The Frozen Knight Vs. Three Heads of Ladon!

The light finally dimmed away after a long moment, Kihia watched and waited for the smoke to clear infront of him. As it slowly did he saw the start of an ice sheet swiftly followed by a rift in the ground from his attack, he watched as it continued on for a while when it suddenly stopped and giant tread marks were in the ground. A strong gust of wind blew  eliminate the rest of the white smoke revealing the dragon on it’s back with its front and part of its underbelly with a very large gash that was frozen over. Kihia returned Icarus and the lance to his side as he waited to see if the dragon he just hit was still alive, that’s when he heard a voice, “Why you, Why you PATHETIC LOWLY HUMAN! YOU DARE HURT ME!” Kihia watched as it slowly rolled over  and turned around to glare at Kihia, “I WILL KILL YOU!” Kihia then adopted a stance that allowed for the widest range of movement with the weapon he was wielding, “You will try…” However, he then saw the dragon start to glow and split into four dragon siouhettes, after a long moment the glow faded with three fresh dragons standing by the one he had just injured, “Oh… That will get annoying…”

Aayla couldn't get close enough to the battle in time, instead she was stuck watching as the Knight assaulted the dragon. She huffed as she beat her wings again in an attempt to give her more momentum to arrive at her destination faster. She heard the dragon threaten the man and couldn't say she was very fond of the creatures attitude... but she might need him.

"Hey! leave him alone!"
She cried out as she came to a land between the Knight and the Dragon... or rather, dragon's now. She chanced a glance back at the golden dragon before turning to face Kihia.

"I can't let you hurt him. He might know where Hydrianna is and I can't let you kill him..."
She stated as firmly as she could in this situation. Her cheeks were already starting to go red as she held onto her trident tightly. Zinnath came to land next to her, tucking her wings in to her side as the large Sea Serpent faced the large dragon, while Aayla faced Kihia. Unlike her partner, Zinnath did not feel as duty bound towards dragons... even though Hydrianna could hav been as much her mother as Aayla's...

Kihia watched as an unknown mage dropped down between him and the four dragons, when he heard her tell him to stop, and not hurt the dragons, his right eyebrow twitched a little. Kihia then sighed and called out, “What is more important to you! Finding Hydrianna or making sure innocent people don’t suffer!” Kihia tightened his grip on Icarus, that’s when however he saw one of the dragons start to charge at the woman. Kihia’s eyes widened and he then took off, stepping onto the ice sheet which then in turn made him go even faster. He ran right around so he would be in between the girl and the dragon, he then raised up his lance and parried against the dragons skull as it hit him.

Kihia slid back a few feet but managed to find and hold his ground, “Tell me this… is it worth trying to defend something that is committing a vile act just to find someone you can possibly get information about later?? If that is what you believe so be it… but I shall not stand for this monsters crimes!” Kihia then sent a portion of his magical power to the lance, making the blade suddenly and swiftly grow. He then jumped into the air and over the dragon that he was holding back. He watched it slip and fall, he then started to fall right for it, aiming the enlarged lance right at its spinal column.

He then impacted impaling the lance through the beast, making it roar out in pain before falling still, Kihia then pulled out Icarus and watched as the lance shattered into magical energy, May you find peace in where you are going…

"Well... I don't... what do you mean vile acts..."
Aayla began stumbling over her words as she faced Kihia, gripping her trident tightly with both hands. Of course, she wasn't watching the dragon behind her but that didn't mean she didn't know what it was doing. She felt like she could sense it's every move, its stank breath was definitely a good indicator of where they were. When Kihia suddenly took off towards her, creating Ice to quickly get between herself and the dragon. His speed did suprise her for someone she expected to be slowed down by the bulk of his armor and his size.

Zinnath was quick to coil herself around Aayla, squeezing the girl tight enough to hold her as she beat her wings and took to the air, lifting Aayla out of harms way as Kihia was quick to dispose of the dragon.

