A faithfull reunion. (Social Private/Stardust&Amara)

It was a calm and nice day in Clover town. The weather was not too hot but far from cold. The streets of this little and peacefull town were filled with people. Mages from all over the place. There were all kinds of mages, powerful ones, but also rookies. All those mages were all checking out the market. The magical market was in lover town today. They had all sorts of little shops set up with all kinds of magical items and more.

Between all those people, one young man walked. He made him way through the huge crowd of people before he walked into a more empty place of the town. He sighed and sat down against a wall. He laid his staff right next to him. After that, he removed his big old blue wizard hat and laid it on the staff. He wiped some sweat from his forhead. The clothes he was wearing were way too thick for this mind of weather. His big cloak alone made it hotter. The young man looked around at the people who passed him. He could all feel them. But he could not locate her. It was too crowded. Where was she. He could've felt her earlier, but losf her again. The young man looked up into the sky. "Amara, where are you hiding?"

E"Excuse me!"
"Hey stop pushing!"
"Sorry sir."
"Ouch!"
"Watch it will 'ya!"
"This way," Haku grabbed hold of Amaras wrist and pulled her out of the bustling crowds which infested Clover Town's town square, "There's no way we are going to get through these crowds." His tone of voice was slightly angry, as always. Together they escaped the shouting people and went down one of the quieter streets.
"Wow, when that person told us the Monday market was busy they werent joking," Amara laughed slightly.
"Why did we even have to come here?" Haku sighed in an irritated way.
"I dunno," Amara smiled and swung her arms dramatically as she walked, "I just felt like it was the right place to be." Groups of people continued to pass by, heading towards the market.
"You're so strange," Muttered Haku as he walked beside Amara, he had been observing the crowds when suddenly he spotted a young man who wore a long wizard cloak and owned a wizard hat and staff. Haku sniggered at the mans appearance earning a light whack on the shoulder from Amara.
"Stop it thats rude," Amara then called out to the man, "Sorry sir!" Just inc ase he had seen Haku laughing and had been offended.

The young man sat against the wall for a little while. It was too busy for his aura sensing to pick up one certain aura. He stood up, grapped his hat and staff. He just wanted to walk away when he felt someone behinde him. He stood still, turned his head slightly to the left so he could hear what was being said. He picked up a little; "Stop that." and "Sorry sir." from the same voice. The girl's voice sounded very familair. The young man turned around, hiding his eyes under the edge of his hat and only showing a vague smile on his face.

"No problem, kid. I am used to it."

He said with a calm and smooth voice. He tipped the edge of his hat just a little away so he could see more of the two persons before him. And then, he looked right into her eyes. The eyes he had been looking for, for over a year now. The smile on his face grew bigger as he looked right into the eyes of Amara. The young man laughed a bit in unbelieve.

"I was looking for you, Amara. But I wouldn't think that you came here."

"Wait... What?" Amaras eyes widened is surprise as the young man before her said he had een looking for her. "How do you know my name...?" Her hands were shaking now for some unknown reason and her stomach churned. A wave of deja vu washed over her mind. Did she know this man? Was he a stalker? Or had he known her before she lost her memories.
"Who is this man?" Haku glared at the stranger, worried for Amara. He did not know who he was for he had only known Amara for a year or so now. He knew no one that Amara had before she tragically lost her memories.
"I'm sorry," Amara shook her head slightly, "I dont know." She felt awful, not knowing who this person was even though he knew who she was.

"Who are you, kid?"

The young man said while he looked to Haku with one raised eyebrow. He felt that something was wrong with the aura of Amara. It didn't feel like the one he was used too, maybe that's why he had a hard time locating her. Jian then sighed. He came a little step closer and let his staff rest on his shoulder.

"Who are you?"

He asked again, but this time his question was aimed at the girl. The girl with Amara's face.

"I don't know what kind of magic you've used."

He came again one step closer.

"But that is not your face."

He stepped closer again.

"That's the face of my sister you are wearing!"

He stood right before the pair.

"Now, explain. How did you do this cheap trick?"

