Hmph. This is a thread I made to express my concern for something, and it happens to be Job Approval. My thing is, when I sign up for a job, I do it right away. I don't like the idea that we need to be approved BEFORE we do it... Yes, I think posting the little thing with our rank and such should be kept, but I think the process should be as follows.
It states pretty clearly on the mission sheet that it requires you to have a certain number of magicians ( At least 1 C-Rank, 1-4 magicians, etc. ) So I think the whole approval before hand process isn't really useful.
Any thoughts?

- This is the part that would need approval. If someone took a mission they shouldn't have, then the mission is fail, and they need to wait until they can actually do it.
