"Huh?" Crimson glanced around as the scenery changed. It was unlike anything she had ever seen before or at least considering the fact that she had little to no memory to start off with. A sudden gust of wind, picking the sand up, made her squint her eyes. The wind pushed back her blonde hair, her white cape with two crosses dangling on either side of it getting blown back as well. Fascinated by her new surroundings the young girl almost didn't notice that Deniel was transported with her.
"Ah!" She squeaked out at the shattering of the rock.
"He-He didn't even hit it!" The girl stared at the rock, shock written across her face.
"How am I supposed to go against something like that!?!?" Ven visibly stood in awe for a few more moments before turning to gaze at Deniel. Even with that display of power it wasn't like she could back down, it was against her nature to give up and even if she were to where would she go next? Besides he had promised earlier that he wasn't going to kill her, perhaps it wasn't her best to choice to believe in a man who she had a vivid memory of him killing someone, but she had a rather overly trusting nature.
"Here we go." She mumbled glancing down at the staff before pointing it at Deniel. Only nothing happened.
"Huh?" She waved the pink stick around, pointing it at him again and again. No awesome explosions, slices of air, or even sparkles popped out of the staff.
"WHAT IS THIS EVEN USED FOR!?" She finally yelled at the staff, she had a feeling that she was able to shoot stuff from it but the girly pink winged object seemed to want no part in its masters wishes.
"What do you even do!?" She asked again as if the staff might respond. Glancing between the staff and Deniel, Ven laughed almost nervously,
"Just a moment please?". At that moment another gust of wind picked up, her gloved hands went to hold down her skirt so she didn't go flashing anyone. When the gust died down the girl seemed almost confused her hand still gripping her skirt.
"What's this?" Lifting the hem of the skirt up slightly, on her upper thigh was a garter belt with a holster of sorts attached to it. Opening up the holster the girl pulled out a...card?
Glancing down at the card in her trembling white hand another wave of familiarity washed over her.
"I-I..."In an almost practiced moment the girl extended the staff away from her body, pointing it at Deniel once more. Her other hand held up the card. With the way she held it the guild master would only be able to see the back of the card, that had an ancient looking magic circle on the back. The card itself looked well used, and the image on the front was fading but Venir was still able to clearly read the words
"The shot" written on it as well as see the faded image on the card. Her body moving using muscle memory she held up the card, still only showing the back to Deniel.
"I-I..." The word was trying to form itself on her tongue but her empty head was trying to recall just what that word was,
"Include!"Both staff and card glowed with pink energy. The card floated up from her hand moving over to the staff before seemingly dissolving into the staff.
"Aim!" She realigned the staff, her aim sure. The golden star in the center released a magic circle of sorts, energy gathering in the center of that circle.
"Shoot!" The pink energy shot forth like a bullet at Deniel. The attack itself was more or less harmless to someone like Deniel but it at least showed that the girl had some sort of grasp on her magic now.