"Th-this is Haku... Um, my brother..." With every step the stranger took towards the pair Amara took one step back. All she had done was apologize for Haku's rude behaviour and she had suddenly be accused of not being who she was.
"Wh-what do you mean... Of course I am Amara. I am preforming no trick. I use requip: The Huntress magic..." Amara's voice trailed off, she hated people reminding her that she had no memories for it was something that confused her and left her feeling upset.
"Hey look you, I dont know who you are or what you want but you are upsetting sis and thats not okay!" Haku was trembling with anger by this point, he was extremely protective over the older girl who he had found on the streets with no memories, ""Stop upsetting her! Its not her fault she has no memories!"

The man became quiet. No memories, new brother, found without memories, different aura. He put all the pieces together in his mind. It only makes sense, he thought. She somehow has lost her memory after that fight and... she forgot me. The man sighed and lower his head again.

"I see. I am at least glad that you are alive and happy."

He turned to Haku.

"Kid, I am sorry about messing with your sister. It was a mistake."

He laid a hand on the boy's shoulder.

"Take good care of her. That's all I wanted to ask."

Then he turned away. A small tear rolled over his cheeck. His search, for nothing. He started to walk but stopped one more time and looked over his shoulder at the two.

"The name is Jian Alexander Stardust. If you need my help, think about me. I'll be able to find you."

And with that he walked away.

"Think about you? How would that help you find me?" Amara muttered to herself before quickly shaking her head, that is not the right thing to be asking right now. She leapt forward with the grace she had had all of her life and wrapped her fingers around Jians wrist.
"So are you saying you knew me before?" Amara's eyes blazed, this young man could be the key to her past.
"Please..." Her grip loosened as tears filled her eyes, I need to know, anything please. Even the smallest fact about my life would make me so happy. You dont know what its like, not knowing who you are or where you came from. Its scary."

Jian stopped when he felt the hand around his wrist with a tight grip. He looked around and right into the eyes of Amara. But those eyes were filled with tears. Jian sighed and stayed quiet as he put his wizard hat on her head. The hat was way to big for her and it looked really cute, a girl with a huge wizard hat on her head. Jian smiled as another tear escaped from his eye and made his way over his cheeck.

"We go way back. It's a long and weird story."

Jian sighed and wiped the tear away.

"Let's first go to a place with chair, I am sick of standing or sitting on the ground."

He said with a vague smile. The young man layed his hand on the shoulder of Amara.

Amara looked up at the large wizards hat which Jian had placed upon her head and thought she must look ridiculous, it was way too big for her. She smiled weakly at Jian as he placed a hand upon her shoulder and stated that they should go and find somewhere with a chair as he was sick of standing and sitting on the ground. "Sure, I know a small cafe just down the road." Amara grabbed Jians hand once again, but this time it was in a friendly way, not a pleading way, and lead him down the street towards one of the small, local cafes she visited often.

Within minutes they had reached a friendly looking cafe, Amara smiled at Jian and led him inside.

The moment when the hands touched, Jian smiled. A familiar shiver went through his spine. This was what she did when they first met. It was the same. He placed his hat on her head and she grapped his hand. He knew that she was the same. Only her aura was different. He didn't know why.

Once they entered the café and sat down at a table, Jian sighed. He looked at a passing waiters with his charming eyes. She giggled as she passed by. Jian was sitting on his chair like a king. He grinned as he turned to Amara.

"Feeling better? I as sure as hell am. But."

His voice turned more serious

"This is the story of your past. I can tell you two anything but it's too hard to believe."

He looked from Amara to Haku, who had awkwardly followed them around.

"Are you ready?"

Amara tilted her head to the side slightly, a curious expression upon her face as she looked at Jian. "Yes I am feeling better, knowing that I will finally learn something of my past. Thank you for your time and help." Amara fidgeted and lifted her legs off of the ground and curled up in the armchair she was sat on, knowing that she might as well get comfy considering Jian was probably going to tell her a long story.
"I dont care how long it takes for you to tell me, but please tell me everything about me. Dont worry, right now I will believe anything." And with that she stopped speaking and waited for Jians story to start.

Jian nodded.

