Akame sat inside one of the finely established rooms of the Sabertooth guild hall, the door locked so no one else could get in. She was a bit concerned, unsure why there had been so many voices inside her head recently. The voices always said the same few words, which irritated Akame to the point of anger. However, despite how infuriated she was, Akame wondered what was up with her, nowadays, for these voices to somehow bring her to tears. It hadn't happened when she was first-introduced to the guild, yet any other time after that, even in the middle of an important meeting, those voices would immediately cause sorrow to fill Akame's mind. Albeit, she tried her best to keep herself happy, which is why in this case, she sat upon a bed, and stared at her sword: Antei.
Antei was a legendary sword, which could expel a form of lightning magic to any point Akame desired. However, the lightning was hardly visible, and there were much other points to this magic than lightning, alone. There was also the mastery of time and space, the mastery of speed, and the mastery of reformation: Heavenly Sword Magic. On the contrary, if there was one thing Akame didn't know about the sword, it was that she had no idea where the sword came from. In fact, it was very weird how it all started. Akame regained consciousness long ago in an unknown part of Fiore, unable to remember anything about her past. She awoke with a sword in her hand, firmly grasped, and had no idea why she held it so comfortably. When she first-looked at it, Akame felt a warm sensation hit her heart. It was almost as if this sword had been with her for years, yet at this moment, Akame and the sword had just "met". There was much Akame had to learn about Antei, yet she already knew so much. Many strange occurrences were brought about after this day, such as when Akame suddenly knew how to control this sword.
Akame used the sword as if she had mastered the thing already, and lightning appeared from a point completely illogical to the world, itself. The lightning crashed upon the ground, and left what seemed to be a bottomless hole within the ground. Akame stood there during this time, and instead of looking confused, looked as though she had been through this several times before. When the first spell was casted, however, many memories returned to Akame's mind. She figured out her name, along with the sword's.
...
Akame interrupted the pondered thoughts as she positioned the sword next to her, and smiled. "I suppose there's nothing to worry about. I'm in Sabertooth, after all." Akame remarked.
