Description:
While most mages studied for an entirely new magic all together, Frederick has delved himself more into the dark arts. Thus creating an even deeper affinity with the darkness itself. Allowing him to utilize it's power more and even create new and powerful spells for his already dark arsenal.
Just like his primary, the Exalted version of his magic is highly affected by holy/light based magics. An opposite element to the darkness that has the power to easily shred his spells and defenses. While on the other hand, darkness has great benefits against the more natural elements. Think about fire, water even earth. As its properties can materialize in any form. Solid, liquid or even a gas form.
Strengths:
- It can be used to create forms for great destruction capabilities or subtle spells to confuse to enemy or close combat. The dark magic mass is not limited to a certain set of forms of shapes.
- Highly effective ranged magic
- Powerful destructive magic
- Effective against natural elemental magic
Weaknesses:
- Holy/Light based magics
- Bound to one element
- Doesn't allow flight capabilities
- Has no increased senses like slayers, so no increased hearing or smelling
- No in-depth spells that allow illusions are alike, nor any healing boons. Since it is a dark magic.

Black Barrage

Description:
A simple yet powerful spell. Mostly used because of it's efficiency against one or even multiple targets.
From out the own darkness that surrounds frederick, five black projectiles will be shot that home all the way in one one or five separate targets. Or any number in between. The only thing Frederick has to do is basically stand still and throw his arm towards the general direction he wants those black projectiles target.
The projectiles can be seen as large black bolts of magic, that carry a long tail just like a meteor would have. And can be traced all the way back to Frederick himself. They reach up to 75 meters, and each carry one single A rank worth of damage. Most S rank defensive spells can protect an opponent from it, anything lower would just be shattered upon impact still hitting them. While holy/light magic defenses can protect them self with A rank spells. And even blast the attacks away with their own A rank attacks.

Dark Void Exalted

Description:
Just like the other signature spells Frederick has but then the strongest and most powerful form of it. Instead of several strong beams of black light shot at the enemy. There is now one piller shooting down, originating from a huge pentacle up in the sky.
It deals a devastating form of damage to the entire area for a 150 meters radius, obliterating anything that stands in it. However the form can be changed from a smaller radius, basically anything from 1 meter to an 150. But still having the same amount of double S rank damage.- The blast:
Strengths:
- Wide and devastating attack
- obliterates anything that gets hit under it
- deals S rank damage to enemy mages or anyone that is hit
- Blasts through any elemental defenses below S rank
Weaknesses:
- Long cool down in consideration with it's duration
- Less effective against light and holy based defenses. So is dealt 50% less and A ranked defenses that are light based are dealt 25% less damage.
- Doesn't really distinguish between allies or enemies when the blast radius is large
- When pinpointing it on a smaller location, like a single target. It doesn't affect others. Meaning the crowd suppression is gone.
- No further defensive capabilities or side effects.

Dark Moment: Exalted

Description:
Similar to the base spell Dark Moment, the Exalted version affects the surrounding visions of enemies. Yet instead of creating a large blackness that is hard to penetrate through, it targets their actual eyes this time. Filling their eye sockets, or basically creating a black impenetrable layer over their eyes. The user takes away their vision and with it their sense of direction.
A very large positive of this variant is that it takes away the weakness of allowing demon slayers to see through the original Dark Moment. Since it directly affect their eyesight, instead of creating a surrounding darkness.
Another positive is that it affects every enemy in 50 meter radius as well as every enemy up to A rank for the full duration. Downside to this is it only affects S rank and H ranksfor half the duration. As well off course having no direct offensive or defensive capabilities with this spell.
Strengths:
- Demon Slayers are affected this time
- Can single out enemies instead of having everyone affected like the original spell
- Take away sight and with it the sense of direction
Weaknesses:
- Doesn't affect H rank, and S ranks properly
- No direct offensive capabilities
- No direct defensive capabilities
- Long cooldown, in consideration with the duration

Call from beyond the Shadows: Exalted

Darkness/Shade Tech
Description:
It create's up to a number of ten beast like shaped apparitions consisting out of dark magic. They are nimble and quick and have each C - rank defense. Unless if they are hit by an light or holy based attack. Those attacks do 50% more damage to them because of their dark element.
The minions don't deal the same damage as their defense, so they will be dealing C - rank damage. Unless the user has some light/holy based defense in which their damage will be nothing but D - rank. But the defense has to be an actual defense spell.
Strengths:
- fast and nimble apparitions
- highly effective in the dark
- Stronger when in a group
- Each minion can attack twice per postspeak for them selves.
Weaknesses:
- Light/holy attacks do 50% more damage against them
- Light/holy defense limits their damage to D - rank
- Even though they are apparitions they can be hit by melee attacks
- One C rank hit is sufficient to kill one of them.
- If alone or with few, they are weak

Black claws

Description:
Spouting from the grounds in an area of 30 meters, are black claw like entities. That grab and grasp anything they can. Holding people onto a single spot. Tripping them, even scratching them. Even though this spell doesn't necessarily deals damage, it their clenching grabs still hurt.
Some even twirl around an user entirely, constricting them.
Strengths:
- Targets everyone in a 30 meter area
- Binds, grabs or even constricts targets
- Effective on larger groups, since the number of claws don't do any significant damage.
Weaknesses:
- No damage capabilities
- No direct defensive capabilities
- The claws aren't specified to enemies or allies
- Claws surrounding a target can easily be dispatched with C rank attacks. Melee or Magic.
