Size matters(Zack & Eien)

Eien had taken a job that had seemed easy, mainly because she was feeling pretty lazy today. Oddly enough though event though she just had to find a ring she had another mage coming along, not that she minded honestly it meant that the job would be over faster. "what do i want to look like today?" Eien asks herself as she waits. "Ill do the small child today, see if i cant scare the man!" She reply to herself. As she talking she begins to shrink to about 3 foot 11. "That will work." she smiles, her tail flicking about in playfulness. "hum? do i need wing today." she puts her pointer finger on her lips. "Na... I need to be on the ground not flying about." While Eien said no a pair of black feather wings sprouted from her back anyways. Eien then wanders about for a little waiting on her "help", something which was to be seen, to show up. While she waits she summons 2 Guilt Legionary's. "I'm bored... lets spar." she drops to a fighting stance, her sharp claws ready for combat. The Legion on the right attacks first coming forward with a thrust, which Eien side steps and kick her foot out connecting with the legion midsection sending him sprawling. the on on the left attacks as Eien kick, stopping it blade only a hairs breath from her throat. Eien looks at the blade then the legion. "Welp you got me this time." she sighs and helps the other first legion stand back up. "Ugh where is that person." her boredom showing.

Shiraz was once more leaving the guild and his precious kitchens. He wondered if he would come back to find them as spotless as he had left them. He doubted it. Still, he had left a cookie jar for his friend Ebony which should only respond to her magic if he'd made the seal right. The cookie jar was edible of course, because everything he made was, but it was made of a rather intensely spicy candy. He grinned wondering if people would try to eat it.

The way he was travelling to the job was not ordinary. No, it wasn't ordinary at all. Most mages would walk to jobs or travel by carriage. This was not something he would do unless the walk was in a beautiful environment or the carriage itself was beautiful. Yes, his way of travelling was rather unique or was as far as he knew.

As such it was that the first thing Eien would see of Shiraz was a speck in the air which as it got closer would be revealed as a beautiful white winged unicorn. Those who knew this sort of thing would know this as an alicorn or if they really knew their beasts that it was in fact a janis unicorn foal. Still, not many knew that. It landed softly in the town and trotted forward a few steps, before Shiraz rose up, seemingly without moving any body part at all, and landed next to the beautiful beast. He patted its side and generated a small sugar cube for it. "Good job Syrup. I think we made record time." he said with a smile showing brilliant white teeth. "Now where is my partner for this job?" He looked around and saw what appeared to be a small child with two others. He raised an eyebrow. Was that his partner?

Eien had just recovered when she heard a mans voice, turning she caught the last part of what he was saying. Walking over him, or really skipping over to him, she introduces herself. "I think you the guy I'm waiting on. I'm Eien." she holds out her hand as she speaks, making sure that her claws wont hurt the man on accident. "I'm not sure why finding a ring require two of us but hey i think the house is on the other side of the city." Eien unfurls her wings, Flapping them hard to get of the ground, and takes flight. Eien hovers for a second. "I'll meet you there." Then flys off wondering how long it would take the man to get to the other side. Eien had not seen the man fly into the area, so she was unaware of the fact he could follow her. Eien decided to take a small detour, stopping just outside the city, It was here that she remember that she left the two guilt Legionary's to walk. She shrugs and picks a few flowers, piling them up before using a small thing of ribbon to tie them up. Sadly she was completely oblivious to her surroundings at the moment. After she finishes she take flight again and heads to the house she was suppose to meet for the job

"I'm Shiraz Sucrose of Fairy Tail and this is Syrup." It seemed today he was to be partnered with a child. It was...unexpected, but not unbelieavable. A lot of famous mages were quite young nowadays and he'd heard rumours of a rather disgusting 8 year old in one of the dark guilds. It seemed that this person had some skill because they immediately took flight saying that they would meet him at the location of the job. He ran a hand through his long rainbow coloured hair and then once more without seeming to do anything rose up into the air and onto Syrup's back. The janis unicorn cantered forward before spreading its lustrous wings and taking to the sky with a single powerful flap.