"What vile acts has he... have they done exactly? I'm not that unreasonable... I just don't agree with people hunting Dragon's... if that's not what this is..."
She began whenever the second dragon lunched forwards Kihia in a rage, while the third dragon leaped up high in an attempt to swipe down the large Sea Serpent.

Zinnath opened her mouth wide, a ball of spinning water forming there before firing out and turning into a large jet of water that slammed into the dragon, pushing it back down to the ground. Aayla then stood up on Zinnath's back, ready to attack the dragon, but first waiting on Kihia's response. She wouldn't sit by while this creature hurt innoncent people... but if he was lying to her... then she would be helping him take down what could possibly be the only clue she could have to her mothers whereabouts.

Kihia listened to the mysterious mage as she and her water serpent took to the skies as he was faced with another dragon facing off against him. Kihia watched as the dragon charged at him, he started to spin Icarus in clockwise motion as the dragon charged, as it reached striking distance he outstretched Icarus so that one end would slam into the dragons jaw making it recoil upward. Kihia then did one half rotation and channeled a portion of his magical power into it, “Ice Make Pole!” The ice pole shot out from the lower end of Icarus and hit the ground launching Kihia up towards the dragon. He raised his right knee up and hit the jaw a second time making it loose balance and start to fall back. He then landed on the dragons belly and looked up at the mage, “Hunting dragons… that’s not what my call here is… I am a Knight who will protect… not hunt… Look around you… you see all the mages fighting these dragons, and all the destruction and harm these dragons have brought Clover… If you can’t you need your eyes checked…” Kihia then looked behind him as the fourth dragon began to take a long deep breath, What in the… The dragon then looked at Kihia and yelled out, “You hurt Ladons, you will die!” The dragon then exhaled and a beam of light came from the dragons mouth, Kihia’s eyes widened and he spun around while spinning Icarus, “Ice Make, Ringed Shield!” The shield quickly formed and he placed it in between him and the breath attack as it impacted, the shield held, but the shear force of the beam knocked Kihia back making him fly against a building. He caught himself and stood on the wall as he held off the breath attack, “This is going to be difficult…”

"Don't be mean... I don't know who started this mess... for all I know some of these mages could be after the glory or whatever of killing a dragon... as weird looking as they are..."
Aayla defended herself after wincing at the hit the mage connected with the dragon's jaw. She pat Zinanth's side however as she sniffed at the air.

"I think what your saying is true though... so please let me help you"
She stated as she ran down the length of Zinnath's body and leapt off of her Serpentine tail, plummeting down towards the fourth dragon's head.

"Water Slicer!!"
She cried out as she extended both hands before her and swiped them sideways to either side of her body. A magic circle appeared appeared before her, creating three large blades of water that soared towards the dragon at menacing speeds. The blades struck the dragon dragon in the head, piercing scale and flesh as all three blades found their marks.

Kihia felt the shear force of the breath attack subside and he started to fall off the wall and landed back on the ground, however his shield retained a brilliant glow, looking around the shield he spotted the mage who he had been talking with. She had jumped down and unleashed a spell on the dragon that had been attacking him. He then called out, “Move! You don’t want to be infront of me!” Within the next minute the energy that still resided in the shield burst outward in seven rays of light going multiple directions. Some of them flew off into the sky, one hit the dragon Kihia had punched, and the rest hit the ground and walls of buildings. Kihia then stood there as smoke seemed to come off his shield of ice, he took a moment to regain his breath as he examined the scene, one dragon laid dead, while the remaining three were alive and wounded, not to mention angry.

Kihia looked down at his shield and saw the two ring like extensions had been destroyed, If they have an attack like that… fighting in the city may be troublesome… He then slowly walked forward and stood beside the mage, “What is your name…?”

