Description: Shadow maker magic deals with creating objects out of shadows(Darkness). When using this magic it may appear as re-quipping magic, but the user is actually harnessing any shadows/ darkness around them, and putting it into a solid form. It's often used to create weapons, because it allows the user to quickly create a sword, or shield. It can be used for just simple blasts as well.
In order for Laurette to cast this magic she must gather any, or all darkness in the area. She can create her own darkness, but it's much easier to gather it from the area. She then must concentrate on the object she wants to create, which may take her around a minute. Once the object is stable she no longer has to concentrate on it as much, because the shadow would then already be in a solid form. This item will last, 1. Until laurette no longer needs it and returns it to it's regular form, or 2. She loses all energy to go on with casting it.

1.Since she is dealing with pure darkness, if she lands a hit with it the area hit will have almost a burning sensation. It's the equivalent to getting hit by a weapon with poison of some type on it.
2. She can create a weapon on a moments notice as long as she has enough stored darkness for it.
3. This magic can be used for defense or offense.

1. When fighting against people with light magic of some sort, the objects can be broken easier.
2. Creating something thay requires detail, like armor, would take several minutes, because all the detail in it. Therefor if she wanted to wear armor, she would have to create it before battle.
3. If she creates a weapon, it can only create the burning, and pain sensation if it pierce the skin.
4.Takes more energy out of her if she has to make the Darkness rather than harvesting it.

- Enhanced Sense: If someone, or something is casting a shadow, and Laurette can't physically see it with her eyes, she can then easily sense them because she can sense the shadow they cast.(She could only sense in about a 15 foot radius around her. This mainly lets her sense if someone is sneaking up behind her.)(Only applies if they're casting a shadow.)
- Lights Out:
- Lights Out: If a area is bright, and she need it to be dark, she can expel all the dark energy in her body, out into a room. This will only last about thirty seconds.
- Switch:
- Switch: Since her magic basically turns darkness into a solid form she can take it one step further. She is able to turn her regularly fleshy body into darkness for about three minutes. During these three minutes she will appear as a shadow of a little girl. So she can be seen with this form, it's just not as noticeable.

Description: The caster would hold out their dominant hand, and at first something that appears to be a shadow, and then a blob of darkness, then a sword. It normally only takes about 10 seconds for it to form all the way. It would create a sword that is about a foot and one half. If it's able to pierce skin it creates a burning sensation in the wound. It could do one swipe that be considered strong for a D rank, and 2 that are about weak to regular for a D rank, and then would return to it's regular form. Basically after about three swipes at something it'd break.
Strengths:
1. It's stronger than just a regular sword.
2. It creates a burning sensation in wounds.
Weaknesses:
1. Can be broken easier than most things if it is attacked by a mage with some type of light magic.
2. It disappears in 2 posts instead of 3 if it's in a bright area.
3. If the caster loses all energy before it's duration, it will dispear when they run out of magical energy.
- Wave of Darkness:

Description: It's basicaclly a wave of dark energy. It doesn't actually cause damage, it only pushes the target back about 10 feet. It shoots directly forward, so while the caster is casting it, they are defencless from behind for about 5 seconds. Unless they run into something and get hurt it causes no damage by itself. It can be dodged by the target using a weapon, or their own magic to deflect it.
Strengths:
1. If someone is to close for comfort it allows the caster to push them back.
2. If there is something dangerous behind the target, it can make them run into it, if they're within 10 feet of the danger.
Weaknesses:
1. Can be deflected by a regular shield, or weapon if hit hard enough.
2. Doesn't cause any actual damage to the target.
3. The caster is defencless from behind them for about five seconds while they cast it.
- Armor of Shadows:
Name: Armor of Shadows

Description: The casters body will appear to be engulfed in darkness, and then will become basically just a layer of darkness over their clothes. (Let's say they're wearing a dress, then the dress will be covered in just a layer of darkness.) If touched by bare skin, it will remain stiff, allowing the wearer to berily feel anything. Though if the hit is strong enough the wearer would still be thrown back, it just wouldn't hurt as much at the place of getting hit.
Strengths:
1.Is able to block out most of the strength of a punch/kick.
2. When hit by weapons, it's harder to get through compared to normal armor.
Weaknesses:
1. If it's a punch/kick fueled by magic, it will still hurt the wearer. It just would make it hurt less.
2. If attacked by light magic, it will disintegrate at spot any spot the magic touches, but will build back up in that spot within 10 seconds.
3. If in bright areas, it disappears in 2 posts instead of 3.
- Dark Whip:
Name: Dark Whip

Description: It will start as a shadow of a whip, and complete darkness would soon starts to form, almost slithering until the whip is fully formed. Once formed the it can grow in length if the user wants it to. If cut by a sword or something sharp, the cut off part will fade away and the whip will slowly grow back. It's max growth length is around 15 meters.
Strengths:
1.Unlike regular whips it can grow back if cut.
2. Unlike regular whips, it can slither around something, and grab hold of it.
Weaknesses:
1. If cut by something with light magic, it will not be able to grow back it the cut area.
2. If in bright areas it lasts 2 posts instead of 3
3. Can't hit as hard as regular whips.
