Okay. I'm making this suggestion slightly due to my own situation. I feel that if one person is still within the lower ranks, and they take a job with someone who is already of an incredibly high rank. The person who is already high ranking should not be allowed to tell the low ranking person they have to wait said person to hit the next high rank on their list before receiving another post on a job the low ranked person needs for a minor rank up. Right now I am just trying to hit B-rank. I'm doing a job with someone who is already A-rank. This person wants me to wait till they hit S-rank before they will post for me again. I don't see how that's even remotely fair and I seriously don't think such a thing should even be allowed to be done.
