Lets set fire to a pervy cafe!

Nuria, now absolutely angry at the jobs shes been taking lately, is now deciding to do a peaceful, less annoying job with someone she had met before. She walked into a cafe, and then the fire alarm went off and water sprayed her down from the cielings. Nuria screamed in pain, and got down to the ground as she no longer glowed bright orange, she was a dull grey color. "D-Dammit! Wh-what the hell!!!" Of course this place had a fire alarm and a hose, what good resturant wouldnt? Some people gasped and stared at the flame spirit in awe, as if they never seen one before. She was on the verge of death, in screaming pain and aggony, and all they do is stare? Rot.... all of them could rot for all Nuria cared. But what she was more focused on was not the stupid bystanders not helping a person in need, it was on her intense pain right then. Her skin was getting colder, and she just struggled to get up.

Mary was just a bit annoyed with the whole ordeal, first she had to make sure a certain flame spirit did not burn down an establishment. Then she had to sign a report about this incident and then go through bureaucratic bull. Mary stepped up to the plate, but hated paperwork. Oh well at least this was easy job of making sure the building was up to code and investigating sexual harassment. Undercover jobs could be fun right? Mary looked around for a bit and eyes opened up wide as Nuria practically died setting foot inside the restaurant. She pulled the fire spirit outside away from the death that was water to her. Okay maybe this job was not the best idea to bring a fire spirit to. Especially a hot tempered one such as Nuria. Mary sighed at the problem and simply grabbed a complimentary matchbook. Setting the whole thing on fire she placed it on Nuria's head in hopes to reignite her flames.

Probably at risk of being set on fire.

"Are you going to be okay?"

Nuria took the matchbook off her head and held it in her hands, within a couple minutes she seemingly absorbed the flames into her body, and then she returned to her normal average orange goal. She looked at Mary thankful. "I dont thank people often.... Thanks you really saved my ass." She got up and ran over to the building and put her hands on the walls, making them glow orange but brought them back to the sides, knowing burning down the place=no cash. "Lucky sons of b****s, if i didnt take this job this place would be burnt to the ground... I swear when I get the chance Imma-!" She said to herself a little louder than she wanted to. She turned to Mary, and walked over. "I cant go in there with that water. You mind going in and askin if they can shut it off?" She paced back and forfth, thinking to herself about how she will burn this place to the ground.

Mary shrugged as she said, "Part of my job. It's not that I don't mind you burning things Nuria, but there are people in there. Even if they are the pervy scums of the world." Mary looked at the restaurant an the many people that were recovering from being wet. There was a problem, restaurant needed water to work and it would kill Nuria. In reality there was only one solution to the whole scenario. Mary walked in and had a word with the boss. Even he really did not want her inside because she was a fire hazard. Eventually they came to a compromise of sorts, mostly because the undercover Rune Knight pulled the racism card on him.

Mary came out and said, "Well they can't shut off the water because they need it for emergencies. But I managed to talk them into letting you work the patio area. Really funny how much racism card works in situations like this." Mary patted (or attempted to) pat Nuria on the head despite burning her hand. It would heal fast enough anyways, perks of not being human.

Nuria winced when Mary patted her on the head, not from pain more of discomfort. She looked annoyed and balled her fists up, but then unclenched them because she knew from the sizzling sound her hair was heating up Marys hand quickly. She then walked into the cafe, quickly hurrying into the office of the owner, which gladly did NOT have a fire extinguisher or any other anti-fire object in it. Hoping that Mary was following, she spoke to the owner. "Alrighty ladies lets start you up. You two are to be waitresses, and serve the people throughout my cafe like normal waitors and watresses. Only there will be a catch-you'll have to wear one of the outfits I have set aside for you. Please take your pick ladies." The man gestured to an area where there were a variety of different outfits, each looking more skimpy and demeaning than the last. "WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT! HEEEEELLLLLLLLLL NO!" Nuria gave the man the death stare, but he just gave her a "what you gunna do?" look. "Take your pic madame, they are all flame retardent." He laughed. Nuria growled angrily, and took the one that'll make her look the least like a skank. She gave one look of "help me before i f*** this man up" look to Mary but then took out her horrible, embarrasing maid/neko girl outfit.