It was not too much later that they arrived at the location, but it seemed, somehow, that they had beaten Eien there. Strange when she set out first and Shiraz was quite certain they hadn't passed her in the air. Very odd indeed. Whilst he waited he decided to adjust his hair. Long hair wasn't really suitable for searching. He closed his eyes and his rainbow hair seemed to retract until it was short and untidy. Strangely, it still suited him. He nodded to himself and waited wondering if his clothing was suitable for the job in hand. He was wearing a simple tracksuit of dark blue hue. He didn't mind if it got damaged or dirty, but he would prefer it if he didn't. What he worried about was whether it would hamper him.

He shrugged and once more dismounted the unicorn without actually moving his limbs. Anyone watching would likely be curious of that and he would be happy to explain if asked. He wouldn't explain it otherwise unless necessary for some reason.

Eien makes it to the house after a few minutes, going slowly to preserve the flowers she had picked. when she arrives the other man is there, landing she has her wings retract back into her body, "sorry got side tracked." as she speaks she grows in size about to 5 and a half feet and her hair changes black, as well as her breast growing a little, her dress changing with her to accommodate the changes. "lets get this started." Eien walks to the door and knocks, "Hello we are here to help you find your ring." Eien wanted this job over so she could go nap in the sun. so it to say she was feeling even more lazy than before. She starts to turn to face Shiraz when the door whips open and a hand reach out and pulls Eien in.

"Bout time you made it here, i was starting to wonder if you were coming." the lady responds, leading Eien to a chair. then walking out to get Shiraz. Eien looks around the room, its full of papers most of which are thrown about randomly as well as a bunch of books. She looks down at on of the pages by her foot. Its a formula for body modification, more specifically size change. Eien laughs slightly, this is a ability she has already but it matters not. a small Honking noise come from behind her, causing her to turn. Locked in a glass aquarium is what looks like a miniature elephant, it long snout pressed against the glass, "Oh hun you want some attention." Eien reaches in a pets the little guy. "How cute." she laugh slight as it prods her hand with its snout as she pets it.

Shiraz smiled. It seemed that this person was a shapeshifter. He wondered if the child was their true form or if this new form was. He didn't have time to ask though because without warning she was pulled inside the client's home. He walked in after them after bidding a quick goodbye to Syrup. He did not know the research himself. Shape changing and things like that were a closed book to him. It was without warning once more that another thing happened.

The woman began to chant and as she did so both Eien and Shiraz felt a strange sensation go through them. He turned to ask the woman a question, but strangely she was now taller than him and getting taller. No, he was getting smaller. Both of them were. The spell was a shrinking spell.

"The garden is a bit to overgrown to search normally. Plus I want to test out my research." the woman said with a smile. It wasn't long before the two of them were as small as ants, if not smaller. "Now go get searching then i'll use the ring to reverse the spell...if not then you will be stuck that way I think."

Eien was looking away when she got shrunk, but suddenly she was smaller then the elephant. "HEY!" she exclaims. She grows a pair of dragonfly wings and flys up the the woman face. "I can shrink myself thank you." she howls. "You should give some warning. Its rude to just change someone size." Eien had not been paying attention to the minor warning signs. The lady raised a eyebrow the the flying Eien. "Fine well go." Eien fly's over to the other mage and grabs him under the arms and flys off to a open window, sticking her tongue out at the woman as she flys by. "what a mean lady she could have given us warning." Eien complains pointlessly. "so tell me when to stop." she says out loud but she is clearly heading towards a small bird bath in the middle of the yard, its empty but offers a "Commanding" view of the area. She set the other mage down and lands herself. "So were do we start?" she asks looking out at the yard. she walks around the bird bath looking for anything shiny, after a few minutes she walks back over. "guess it won't be that easy." she pouts as she speaks.

So the woman truly was a shapeshifter if her claim of being able to change her own size was accurate. He wondered though if she was able to change her size back from this spell or if the woman's spell would over power her natural shape shifting abilities. As he was carried out by the dragon fly winged woman he attempted to extend his hair once more and fortunately, for he had been fearing it would be, his hair was not effected by the spell. He likely couldn't extend it as far because he was smaller, but hopefully it would be enough. A quick calculation made him think that if he was about 1/60th of the size he was normally then he likely could only extend his hair about 1/60th of what he could before. That meant he could extend it up to 1ft in length. It wasn't particularly far, but it would give him added reach.

