fiore. Since Miss DeLille was certainly going to be here for awhile before she could become a queen of Minstrel it only made sense to learn more about this foreign land.
Another perk of visiting this town was the possibility of making a new acquaintance. This is another subject that the twenty year old knew she needed. One can not even possibly think of sitting on the throne without supporters, to help Fleur on her journey and defeat her enemies. Fleur was going to need all the help she could get with the enemies she had. The woman didn't even know of the reason as to why they had done such inexcusable actions that they had did to her. Not only had they thrown Miss DeLille out of the country by herself but they had also tortured her and used magic to turn herself into a new person. They had erased Fleur's history, given her a new persona, created the name Faye Devlin, changed her face and even going as far as to having a whole new person beneath that in case the psychological and magical effects had weakened. To the woman, they were traitors of their land and possibly even worse than traitors.
Oak Town made perfect sense to Fleur as being a perfect place to get what she wanted and needed. Surely with all the history this location had, people from all sorts of places would come here. Fleur turned away from the statue and it's plaque, moving toward a crowd of people and hoping to find at least one person to befriend.
