Tai Long, the Great Dragon

Special Characteristics: Aside from being a Celestial Spirit, that of the Dragon, Draco, Tai has a tattoo of a red dragon coiling down his right arm. The tail starts in the middle of his shoulder blade, the wraps around the shoulder several times before winding around his arm. The head ends up on the back of his hand.

Personality: Outside of combat, Tai Long is a very wary person, and is hard to get to know. He is extremely evasive when the subject strays to his background. He doesn't want to reveal that he is a Celestial Spirit, and one of the most powerful of the silver keys, as a matter of fact. He has a low opinion of humans, especially Celestial Spirit wizards, after being treated like a slave to fight his master's petty battles for centuries. He is terrified of being found out by a Celestial Spirit wizard and being returned to the Celestial Realm, not to mention being forced to fight for petty humans and being treated like a slave again. As such, he keeps far away from Celestial Spirit wizards and hides his key. Tai likes to drink rum, often straight from the bottle, and regards it as humanity's greatest achievement. He can often be found with a bottle of it in his hand. Because of his Celestial Spirit physique, it is very difficult for him to get drunk. As such, he drinks as often as possible, without regard to how much he has already drunk. He also really enjoys pie, being the first thing he tasted in the human realm. When sitting at his table in the corner of the guild hall, he will almost always have a bottle of rum and a pie, especially key lime, pumpkin, and lemon meringue. Around the people he knows well, Tai can be friendly, cheerful and boisterous. He likes to show off his prowess with his magic, sometimes to the detriment of others. Tai burns with a dark anger when he sees someone being treated like a slave, or someone bullying someone. His rage is usually enough to send the culprit running, but sometimes he shows off his magic to intimidate the hardier bullies. This stems from his own mistreatment.
Within combat, Tai really shines. He fights fluidly and ferociously, adapting his fighting style to overcome his opponents. He almost never fights without a smile on his face, unless the battle is serious. That's when Tai really pushes himself, and let's go of his facade of friendliness, letting his disgust of humanity show through. He begins to grimace and growl, strike harder and more fiercely, and put himself more in danger by taking risks. He becomes almost impossible to beat, and often can scare the enemy into submission this way. In a team, he is aloof, but he does care a little. If a teammate or comrade is hurt, he flies into a rage, reminded of when he often got hurt in battles but his master didn't care. He will only calm down if the enemy is defeated or surrenders, or when he is shown that the person who got shows him that they are alright. He does show mercy, because he doesn't want to become cruel like his previous master. Under a leader, he has problems following orders he deems wrong. He will often refuse the orders openly, or argue about them with the leader. As a leader, he expects his orders to be absolute, and obeyed without question. When they are not, he gets deceivingly calm and repeats the order. His forced calmness often is enough to intimidate the one who refused them into following them.  He does not repeat orders a fourth time. He is however caring, supporting weak members when they fall behind and encouraging them.
Likes:

• Rum, because he likes the taste
  
• Fighting, it's the one place he can let go of his inhibitions and use his magic to it's full potential
  
• Pie, especially key lime, lemon meringue and pumpkin pies. He highly enjoys the taste, and is almost all he eats.
  
• Showing off his magical prowess because it makes him feel powerful
  

Dislikes:

• Bullies, they remind him of his master
  
• Being treated like a slave, they also remind him of his previous master
  
• Fighting for wrong or petty causes, reminds him of his last master
  
• Humanity, they disgust him because they're greedy and selfish and care little for others
  

Motivations:

• Fixing humanity's failures. This may be a big ambition, but it's his life's goal. It's why he remains in the human realm.
  
• Being a free Celestial Spirit. He doesn't want to be under a master anymore.
  
• Finding true love. Being alone for over a thousand years is rough, and he wants to finally find someone.
  

Fears:

• Being found by a CS mage and being forced to be a slave again
  
• Being treated cruelly again
  
• Being alone. Like I said before, being alone for over a thousand years is rough, and he doesn't want to be alone anymore.

Height: 6'5"
Weight: 150 lbs
Hair: Red and spiky, with two tendrils hanging down in front of his eyes (see avi for reference)
Eyes: Yellow-ish (see avi)
Skin Tone: Pale with a slight tan
Appearance: Tai Long is muscular but lean. His clothing consists of a red t-shirt under a white hoodie with strings. For his legs, he wears baggy black shorts and wears red flips-flops on his feet. He wears a leather belt that looks black, but is actually a deep purple. The belt buckle is made of a golden metal, and is in the shape of the constellation Draco. If asked about it's unusual shape, he says it's meaningful to him alone. Around his neck, he has what appears to be an old iron key on a leather thong. This is actually his silver key, under an illusion spell.