"You haven't changed a bit. I'll begin when I found you. You were fourteen at the time. I was traveling as usual. On my travels. I found you. In a forest by yourself. So I came to help you. You were cold and alone. You said that you had traveled for days but weren't sure to where. Your parents were killed and you were looking for the killer. I helped you to get back on your feet and offered my help. I had no place to go and was willing to help. Better than to leave you alone at least. We traveled together for 2 years. We grew really close. It felt like a family. The thing we both were missing in our lives. Bht one day, we found the killer. You charged into battle head on and I lost you. When I fkund the battle ground, you were gone and I was left alone. Refusing to believe that you were killed, I started looking for you. Untill today."

He sighed.

"Tbat is the short version. What I assume is that you've lost your memory in that battle and fled before I could get to you. Later you've been found again by this young man. But I don't know what made you lose your memory in the first place. If you could find that cause, you can maybe get them back."

Jian shrugged as he looked at the same waiters and gave her a wink.

Amara sat perfectly still, shocked by the information she had just heard, "Two years is a long time to search..." Haku left the table quietly at that moment, assuming that Amara and Jian would want to speak by themselves." Well, I am not sure what you have done for me but thank you, it means a lot to know that someone has been watching over me all this time. We must have been very close, I am sorry that I cannot remember that..." Her eyes glistened with tears once again as she stared at Jian. She suddenly jumped up and wrapped her arms around him, giving him a hug. "Thank you," She sobbed quietly.

Jian was shocked at first to feel the hug, but quickly after that, he embraced it, pulling the girl in more closely.

"Welcome back, sister. I've missed you."

He said with his soothing voice.

"And I am sorry that I had ever doubt you."

After the long hug, Jian looked at Amara and wiped some tears from her face. He looked her in the eyes with his own tearfilled eyes and asked:

"But what have you been up to all these years?"

"Not much," Amara said, returning to her seat, "I have just been travelling around Fiore in search of nothing in particular. I move a lot and have no set home. How about you? What have you been doing?"

Jian wiped his face dry and sighed.

"I was looking for you. And I was making myself stronger everyday."

He looked to the ceiling as he sat down. Repaing my sins. Caring the weight of all those lifes on my shoulders... Roaming this world for... He though but he stayed quiet for a minute.

"But I think I am leaving now. I can hardly stay around, right?"

He said with an awkward fake smile on his face. He stood up, grapped his hat from the head of Amara and put it on.

"I am really glad that you're alright. But I am sorry about your memories. This was all my fault but I will repay you one day. And I will protect you for the rest of your life."

"Wait!" Amara jumped up once again and grabbed a hold of Jian once again, tears had formed in here eyes once again. "I dont want you to leave me again, please stay with me. You are the only thing I have from my past and I dont want to loose you!" Tears streamed down her face, this was her only chance of keeping hold of her past and someone who clearly meant a lot to her, "Join our team then! We can travel together, like you said we used to."

Jian stood still and was frozen, listening to the words of the girl. This girl he was looking for. Two years ago, he lost the family feeling once again and now it has come back. Tears rolled over his eyes. He was shocked by the reaction of Amara. Did she remember him now? Or was is all too vague? Questions started to fill up his head but he wasn't ready for them yet. He pulled Amara in for a tight hug.

"I will stay by you then, if that's what you most desire. I promis to never leave you again. I will always watch over you, little sister."

He wispered to her. This was the tenth time he stayed something like that to her, but he ment it. His life had no real meaning untill this day. This faithful day he swore to protect her.

"Thank you," Amara repeated, now smiling through her tears and hugging Jian tightly. Maybe... Just maybe... Having Jian in her life again would bring back some of her memories. If it didnt that would be a shame, but not a disaster for she now had someone she could make new memories with.
"So..." Amara looked up at Jian, "What do we do now?"

"You tell me, Amara. I simply follow you."

Jian said. He finally had no other reason to travel. He could just live on. Well, live on... He could at least make this part of his life fun. He patted Amara on her head.

"So, what do you want to do?"

"Well..." Mused Amara, "I guess that sometime we will have to meet up with the rest of the mages who are going to be in the team. But we could do that later... Do you want to do something fun? I dont know like go somewhere or get a bite to eat. I am fine with going anything, I am happy as long as its with you." She smiled brightly at Jian and took his hand once again.

"Let's meet those other teammates then."

Jian said as they walked out of the café