Streaks of white flame flowed through the air as a certain blue-haired Slayer flew through the sky looking over the battles being waged throughout Clover Town. He flew through the sky with bursting flames from his hands and feet. The fighting and destruction was something he wanted to stop as soon as he could but the biggest issue to him was his sister. He knew that she was looking for her foster mother and dragon, Hydrianna. He knew that she would go to where the fighting was herself but didn't think she would be so caught up in her emotions that she would storm off without him.

"That idiot..." His flames erupted more as he flew through the air faster to find his sister. After some time of dodging airborne attacks and looking for his sister he finally managed to find the flying serpent and her pet, Zinnath flying in front of him.

Without a word, he used a burst of flames to travel at mach 3 towards where Zinnath flew. Cirven's approach was only stopped once he was in front of one of the dragon enemies. The enemy didn't even see an attack coming as it was introduced to Cirven's foot to its chest causing it to gasp out for air and then be sent flying into a nearby building. The Demon Slayer then dropped onto the ground and looked towards his sister and the unknown man.

"Uhh.. I was supposed to hit that guy, right? I don't know who is an enemy and who isn't in this thing.." He scratched the back of his head and smiled nervously. His smile was then dropped as he looked at his sister again. "Damn it, Aayla! Don't just run into a war without your brother!" He then looked at the unknown man. "Who is Frosty over there anyways? He some sort of replacement for me or something?"

White flames wrapped around Cirven and burnt the ground around him. "She is my sister to protect Frosty!" He had gotten angered by his sister leaving as well as all the fighting going on for practically no reason. He knew it bothered her so naturally it would bother him seeing as he was her brother.

Kihia's warning came a little too late as the beams of light started crashing into the wall around her and the dragon before her. Debris started flying and crumbling underneath her, she barely had time to dodge any of it, and so instinctively, she activated her wings. Her body glowed with a soft yellow light as two large metallic wings erupted from her back, wrapping themselves around Aayla's body in a 360degree defense. Once the crashing stopped, Aayla moved her wings back behind her, stretching them off to shrug off the debris, reaching up to pat dust out of her hair.

"My name is Aayla, and I am Sabertooth's Knight of water"
She explained to the Ice mage with a large smirk, one that quickly faded as the familiar white flames crashed into one of the dragons and then landed next to her. She huffed lightly before swatting Cirven's arm.

"I'm not a baby I can take care of myself! and if it was Hydrianna I wouldn't want you to come in kicking her!"
She said, referring to his kick of the dragon who was now more then pissed off. She faintly heard it growl death threats at the trio before sighing and turning back around to the three dragons.

"You know you three aren't very nice."
She stated blatantly before stepping forward and bringing her hands up to her mouth, taking in a large breath as a magic circle appeared before her hands.


"Water Dragon's ROAR"
She howled as a jet of boiling water was launched towards the injured dragon.

Kihia watched as the woman he had learned as Aayla, had called out a spell he wasn’t all to familiar with. He watched as the column of water erupted from her mouth and impacted the wounded dragon sending it flying backward. Kihia the cast a cold look at the fire mage who had arrived on scene but kept on walking towards the two remaining dragons who were clearly on the defensive… What are they waiting on… Kihia then watched as they both raised their heads up high and let out a mighty roar. Kihia had to kneel down and cover his ears from the shear volume of it.

When they finally stopped roaring they lowered their heads and bared their fangs, showing renewed confidence in their situation, “What in the world did they just…” Kihia stopped when he saw four heads poke above the roof tops, he then slowly backed up to be next to the two mages he had just met and said, “It seems they evened the odds… just a bit…”

"I know you can protect yourself but as your brother I want to make sure to be by your side." He grunted out just after she shot off a blast of water at one of the dragons. He knew she would understand where he was coming from but the other person and supposedly their new ally didn't even take the time to respond to his outburst.

