The wand can be used to cast small displays of magic. It cannot be used primarily for battle, but rather for art or display. It is a pleasure to the eye, because it uses Fairy elemental magic to power it, creating a fabulous display. The user waves the wand in a certain pattern they wish, chants what they want to appear, or highlight a certain area of matter. Therefore, it can be used not only for art, but to create a sparkling effect for dresses. It is very hard to work it into battle, unless you use it to fool others that it is some sort of threatening message. However, the opponent would have to be very dull to not see through it. The color of the magic protruded from the wand can be determined by the user's thought. It's best used in a dark environment, due to it's glow.
