Our Shinobu here is probably one of the strangest things out there, appearing so childish, yet having the mindset of someone much older. But well that would be because she is in fact older than she looks. Stubborn and insensitive, if people were to just listen to her speak they would quickly learn that Shinobu is not one who will care about others and how they are instantly. In fact unless they are very close to her, they might not even seem to exist. She would rather ignore them completely and set on her mind on something she instead actually cares about.
That doesn't mean however that she randomly doesn't care about anyone. In fact she spends most of her time observing people and things, trying to get a good hold on them and see if they're in fact worth her time. This is also how she can be seen and quiet and reserved, rather wanting to get to know a person through their actions and doings rather than word, what she counts as a fake personality. After all, a person can say they are something, but unless they actually are and prove to be, it's nothing but just an idea.
Despite what you think due to her dark nature, she can still be quite calm and relaxed, able to think things through even in times of crisis, and can even go as far as doing something herself if needed, even if it means getting her hands dirty because of it.
In a way, Shinobu is very flexible when it comes to mindsets. One day she could be calm and observant, the next she could be threatening death upon you with furious glares from the corner of her eyes. Either way, she's still Shinobu. Childish but very much an adult in her own way.

In battle however, Shinobu trades in her observant nature for a more violent one. She has never been a fan of fighting in the first place. So when the time comes around to fight, she would rather end it quickly and go on with her life rather than drag it out. This means hitting hard and fast from the first punch and hoping the fight would end before she ran out of energy. Though her observant nature comes back briefly in order to scout out the enemy, looking for a weak point to hit hard in order to end the fight quickly, usually using most of her power right at the beginning.
If it just so happens to go on longer than expect and she uses too much energy, she goes into a defensive state until either she herself is defeated, she can escape, or the enemy tries out.
No matter what, a long battle will be tougher for her than a short one.

Though this will probably never happen due to her childish-like nature, if ever put in a leadership position she would be looking out for her team mates and friends than herself, wanting them to survive more than her, doing anything for them to make it out alive in a situation. Though anything past helping them out, she wouldn't act like a lead figure, wanting to rather let them do what they want and not really caring.
The position she would rather be in is to HAVE a leader than be one, even with her ruling-loving power. It's the difference of being responsible for another person and being responsible for only herself that defines the two apart. Yes, she would rather act under a leader, that way if something happened she wouldn't have to take responsibility and wouldn't have to work so hard, as she's seen some leaders do before and fail, only to be hated and rebelled against. But because of this she has a great respect for anyone in a leadership position or above her, knowing they have much more work than her herself. This means doing things without question if they were tell her to do something. Though of course, most of the time they would have to also benefit herself in a way in order for her to actually help out. There are only a few exceptions to this, including friends and the reward of donuts.

• Donuts: She can never resist those sugary treats and would gladly do anything for them
• Talking: Though she can seem quiet to some, while around others she's very talkative, and would gladly talk your ear off
• Followers: She loves being in control, and having people follow her every whim boosts her pride every time

• Being around large groups: It makes her feel uncomfortable and twitchy
• Unnecessary fighting: Unless it's fighting to protect others or to live (or for donuts) she's completely against it
• Nicknames: She was given a name for a reason, she hates people shortening something like that down

• Getting the full strength of her powers: Until then she never feels safe enough

Appearance:
Shinobu has been, and always will be a rather small and slim girl. Her muscles and definition of what little she has, is almost non existent due to her relying on magic more than physical training.
Her clothes are not much either, only consisting of a single short white dress of sorts that goes down to her knees and are strung onto her shoulders loosely by two straps and various tie points around it, as well as having a short skit underneath to be sure nothing is revealed that shouldn't be. The only thing other than that would be the brown pilot hat she constantly wears with a pair of goggles.
As for shoes, she doesn't usually wear any, wanting her feet to be free rather than crammed into them.
