Description: This form of magic is based on the trapping wandering souls and manipulating them. This type of Seith magic deals with manipulating a soul inside of a puppet. Souls are trapped within a lacrima, usually immediately following the death. They are then placed in an object, which the soul then inhabits the item, manipulated by the Seith Magic User.
Maruko uses these souls inside of life-sized puppets. His magic power is connected to the ‘soul lacrima’ through his magic, and the soul lacrima draws upon that power, sending it to other lacrimas like the circulatory system as in how the human body sends blood to organs. Those lacrimas catalyze his pure magic power flowing through the doll into different kinds of spells

Soul Possession: Puppets have human souls, making them similar to human beings with personalities and emotions.
Strings of Fate: When hit with attacks, the user feels the blow as though it was dealt to him. Similarly, he can pass on his emotions, motivations, and fears to the puppets.
Mechanical Mayhem: Because they are just mechanical creations, puppets are very versatile in the types of magic that can be embedded within them. Lacrimas are embedded into the puppet catalyze Marukos own magic power into different spells (Dragon Slayer Lacrima, anyone?)

Strengths:
- User keeps themselves on the outskirts of battle, keeping them safer
- Puppets don’t feel pain
- Dolls serve great utility in many different situations
- Having their own mind, Dolls can add to combat ‘two minds are better than one’
- Dolls are made out of a composite metal that does not melt and is not magnetic
Weaknesses:
- Dolls cannot do anything without direction from the user.
- While the dolls need direction, they will not do anything against their will.
- Broken dolls can be fixed with replacement parts, but to bring them back to full power, the Maruko has to fix them when not on a mission.
- The user does not have a lot of ways to defend themselves
- The user does not get hurt, but feeling the pain of the puppet can still be very powerful (feeling the pain of being burnt, for example)
- Limited range of 50 yards
- Especially weak to sand, as it gunks up the dolls joints
- Similarly, Ice can get in joints and break them up
- Mages who specialize in the elements are not affected by the magic of their element that the doll uses.

Description: Two blue lacrima embedded in the forearms of the puppet catalyze Maruko’s magic power into Ice Make Magic.
Active Ability: The puppet blasts an Ice Make magic wall. This can be used as a shield, but also blasted from the hands towards an enemy. The wall is four feet wide and five feet tall. Duration lasts 1 post, Cooldown is 3 posts.
Passive Ability: Ice absorption: if Ice Make: Wall is not on cooldown, the lacrimas can absorb one d-rank ice spell, reducing the cost of the next Ice Make: Wall by 2%.
Strengths:- Very Defensive spell
- Help protect from the ice weakness
- Has an offensive capability.
Weaknesses:- Weak to fire
- Weak to lightning.
- The absorption has no effect on higher-ranked spells
- Not great in melee fights
- Very Defensive spell

Type: Defensive
Description: Six small yellow lacrima are embedded in a circle on the puppet’s back, catalyzing Maruko’s magic power into Lightning Magic
Active Ability: The puppet surrounds itself in an electrifying atmosphere, shocking those who touch it. Duration lasts 2 post. Cooldown is 4 posts.
Passive Ability: Electric absorption: if Lightning Body is not on cooldown, the lacrimas can absorb one d-rank electric spell, reducing the cost of the next Lightning Body by 2%.
Strengths:- Very Defensive spell
- Help protect from melee attackers
- Has an offensive capability.
Weaknesses:- Still weak to sand
- The absorption has no effect on higher-ranked spells
- Doesn't do anything to rock-based enemies or attacks
- Can hurt allies if they are too close
- Very Defensive spell

Type: Offensive
Description: Two large red lacrimas are embedded in the feet of the puppet, catalyzing Maruko’s magic power into Fire Magic
Active Ability: The puppet emits flame around its feet, creating propulsion. This can be used to kick, knee, somersault, or lunge forward, among other things. Duration lasts 1 post. Cooldown is 2 posts.
Passive Ability: Fire absorption: if Flare Boots is not on cooldown, the lacrimas can absorb a d-rank Fire spell, reducing the cost of the next Flare Boots by 2%.
Strengths:- Very Offensive spell
- Provides Melee offensive capabilities
- Very versatile uses
Weaknesses:- Weak to water
- The absorption has no effect on higher-ranked spells
- Cannot be used for flight
- Does not stack with other bonuses to speed (if any)
- Very Offensive spell
Name: Makoto Puppet- Wind Slash- Spoiler:

Type: Offensive
Description: Three large green lacrimas are embedded in the front of the puppet’s shoulders and chest in a straight line, catalyzing Maruko’s magic power into Wind Magic.
Active Ability: The can blast air through its arms, sending sharp blades of wind through the air at an opponent. This has a range of 20 yards. Also, the puppet can blast air through its joints, cleaning itself of impurities within its joints. Duration lasts 1 post. Cooldown is 3 posts.
Passive Ability: Air absorption: if Wind Slash is not on cooldown, the lacrimas can absorb a d-rank Air spell, reducing the cost of the next Wind Slash by 2%.
Strengths:- Very Offensive spell
- Provides ranged offensive capabilities
- Also great utility in cleansing itself
Weaknesses:- Weak to armored opponents
- The absorption has no effect on higher-ranked spells
- Blasting air through the puppet's joints does not cause damage, but still requires the cooldown.
- Has less of an effect in very windy areas
- Very Offensive spell
