Description: Lightning Phoenix Magic is a magic created to give humans the power of the lightning phoenix, a magical bird that is said to be able to both create lightning and control it. Essentially, the user becomes the "mini-version" of the phoenix, having the same powers, abilities, and strengths. The user is capable of producing lightning from their body and of manipulating it to attack their opponents, primarily as a melee or ranged form of offense. the user can also create lightning in places away from the him. The bright light from the lightning can be also used to momentarily blind enemies. However, the spells of this magic can be redirected by metal objects acting as "lightning rods". The lightning is capable of momentarily paralyzing the targets, thus making it easier for the user to take them out. The lightning is also very painful and is therefor capable of being used to torture people. This magic mostly have offensive spells but they do have a small number of defensive spells as well. The magic also allows the user to heal himself over time.  The user can also create a pair of wings made out of lighting that allows him to fly. However, it isn't easy to gain this magic. It takes years of both hard training and meditation to learn how to use it. The lightning is colored blue unlike most other types of lightning magic where the lightning is yellow.

• Useless in ranged combat
  

• The attack can be doged
  

• The user must be close enough to hit the target

Description: The user creates a pair of wings made out of blue lightning that allows him to fly.
Strengths:

• The user can use this avoid ground effect magic.
  

• The user can avoid spells more easily
  

• The user moves faster (26 mph)
  

Weaknesses:

• If the duration ends while the user is still in the air, the user falls to the ground.
  

• The user is weaker against wind magic while flying.
  

• Since the wings are made out of lightning lightning slayers can eat them if they get the change.
  

• The wings can be destroyed by a C-rank spell.