Cirven grit his teeth and started to move towards the Ice mage but suddenly the dragon from earlier burst out of its hole in the building to attack Cirven. The dragon's claw came flying down onto Cirven but was met by Cirven's blade that blocked the attack. He struggled slightly to hold the claw back from him. "Honestly.. Can you just.." He grunted out as he built up an amount of flames in his mouth that caused his cheeks to puff up and then released it out. "Flame Demon's Rage!" The flames engulfed the dragon and sent it flying back into the building it came from and then exploded. ".. Go and take a nap.."

His small victory was cut short as the screeching of the two dragons echoed through his ears. With his enhanced hearing he was quickly overwhelmed by the sound and dropped to one knee, using his free hand to clutch at his head from the amount of pain he felt. After the screeching was over he found his sister and moved back to her with the Ice mage following behind him.

"Hey Frosty. After we deal with these guys I want to talk to you about protecting my sister while I wasn't here. I'm Cirven by the way." The blue-haired mage caused flames to erupt over his blade causing the blade to glow in a bright light and then change into its form. "Slayer Mode: Agneya." The cross-like charm danced in the air below the hilt of the new blade as well as a small amount of white flames danced up and around the blade after its change.

Some days Aayla just wanted to hit him for being so over protective, could anyone really blame her for running ahead just so that she could be alone? Honestly if this had been Hydrianna, she wanted to spend time with her mother ALONE before introducing her to anyone...  She finally huffed as she opened her mouth to say something, only for a cry to escape her lips instead as the dragon's screeched. She brought boh hands up to cover her ears, shutting her eyes tightly as she stumbled backward, soon crouching down as if becoming smaller would end the horrid noise...

Even as the sound died down, Aayla had to shake her head a couple of times to try and clear her vision, tiny spots appearing there now that sh opened her eyes. She groaned as she slowly pushed herself back up to a standing position and looking back towards a large three headed dragon! Was she just seeing things? Maybe her vision was still a little bit blurry? Just then Cirven's comment about protecting her crossed her ears and she grit her teeth tightly.

"I don't need protecting!"
She stated angrily now as she darted forward towards the Hydra standing in front of them. Her body was suddenly covered in abright yellow glow that began to move and take shape around her. When the glow finally disappeared, Aayla's entire look had changed. Her hair had fallen loose over her back while adamantine Serpent scales covered her body, two large wings sprout form her back as her hands and feet turned into powerful claws and talons.



As she charged at the large Hydra, she quickly closed the gap btween then, swipping her claws and creating a large gash through the neck of the middle head, meanwhile the other heads came bearing down on her, each biting down on one of her wings. Even though they couldn't bite through it, it would at least hold her still.

Kihia watched as Aayla charged at the newly formed four headed Hydra, aside from the additional heads, the hydra itself seemed four times the size of what they were individually, Kihia grimaced when the unharmed heads pinned her down. Kihia quickly threw Icarus up into the air and slamed his hands together forming a unique hand sign, “Ice Make… Grand Guardian!” He then slammed his hands down on the ground as a rather large magic circle appeared in front of him. Ice quickly started to form and crystalize within the circle as it formed the large four meter tall ice construct pairing its equally large shields. “Help defend the town my friend!” The Ice Construct seemingly creaked and groaned in response as it started to march its way forward. Kihia then jumped into the air and grabbing Icarus, and placing it back into its snap release sheath.

He then landed on the ice construct’s shoulder and pulled out Geruko and Geruka from his trenchcoat, Cover her when I have her free… Kihia then jumped ahead of the construct and called out, “Ice Make Chained Partisans!” Kihia swung both weapons down as the weapon extensions formed, the partisan heads slashed across the necks of the two heads he then landed on the remaining uninjured head as the partisans started to wrap around the necks from the momentum, he jumped once more to pull the chains and lock the partisan heads to their respective chains pulling the heads back.