He was placed down and his partner went off to look for the ring, but came back with no luck. Shiraz considered this. "Splitting up would likely be quickest, but if this garden is as overgrown as the woman said then the area is truly dangerous." Insects far outnumbered any other lifeform on the planet except bacteria. As such even in a garden this size there could be hundreds of potential foes. Particularly if there were subterranean beasts like ants. "Plus the area is quite large at this size so even if one of us finds the ring the other might never know. Sticking together and staying alive is a much more beautiful option don't you think?" He extended the near invisible strands of hair to their maximum length trying to detect the ring. It should be easy enough. "Plus the ring is probably as big, if not bigger than us so carrying it alone might be tricky."

"Beautiful? Well if you want i can take a more pleasing from." she had barly been paying attention and only caught a part of what was said. Her form changes into a very lithe, and her face become more angular, her ears becoming very elfin. Her breasts grow to about B's, and her hair take a honey color. she looks about for a second, then takes flight again, swinging about and picking up the man. She flys to a zone of the year. "we will start here." she sets the man down and a blade of grass and then lands next to him. "Come on." she jumps of the side of the grass and lands on the dirt. "Nice, haven't been this small in ages." she puts her hand on her chin. "Why did i stop again?" she shrugs and starts walking in a direction. It did not take long for something to cause her to remember why she stopped going this size, "OH! right." as she walks into a very large insect, "I remember now." She jumps back ready for combat, releasing the two guilts that were standing at the front of the house and summoning 1 here.

Guilt:

It seemed that this person really could change her form and did indeed change it to one that was more...aesthetically pleasing. However, suddenly being manhandled was not something he liked. Nor did he like being suddenly placed on a rather fragile piece of grass. Yet it was not a time to fuss over such...aha..small details. This was due to a rather large ant Well it was probably about the right size for an ant, but they were tiny now so it looked like it was about the size of an elephant at least. Ah it was interesting to say the least. It was time to have some fun.

He leapt down from the grass and over towards the ant. As he did so he performed a hand gesture and formed a candy cane sword which he tried to stab into the back of the ant. It went in slightly, but not enough to do any real damage. It seemed that his strength had been scaled down to match his size and as such he wasn't strong enough to penetrate the hard exoskeleton of the ant. Now that was an annoyance. Still, he could deal with this somehow. In fact he had just the idea. The ant hadn't appeared to notice him yet so he let go of the sword and formed another hand gesture this time forming a large lollipop-like hammer. He used this to swing down on the hilt of the sword using its weight and the strength of two arms to drive the sword deep into its body causing it to clack and scream in pain. It wasn't dead, but it was hurting like hell. He didn't want to leave it in agony so he leapt up and swung down with all his might on the hilt again and the sword went straight through it killing the ant instantly.

He leapt off and without seeming to use any movement at all his sword game flying towards him and suspended itself next to him. It looked like telepathy, but it wasn't. He wouldn't reveal what it was just yet though.

'Monster Dice' :

Eien watched the man finish of the ant before she could barely do a thing, which was just fine. She looked at the strange man. "thank you... I remembered why i don't shrink anymore." Eien laughs. "because everything seems to want to eat you." Eien move around the and and continues in the direction she had been walking. She hummed slightly as she walked, not really caring about anything other than finishing the job. It did not take her long to get herself in trouble again, this time it was a cricket. But instead of floundering Eien lunges at it cutting at it sides, while the Guilt attacks its face. Between the two of them the Cricket is quickly run off. Eien sighs to herself, "Damn this is going to be a pain." She then proceeds to clean the carapace fragments from her claws, she we no longer in a good mood anymore. This had broght back memory's of her sister and her when they were children, and the day she had lost her sister. She sighed again and turned to her companion. "you want to lead?" she was kinda sick of being the one whom dragged them into combat.
