Description:
Death Dealer Magic is a unique form of Holder Magic, in which the user first focus their magical energy into their hands. Then using the required twin modified Beretta M92's the user transfers the energy that they had been building up in their hands in to cartridges of these guns. Once the necessary amount of energy has been transfered it will then be molded into 9mm bullets. The coloration of these magic bullets depends greatly on the mage, as the bullets are a reflection of the mages true nature. While the all of the previous practitioners of this magic created blue bullets which symbolize tranquility, Itchi forges red bullets which symbolize hatred & violence.
Strengths:
Death Dealer Magic's primary strength, is that it does not make use of a singular gun but instead makes use of twin guns. Additionally, it is a magic designed to fight against either a singular adversary or multiple adversaries. Furthermore, the user upon initially filling the guns with the bullets made with their energy is able to gradually strat focusing more energy to their hands, this allows the user to reload the guns not long after emptying them. Also, the destructive nature and overall force behind these bullets changes as the mage grows stronger.
Weaknesses:
Death Dealer Magic's primary weakness, is that the user must perfectly balance the amount of magic transfered into each of the guns. Additionally, this magic quickly drains the users energy. Furthermore, the user is vulnerable to attacks from their adversary or adversaries during the time it takes them to form the bullets and when they must reload the guns. Another weakness of this magic is, that while it may have exceptional offensive capabilities it has absolutely no defensive capabilities. Also, the user must first class aim or they will simply end up waste bullets which is the equvalent of wasting their magical energy.
Bullet Example: These bullets being forged from the users own energy can be manipulated when on contact. The different manipulations vary greatly. Keep in mind they are energy bullet's which are made using my own magic, following this principle they are bullet's up until the point they hit the target, however they can keep the ofrm of bullet's even once contact has been made.

Description: This skill was created during her six years of training. The only thing he has done with it was use it for target practice or causing trouble. As for what it has done, it has helped to assume her. It has helped her cure the boredom that is given from listening to others whine about things that will have a bad effect on the Councils reputation.
Strengths: This spell creates water upon impact. To be more specific, when the bullet or bullet's fired impact with something or someone they will burst. What is left in the wake of the bullet bursting is plain old water. When the bullet bursts resulting in the creation of the aforementioned water, it is exactly like when a water ballon explodes on impact spraying water on everything in its immediate range. The advantages of this spell are that it comes in handy for humourous situations, or when one wishes to down play the actual seriousness of a situation.
Weaknesses: The disadvantage of this spell is that it is usually used poorly, such is shown when it is used to make light of situations that are of the utmost importance to maintaining the councils reputation.

Description: This spell was created during her six years of training. He has given dull and gloomy people a more amusing appearance. It has brought color to the world and smiles to peoples faces. It has helped her annoy people he doesn't care for.
Strengths: This spell creates small decorations, such as confetti or glitter when it bursts upon impact. This bullets effect really only meant to annoy its victim while at the same time give them a more lively appearance. This spells advantage is that it effectively annoy's people.
Weaknesses:Its disadvantage is that it is a preverbial waste of the users mana.

Description: This spell was created during her six year training. This spell has been used to capture enemies or people who he wishes to interrogate for any information concerning the mysterious deaths of the children he was raising. This spell has helped her gather small bits and pieces of information concerning incidents of her past.
Strengths:This spell produces a sticky web-like substance upon the bullet's initial impact. The webbing bullet's are usually aimed at a targets legs, as such they are used to prevent or limit the movement of aforemented appendages. The way it can prevent or limit the available movements is that it wraps tightly around its target. The targets movements are slowed by the ratio of 15% for 2 posts. This spells advantage is that it doesn not cost a lot of mana to use.
Weaknesses:Its disadvantage is that despite being sticky, the webbing does not last long and it is quite easy to remove if it becomes wet.
Cooldown: 1 post cool down.

Description: This spell was created during her six year training, the reason for its creation was to make dealing with multiple enemies a more manageable task. So far, this spell has only been used for target practice and a to help slightly weaken adversaries. It has helped her greatly improve her aim to the point he is a perfect shot.
Strengths:This spell produces a shower of smaller steel pellets upon its initial impact. These pellets are not strong enough to puncture the targets flesh, as such they will not cause serious damage. However, they are powerful and numerous enough to cause a multitude of bruises and welts. The approximate area which the pellets will hit tends to vary depending upon the range. For instance if the target it shot at point blank, the area covered by the pellets will be more contained however the inflicted damage and the pain cause will be stronger due to the affected area being more focused. While a a bullet shot from a further range of let's say ten or fifth teen feet, the pellets will cover are larger area of about two or three feet. However, the damage dealt and pain felt while be lessened due to the larger radius covered, this is due to the affected areas being spread out as oppossed to them being focused in on a smaller area.
Weaknesses:The advantages are that this spell does not require a large amount of mana and can cause numerous wounds at once. The disadvantages of this spell are that it does not have the power needed to puncture or cut the skin it also takes a few minutes for the damage dealt by this spell to actually be felt by the target.
