Description: The fire dragon slayer. Their magic power increases from the power of flames. . . Fire Dragon Slayer is a Lost Magic; it allows the user to transform their bodies physiology into that of a Fire Dragon. Dragon's lungs to emit flames and devour them which aid's them in entering Dragon Force, Dragon scales to dissolve flames, and Dragon claws to engrave the flames. This dragonic flame can be cast upon any part of the caster's body and holds a variety of different applications, combative and non-combative. They can also give the flames they produce a material consistency, which not only allows for additional blunt force when attacking, but can also be used for defensive purposes as well, a concept which Ari has grasped with an unorthodox manner. This magic also grants the caster an also excessive body heat, which can come in handy when in cold places. Like all other forms of Dragon Slayer Magic, fire dragon slayer magic is seemingly one of the only if not the only magic which can combat and cause some degree of damage to a Dragon. Despite all of this they cannot eat the flames they produce.
Ari, having learned the lost art of Fire Dragon Slayer Magic from his foster father Aestuologia seems to be a rather skilled practitioner. Ari due to his carefree demeanor and often times flaring temper tends to use this magic to cause as much damage and destruction as possible. While a lot of his spells seem to be melee-based or augmentative towards melee-based attacks, he much like other Slayers, also has attacks that do not focus around strictly melee-based confrontation, though he doesn't use them nearly as much as his melee attacks. He is also known to use it for non-combative purposes, such as drying off his clothes when wet and even fishing. Ari, due to his flaring temper and seeming inclination towards destructive acts also has a habit of breaking stuff just so he can use it as an improvised weapon to beat the snot out of his foes.
While Ari is able to produce and eat fire, just like he cannot eat the fire he produces, he cannot eat the black flames of the Flame God Slayer, or the white flames of the Flame Devil Slayer, while they are able to eat his flames with ease. When in Dragon Force, Ari's skin will begin to produce smoke which leads to his skin seeming to burn away and give birth to dark red dragon scales which appear upon his facial structure and along his arms. Additionally, his already pronounced canines will become further elongated while his nails will grow and take on a dragon sharpness.
- Strengths:
- - The caster is able to consume fire to regenerate his reserve of magical energy and enter Dragon Force, which covers parts of his body with powerful fire dragon scales, while it also augments his spell power by 50% and boosts all of his stats to being equal to those he will hold at the next stage of his development.
- Enhanced senses, the caster possesses extremely augmented senses, namely their sense of smell and their hearing. This can make the user rather skilled at tracking and gathering information that could prove to be useful on jobs.
- Burning, fire dragon slayer magic, true to its name, focuses around causing burning damage. At the base rank of D-rank they can only cause 2% burning damage. At the second rank of C-rank they can cause 4% burning damage. When they hit B-rank they can cause 6% burning damage. At A-rank they can cause 8% burning damage. When the user hits S-Class rank wise they can cause 10% burning damage.
- Area of Effect, is something one should expect from any from of Slayer Magic, but expecting it is an absolute given in regards to the fire dragon slayer Ari who seems to be destructively inclined, which has lead to a majority of his spells being designed to cause large scale damage.
- This brand of Dragon Slayer Magic revolving around fire is obvious effective against Ice-based Magic's as fire melts ice. This brand of Dragon Slayer Magic is strong against Pants/Wood as fire burns through them reducing them to ashes. This magic is also strong against Iron as fire can expand, weaken, and melt iron. This magic can even potentially be strong against wind magic as said wind can be used to possibly enhance the power of a spell.
- Weaknesses:
- - The caster cannot eat the fire he produces.
- Certain Frequencies: The caster, due to their heightened hearing is also susceptible to incredibly loud noises, or those that are of a pitch normal human's cannot hear it.
- Water-based Magic's, this magic revolving around the element of fire holds a significant weakness towards damage. However, if the user become enraged enough they may be able to counteract this disadvantage to a slight degree. They are especially weak against the Storm Dragon Slayer, Torrent God Slayer, and Ocean Demon Slayer. This extreme weakness being due to the fact that water puts out fire.
- Earth/Sand Magic's: Both of these magic's are effective against fire-based magic as they can put out the flames.
- Iron/Wind Magic's: The user's strength to weakness ratio is actually rather balanced out. This is due to the variable that decides if a spell is weaker or stronger than a certain Iron-based or Wind-based spell is hos the attack or barrier is designed, as well as how the caster of the fire magic decides to react to the opponent's spells.
-Flame God/Devil Slayers are able to consume the fire produced by the caster spells, while the caster is unable to do the same to their God/Devil Slaying counterparts without causing themselve a considerable amount of harm in the process, even attempting such a thing being tat amount to pseudo-suicide.
- Incantations, some of the spells, namely Signature Spells seem to have a sort of incantation tied in to them, which in the long run means they are burning at least some time with reciting said incantation. So some spells will have a channeling time requirement.
- Friendly Fire, obviously this means that if my allies aren't careful they will get burned by my flames. If that happens, don't expect me to do any apologizing, got it?
- Motion Sickness, Ari, like all Dragon Slayer's, suffers from motion sickness. Though, his is a wee bit excessive. He doesn't even have to be on a boat, train, or other form of transportation, just talk about it in his presence of get him to think about transportation and you'll have turned him into a sitting duck.
- Abilities/Powers:
- - Dragonic Heat: Krow, as the Fire Dragon Slayer, possesses an augmented body temperature which he can control on a whim. This also makes it so the air around him tends to be super-heated and can give him protection against cold climates. In addition to this, he can engrave flames upon any part of his body without being burned and wield them within a combative capacity, and within some non-combative situations.
