Outside of Battle:Katsu is a kindhearted soul, always attempting to see the bright side of things no matter how bad it may seem. He is quick to make friends, but has a sharp eye for shifty behavior and if he finds that this new person is not who they seem to be or is simply not very nice he will quickly distance himself from the person. He is very loyal to his friends, always ready to lend a hand to one in need on a moments notice. He is also very righteous, having a clearly defined sense of what is right and wrong in his mind and quick to call someone out if they display behavior that strays too far from his beliefs, which can tend to get him into trouble quite a lot due to the rather colorful language that he tends to use during those situations. When money enters the equation....thats when things may change a small amount in his actions. Due to his desires for the paper that makes the world turn he may sometimes stray from his chosen path if he can get some more of it, even if it means that he's doing something that he doesn't exactly want to. He is also a very honest person, preferring not to lie unless it's absolutely needed even if it means that he'll get in trouble for telling the truth.
In Battle: Katsu will try to end the fight quickly, overwhelming the opponent with a swarm of attacks and then go for the kill from there. He prefers to be in the mid-range area of battle if possible, not too close to the enemy and their attacks and not so far away that he cant even reach his opponent at all in combat. While under leaders he is very compliant and will follow orders loyally unless told to do something either ridiculous or outside of his beliefs which will likely cause him to protest against the act. As a leader Katsu will subconsciously take the role of the "guardian" attempting to make himself the main attacker in an attempt to keep his friends out of the line of fire, causing those in team to somehow be pushed into mid and long range positions away from most enemy attacks, he himself starting to drift into the border of mid and close range combat. Despite this if his teammates protest to their being pushed away from the "spotlight" in battle he will comply, understanding that everyone has their own place in a fight. When in a team he will also try to coordinate the team into using there techniques as one to maximize their effectiveness as a whole in coordinated attacks, for example he would have a fire and wind user combine there attacks so that the fire is fueled to do more damage meanwhile he would have a water user douse the enemies in water so that the lightning user is able to deal more damage.
Likes:
Money- Besides the whole deal on buying lots of things, money gets his sister one step closer to a full recovery. If a chance to get some more of the green stuff is even remotely possible Katsu will be on it like a starving dog, even if he needs to do something he doesn't exactly want to.
Pork- Flavorful, like a party in your mouth. Even though it is a bit fattening, if you offered Katsu more of the stuff he would be hard pressed to refuse it.
Friends- Would you prefer a person you could depend on or some stranger who you just met? To Katsu his friends are one of the treasures of life, something that he strives to protect
Dislikes:
Scams- Those who lie are scum. Those who lie on a mass scale are worse than that. Especially after they take your hard earned cash and end up being common thiefs in the end. When he sees someone trying to pull one he will become irritated and if not calmed down will likely march right over and state his mind in some very......descriptive language.
Wasabi- It just isn't for Katsu's tastes, way to hot. If he accidently swallows it you can expect him to be spewing fire pretty soon.
Injuries- even if it was caused by just bumping against a table too hard, they remind Katsu that the world is not perfect and it will take a very long time before it reaches what he believes is the ideal state. That, and nobody likes being in pain....unless they're a masochist
Motivations:
Sister- one of the reasons that Katsu became a part of Sabertooth was so he would be able to contribute towards his sister's treatment, who has a debilitating illness which does not have much research done on. Simply a mention of his sister or a picture of her will remind him of his promise to help her, strengthening his resolve
Rewards- A reward normally means a cash prize. And if it isn't its something extremely valuable that would have made him need to spend lots of the stuff in other ways or something that could be turned into big money.
Belief in a better world- Katsu is fully aware that the world is not a perfect place, filled with bad people who do horrible things every day. With a belief that even a hopeless situation can be turned around he tries hard every day so that one day everyone can lead a happy and healthy life without any strife or conflict
Fears:
Being Alone- Katsu is used to having some sort of companion or at least someone nearby, he tends to have someone near him to keep some sort of noise in his head. When completely along he becomes paranoid and begins to have thoughts that somebody is actually there in the shadows, making him twitchy and quick to overreact
God- believe it or not Katsu does in fact fear the higher beings of the world, having once seen a man be struck by lightning on a cloudless day after cursing out a thunder god. Due to this he believes in superstitions very heavily and if there is even a slight chance that he is angering one of those primal spirits he would be almost sure to hightail it out of the situation
Sickness- Katsu himself has seen what medical conditions and illness can do to the body and is rather squeamish about touching overly dirty things, normally taking precautions to not touch it directly. Due to this he also tends to have rather good hygiene as well

Appearance: Katsu is 5' 6'', weighing about 120lbs he is a bit light for his age. His legs are nice and long to add to his stride, his arms coming down to about mid thigh. He has a small nose and large eyes, along with a mouth that almost seems to have a permanent slight smirk plastered onto it. He normally wears a pair of black open toed shoes, along with some brown cargo shorts which are replaced with pants instead in cold weather. On his upper half he wears a solid color t-shirt, normally red, which is covered mostly by a grey jacket with a black fur lining which he wears in all weather conditions unless he absolutely needs to take it off. Around his necklace is a gold necklace which has a picture of his parents and sister when they were younger, which he keeps for sentimental value