Mary was getting much more annoyed with the situations as she was forced to wear one of many fashions that she would normally never be caught dead in. Mary sighed as she went inside the dressing room and put on the clothes that fit too snugly on her and showed more flesh than she was allowed to in the convent. Mary walked out with a very annoyed look on her face, but luckily misery liked company. Nuria got stuck with a much worse cosplay. Mary sighed, "After today we never talk about this. Deal?" Mary's hand was still suffering from second degree burns from patting Nuria. Girl was hot which sparked an idea. This made Mary chuckle at the very thought of it and said, "Look at the bright side though. You get to punish people that immediately attempt to grope you by simply existing. Can't arrest you if it's obviously self-defense.~" Mary expected many hands to be burned today honestly.

At the same time as Mary she got dressed, very very embarrased to wear this. "We wont speak of this to anyone. Thats a deal. And anyone who touches me will get more than a burn... Mr. Pervert hey!" The man looked up. "I wouldnt perfer calling your temporary boss names young lady I-" Nuria waved her hand dismissively. "Save your breath. Where do we start?" The man put his fingers to the bridge of his nose, as if the question gave him an immense headache. "Go wait someones table! Simple!" He acted as if he heard that question a million times before. Nuria gave one more "you better defend this man" look to Mary, and then stormed out of the office. Her feet were covered so she did not burn the wooden floors and she waited for Mary to decide where they should start, and as she left the office she got a variety of "ooooohs~" and whistles, which only made her more and more angry. Her fists balled up and surrounded with fire, but then it went away when she reached her zen.

"Maker give me strength. This will be impossible."

Mary's first instinct was to want to run and hide. If Towa were to see her like this, then the young officer/nun would simply die of embarrassment. Mary was not going to defend the man, but instead remained silent as she started to take orders. The hooting and hollering just added more to the list of crimes this restaurant committed. No control of customers and constant sexual harassment. They were lucky the cuffs and gun were not out or there would be a lot of arrests. Mary silently did the job she pretended to play at, but made notes of people for interest later. Outside though the people were beginning to crowd around the fire girl. She was the cafe's main attraction now since she was basically out to advertise. This made Mary's job easier in essence. Mary sighed, "Nuria please don't burn them. "

'Monster Dice' :

Nuria was getting crowded, and that made her claustrophobia act up. This didnt really act as  "agh im scared" fear more of a "when your scared beat the crap out of the thing scaring you." "GO AWAY!!!!" She yelled, her body surrounding itself with fire and the crowd disperssed, going back to their seats. Nuria went over to a table, a couple of children. They each ordered a hot chocolate, so Nuria wrote it down. She was lucky her hands were covered in gloves or else she would have burnt the paper. She turned around, but then one of the kids shouted to her. "Hey lady, make mine a coffee!" Nuria stayed silent, rage building up within her, wanting to kill these people. "Arent you too young for cofee? Whatever..." She said, writing it down and crossing the first one off. She then continued walking until the same kid yelled to her. "Hey LADY!!! I want a hot chocolate now." Nuria turned and glared at the kid, eyes completely orange. "HOT CHOCOLATE! COMING UP!" she yelled, scaring the kid into his seat. She walked over and gave the counter people the slip, and then walked out to the patio again, feeling the refreshing breeze. Then, as if to curse her MORE, two people with cameras ran over to her. "OH MY GOSH YOURE SO ADORABLE COME LET US TAKE SOME PICS OF YOUUUU" They said in unison. Giving them both a glare, she followed them to an area where they wanted to take pics. Money.... this entire thing is for.... money.

'Monster Dice' :

Mary sweat dropped at the stupidity of people. Sure harass the Fire Spirit, nothing bad will come from that! Mary sighed as she gave the menus to a bunch of teenagers that were hooting and hollering to Mary's cowgirl look. This made Mary have to restrain a sigh, this was not her day.

"Hey toots how about a-"

"How about I tie you to my horse and drag you away to the sunset?"

"What?"

"Nothing. Can I take your order?~"

Mary simply smiled as all the teenagers turned into ghost paled skin people and started placing the orders very quickly to prevent being part of her wrath. It was very amusing to the Celestial Summoner Rune Knight as she went to a bunch of kids that started to give their orders, but changing them last second like the indecisive brats that they were. This was going to take a while for Mary to finish...

