Named after the Knight of Two Swords from Arthurian myth, this shining silver 50.cal pistol fires small directed air detonations towards foes in a seemingly endless barrage. The Balin has a weight of just over two and a half pounds, a maximum range of one hundred and fifty meters, and boasts an unlimited supply of ammo as long as at least three cubic feet of air is available to be gathered for "Reloading".
Strengths:
-Mid Range:Can be used to adequately fight in either short or mid range combat to great effect.
-Point Blank Penetration:Able to piece through up to C-Rank physical shielding while within two meters of a targeted shield.This I have to say no to, please change this out Sorry bud,(alternatively you can say it deals more damage against barriers, but only by 25%)
-No Extra Baggage:Because of the amazing way in which this weapon produces its ammo, carrying around extra magazines is a thing of the past.
Weaknesses:
-Wind Shielding:Air magic users take 50% less damage from this weapon while shielding.
-Heavy Frame:Due to the large size of this handgun prolonged use can leave the user's arm feeling like a lead bar.
-Air Supply:If cut off from it's supply of air by being submerged in liquid the weapon must be disassembled and cleaned out before being able to reload.(Process takes one post.)
-Dirty Boy:If the weapon is subjected to repeated weather or terrain abuse in a short period of time the inside of the gun may become grimy and stop up the barrel causing it to lose the ability to fire.(Also takes one post to clean out.)
Abilities:
-Wind Reload:(Passive ability)As long as the Balin has at least three cubic feet of air to draw from it always has a full magazine as it fires pure concentrated air at a target instead of using cumbersome bullets.