At the same time the Guardian would have carefully placed his left shield in front of Aayla as she fell making a wall between her and the Hydra when suddenly the two remaining dragons charged at the construct. The Guardian raised its right shield and managed to block the dragon coming from its right flank. The dragon tried to rake its claws around the shield to no avail, however the remaining dragon jumped onto his back and started to bite and claw on the construct, however it held firm at its position. Kihia managed to land on the hydras back doing his best to hold the heads as long as he can, Hopefully what I have in mind doesn’t backfire…

Cirven sighed at his sister's protest. He knew she would act like this but now wasn't the time for it seeing as they were facing a huge dragon now with four heads. It was a being that he knew it would take the three of them to beat. His sister was too quick for him to stop though and ended up charging the being herself where she used her Takeover form to slash one of the heads but was soon grabbed by the others.

"Ugh... That idiot..!" Flames erupted over Cirven's blade as he then charged towards the dragon heads himself. He attempted to save his sister but was prevented in doing so by a blast a wind sent out by one of the heads not holding his sister. He tried to block the blast but was sent flying backwards as the ice construct charged ahead.

"Damn it!" He grunted out while in the air then managed to catch himself in air. He then landed with his feet on the side of a building and pushed himself off of it to charge the monstrosity again.

This time it was distracted by the attacking of the ice mage which gave Cirven an opening to help his sister and get a attack in himself. Flames erupted around his swords blade and covered it to give it an extended reach and size made of pure flames. "Absolution." He mumbled and then slashed the blade of flames across the two head holding his sister down causing them to let go and then be pulled back by the ice mage.

A shield then came down behind him and his sister and protected them from the incoming attacks from the two returning dragons.

"Thanks Frosty! Can you handle distracting the four heads while we take care of these two?" He yelled out to the ice mage they had for an ally.

"Stop calling me an idiot!"
Aayla protested, flailing her arms as two of the Hydra's heads had her pinned in the air, while the one she had originally hit recovered. It wasn't as if she was totally helpless in her position, she could still use her hands and feet, and her magic. However before she had a chance to do anything, the Ice mage from before sprang into action, freeing her from the Hydra's clutches.

She plummeted to the ground, and hit it with a large crash as her now heavy metallic scales hit the ground. She groaned softly as she rubbed her head, pushing herself up to her feet and  scowling up at the Hdra, and soon at her brother when he came back into view. She stepped forward to continue her attacks when suddenly a large shield made of ice was set down in front of her, protecting her from the two dragons that had suddenly sprung into action. She clenched her fist tightly before beating her wings powerfully and taking to the air.

"I'm a dragon slayer! stop protecting me I can handle myself!"
She said in annoyance as she flew up high above the constructs head, past where the shield would protect her. She then brought herself down onto the constructs head, planting her feet a firmly as she could by manipulating water around her feet and legs and letting them freeze over to hold her in place.

"Gale force!!"
She cried out as she beat those heavy wings once more towards the two dragons. The wind that picked up from her wings seemed like nothing at first, put soon turned ino a real wind storm as it started to pumml against the two dragon's bodies. The constant strengh and speed of the wind created was soon enough to push the two large dragons off of the ice make hield and force them to slam into their Hydra counterparts.

Behold the Glory of the mea- erm I mean Iceshield!:

Kihia simply nodded when he heard the idea from Cirven, he then grunted and focused on the ice on the Geruks. He then let go of them and instead of dropping they stood there, he then angled his fingers slowly downward and the ice from the chains wrapped around the Geruks completely and formed an icicle shape. When this was done he crossed his arms over another and the Geruks spun around Kihia wrapping the ice chains around himself. He then thrust his hands downward and stuck the Geruks to the ground. Kihia nodded once more, He looked at the ice chains now wrapped around himself and the necks of the two Hydra heads, I am now anchored…- Suddenly a blast of wind erupted from the front of the Hydra, knocking the two dragons of the construct and onto his combined brethren. The Hydra slid back but held its ground, Kihia on the other hand grunted from the impact but maintained his position. He then focused his thoughts on his construct, Fire your blast! Anchor the Hydra for a while! The construct groaned in response and faced the hydra completely, aiming its ring at the Hydras right foreleg.