The perverted cameramen made Nuria do the oddest of poses. One was of her trying to paw at some yarn, another was of her bending over to pick up a tray.... from behind. Each picture, much like the outfits were just worse and worse than the last. Nuria decided to deal with it, and when it was all over the guys walked away laughing creepily, while Nuria walked back into the shop, with a HATE driven expression. Not anger and annoyance like before, just strait "i wanna kill everyone in here." She got the four hot cocoas for the kids who were scared of the flame spirit, and walked it over to them. "Try not to change your minds, K?" Nuria said with the same grim sound as her expression. She walked over to a person who called her before seeing the kids from the corner of her eye. They tried to sneak the cocoa away without paying her! Nuria dashed over, grabbed the kids increasing her heat a little so the were burnt without being set on fire until she dragged them over to Mary, throwing them onto the ground. "Hey goodie-two-shoes, what should i do with these. They tried to get out of here without coughing up some money, Ill let you decide their punishment, but in my opinion we should execute them as punishment." Nuria smiled and crouched down and summoned a ball of fire in her hands and put it very close to the kid who changed his mind a million times before.

"You realize it is withing Fioran laws to use force to defend property. In this case they just robbed you so go nuts. Also they are out of the restaurant so we technically are not violating this jobs contract so..."

Mary fished out about 20 jewels from her pocket in coins so that Nurai wouldn't burn up the usual paper money as she said, "So honestly I cannot arrest you for assault when this is obviously self-defense. So I would suggest burning them severely, take the money they owe you plus tip and leave them for some kind of ambulance to pick them up. I would also use this time as an opportunity to take a 2 minute break and burn some coal so that you vent some anger. I'd do the same if I was the one robbed." Mary shooed the fire spirit away so that Mary could start serving some troublesome children that kept changing their order. This was going to take a while, but Mary would rather have 2 criminals burned than this establishment of perverts.

"You talk too much, did you know that? A simple yes or no would have been in order..." Nuria took off the gloves she wore, as her now dark red hands were exposed. She grabbed one of the children by the neck and watched him scream and cry, it was the one who changed the order so many times. When it seemed like he was on the brink of death she tossed him aside, and then threw a fireball at the two others. With burnt and tattered clothes and teary faces the children his lay there, scared of the new sadistic Nuria. She didn't care to call an ambulance, leaving that up to the children themselves or to any bystander, and them went behind the cafe. She pulled out a piece of coal, tossed it in the air a few times, watching it burn. After a while she decided this horrible day must continue and put back on the gloves and walked back into the establishment, taking a few more orders and avoiding swaying hands.

Mary watched in amusement at Nuria's action, but stayed quiet to proceed to serve. Everyone's attention was on Nuria now. This amused Mary as she took order, for some reason nobody was giving anymore trouble. So the rest of the cafe proved little to no trouble. In fact it was like a well oiled machine after all was said and done. She got paid, but honestly this was a paltry sum for what the job entailed. Sighing though, she had enough criminal behavior and lack of safety codes to have this place condemned. So handing over her own sum to Nuria, Mary stepped outside and stretched out her back, "That's for not burning the place down... yet." Mary chuckled, it wouldn't be her jurisdiction anymore in a couple of seconds. What Nuria did with place afterwards was up to her. However there was just one thing.

"May I hug you? Don't worry about the burns I will get. I heal very fast."

If she did receive permission Mary would hug the flame elemental. The searing pain mattered little to Mary, dying a couple times in quick succession would do that to anyone. The ability to block out some pain was nice, but the oddest thing was that Mary's hug would be unnaturally comforting. The very touch felt like a shield that hid others from the evils of the world. It was just Mary's nature as a Dark Queen, the stories that were told about them were very wrong. This was one such case, but Mary did not hug for long in case some darkness rubbed off on Nuria. But with a smile, she turned around to take her leave. Stopping just long enough to say the next line.

"Next time we do a job together, I will make sure you can do a LOT of burning okay?"

Nuria didn't like the attention for the remainder of the work day, she just wanted to ball up in a corner and sulk... Or burn the place to the ground. When Mary gave her money to her she took it happily, but not so much of glee more of relief. Then Mary asked to hug her. This caught Nuria off guard, who would want to hug her? "Hug me? Why would you wanna do that? Uhm... Sure... I guess... but don't get all mushy about it ok!?" Nuria folded her arms and turned her head, letting Mary hug her for the time she did. She disliked the hug, Nuria just wasn't a hug person. However she let Mary hug her. Geez this goodie-goodie better not rub off on me... Ugh... she thought. When Mary turned around Nuria called back. "Lookin forward to the next job. I'll see ya sometime, but I got a word to say to the owner of this establishment." With that she took off the gloves to the maid outfit, and walked in to the cafe again.
