my suggestion is the cat league the cat league is the cute kitties you see around the game be able to apply for a cat league position

Cat killers

Cat heroes

Servants for the cat(people wishing to friend these cats

so dark guild kitties can apply for cat killers
Legal can apply for cat heroes
and people who wanna be in a fan club or serve us can be Cat servants

Partially the reason is for Kitty characters to get more reputation

We already have something where people can get fame and infamy by applying for other positions like Rising Stars and Coming Storms. Having new positions set up for cat characters isn't something I like the sound of because of this. If a person wants their character known they should apply for a Rising Star/Coming storm position or one of the higher positions.