Then its ring started to glow brilliantly as magical power started to coalesce inside of it, the energy then exited the ice and went to the center of the ring before expanding and firing off at the Hydras leg, Freezing over the leg partially. Kihia at the same time slammed both of his hands together and channeled his magical power, “Ice Make… Ring Dome!” Fifteen rings of ice formed around him, Kihia breathed for a second and begun to maneuver each of the ice rings around the back of the dragon, he then called out, “I only need a little longer! Be ready to hit this thing with all you got in a minute!”

"Sorry..." He mumbled out as he sister flew off from him. He had a feeling that she didn't understand what he was trying to do as her brother. He hoped that she would come to understand it at some point but knew that it would take time. "Idiot.. I'd go crazy if I lost you.." He thought to himself.

He regained his focus on the enemies in front of him and started to run around the other side of the shield but stopped as he saw his sister causing the gusts of wind to push their enemies into each other. The wind gave Cirven an idea for how he could attack the enemy. A sort of combination attack between him and his sister. Before Cirven could start his idea Kihia instructed them to be ready to hit the enemy as hard as he could.

"Aly! Keep that wind going!" Cirven then turned his attention to Kihia. "Frosty! I'm taking you up on your offer. Just tell me when!" Cirven took a stance with his blade out at his side while holding it with two hands.

Aayla didn't move from the head of the construct, being frozen into it now. She begun to shiver as the cold radiated through her but paid it little mind for the moment. She kept her wings outstretched widely on either side of her, focusing on keeping the wind it provided maintained. She looked back over to Cirven though not knowing what he was going to do and if she needed at all to move.

"Just make it fast!"
Aayla called out to her sibling, she wasn't sure how much longer she could stay encased in ice before it started to hurt her...

Kihia grunted as he maneuvered all the rings to where he was going to need them, he had three rings over the base of each neck, and the the three remaining rings were facing downward at the Hydras main body along the spine. He then put his hands together and started to channel a portion of his magic power to all fifteen rings, he then began to say a chant, “Fifteen rings… Fifteen years of training… May these fifteen rings of ice rain down spears from the frozen tundra! Ice Make Magic! Spear Blizzard!” He then jut out both of his arms as the rings all let out a brilliant flash of light, “Now Everyone!” Each ring let out Eighteen spears of ice, raining down on the hydra, consuming the rings.

At that point the chain from the chained partisans that was Anchoring Kihia to the Hydra snapped and released Kihia from his Anchor point. Before he could see the results of the massive joint attack from everyone he bent down and grabbed Geruko and Geruka and lept high into the air.

Cirven leapt up into the air using the gusts of wind his sister was producing to push him forward while he built up a mass of his flames onto his blade. He then started to spin slowly and increased in speed causing the flames to circle around him until it formed a sort of white cyclone of holy flames. The flaming cyclone bashed into the Hydra swarming it in the holy flames that Cirven controlled.

"Flame Demon's Tempest!" Cirven yelled out just as the attack connected with the huge target. The flames then dispersed after a few seconds and left the area with patches of white flames covering the area around the injured Hydra.

"That felt good didn't it?" Cirven mocked the giant beast as he looked over the damage he had caused. Globs of acid then started to fall from the sky along with water and the sounds of thunder could be heard echoing through the area. The new shift in changes caused Cirven to have to jump around dodging the acid while grunting about the rain falling down onto him. "What the hell is all of this coming from?" He grunted out as he moved around, unaware to the fact that more of the dragons had come to save their overgrown companion at first.

It wasn't until the Hydra had fully healed and grown its new head that Cirven noticed it. He let out a sigh and started to speak but was cut off by a bolt of lightning that struck over him. "AHH!" He dropped to one knee from the pain and looked ahead at the Hydra. "OK.." He pushed himself back up from the ground. "We will have to end this dragon abomination fast now with this new environment we are in.." He huffed from the pain but somehow still managed to move around.
